This is the only car wash that I will take my car to. The service is so good, I dont care, I will even wash my car on a rainy day! I love the idea of pulling up and having the pay machine at the beginning. Then you pull forward and get the car washed. They give you a damp towel to wipe down the interior. If this didnt happen, I would have a very dusty car on the inside. When you come out on the other side, there is a bin to toss the used towel into. I just miss the hand drying service that they used to provide before Covid but I do understand why they cant offer it right now. Hopefully it will be able to someday be offered once again.

The five stars is because of the guy that works day shift. He always puts effort into it and has a good attitude. I wont go through unless he is working now. I will say everyone seems to have a good attitude though.

Great renovation to this location. I regularly come to this car wash knowing I will get what I pay for. The staff take the time needed to pre clean my car, and the machinery is gentle but efficient with getting the job done. I know that the brushes used on my car will not be scratching, or putting more dirt into my car.

Partially automated car wash. Good workers. Pay as little as $12 up to $19 to get your car or truck washed

Reasonable prices. I also like the soft damp cloth they give you for the dash and interior.

Very automated experience. You pay at a touch screen. The employee knows what you paid for. They dont ask any questions, hand you a towel and help you navigate your car to line up with the track. Then 3 minutes later you are done the wash is over. A pretty quick process I could see it being of value to someone in a hurry whos time is very valuable. You spend $20 on the wash and you are clean and on the road in probably 5 minutes total. That being said you could go to a self wash spray it down yourself in about 20 minutes and spend 5 dollars. So its $15 worth 15 minutes of your time? If so this is something to consider.BUT$20 is a steep price and while you do pay for convenience I also feel like the job should be 100% quality. I was left feeling like it was 80% quality. The reason being is that the drying process at the end tends to blow water out of cracks that contain dirt. So essentially once your car is clean the dryers get it dirty again by getting the dirty water lose and spreading around your car. So then you are left having to wipe it down yourself. Thats why I give this 3 stars. You shouldnt have to fix the job at the end for a $20 wash. They need to figure out how to fix this. Or at least have some sort of QC via the employee. Its annoying that I have to examine it myself and determine if I have to continue work or not. Im paying $20 at least have a guy examine it at the end and tell me if I should run through another time or not or at least give it a quick wipe down. I wouldnt have these complaints at a lower price point. Say $12. but for $20 I think one should expect a higher quality experience.

Went thru the renovated car wash today. Went pretty smoothly. My only complaint, a little on the pricey side.

They literally stole $68 from me. I purchased several packs of car washes on Groupon a few years ago. These have a cash value even after the deal expires. Meaning the consumer pays the difference. This is why Groupon is so successful. I went to get my truck washed last month. They had just finished and opened their new car wash the week prior. Instead of honoring the car washes I purchased, which Groupon paid them for, the manager said he would not honor the car washes despite the guaranteed their cash value. Understanding the new car wash improves the washing experience and is offered at a higher base price I offered the manager three of the Groupon washes for one of the new basic washes. The manager declined. He said to request a refund from Groupon. Groupon responded, as expected, to say Buffalo Chevron was paid for all of the washes. Therefore no refund or trade is possible. Obviously Groupon is not going to refund me when the car wash was paid. Nor should they refund anything theyve already paid out. Sure if I pressed Groupon they would give in just to keep me happy. But I am not a thief. Buffalo Chevron Quick Stop is. They have two options: refund me for each of the car washes they refuse to honor or honor the car wash with me paying the difference as theyve always done. I wonder how much all of the outstanding Groupon voucher they refuse to honor add upto? Legally those funds must he refunded or honored with consumers paying the difference. Until they honor or refund consumers, I suggest you drive to the next car wash, mini mart, and gas station. This facility is operated and managed by thieves. I am still considering referring this fraud/theft case to the State Attorney Generals office for an investigation. The fact is millions of dollars may not be traded for services or returned to consumers as outlined by the Buffalo Chevron Car Wash Groupon offer. Buffalo Chevron has a legal obligation to honor or refund all outstanding vouchers. Groupon has a record of how much was paid to Buffalo Chevron and how many vouchers have not been redeemed. Buffalo Chevron simply cannot take consumers money without offering goods, services, or a refund. Doing so against the Groupon contract constitutes fraud.

Been coming to this car wash for 16 years but the new machine is absolutely worthless! Staff are great but after $21 I have a super dirty car! Sad to see this.

Scratch the whole side of my car. Some buffed out, while others are deep into the paint. My car wasn’t even clean even though I purchased the wash with all the options. When I left a message asking manager to call me they never did. I went in and I was rudely told there was a posted sign relieving them of liability. But since my car wasn’t clean they offer to let me to go through again. I will never recommend or go again!

Good local high school kids wash your car

I like the wet towel provided however they always have to be reminded to polish your wheels after you paid for glossy wheels! They never dry my cover over the bed of my truck! These are just basic task that limit my rating!

The attendant was nice, but after I got home noticed that my entire driver side was all scratched up. Hopefully I will be able to buff it out, always doing touch less car washes from now on.

There was no attendant to tell me to pull forward so I sat in the wind tunnel portion for an extended period of time and it tore some of the siding cover off my driver side door... attendant didnt even say anything. Its an old truck tho so I dont really mind just wasnt a pleasant experience.

They did an excellent job. They pre-scrubbed the car before entering inside. They also towel dried it when it came out. No water spots.

After a car wash my car paint was completely destroyed (a lot of deep scratches). This was my first car wash, and before that I always washed it by myself. Never recommend it to anyone else. Manager doesnt want to take responsibility for it and was very rude.

The deluxe car wash was ok, not something I would pay the extra money for. They did a lousy job on the wheels. They were just as dirty before the wash as they were after.

My car was damaged. A factory installed screen on the front of the car was broken, and about 1/3rd of the screen broke off. They said they were not responsible. Will never use again.

We just came to your facility to get our daughters car washed (I had taken mine in earlier). I was down the street getting dresses altered and was on the phone with her because there’s no one out there manning the car wash. This is the second time in a row that she’s been trapped in the car wash with no one out there. She had a soccer dinner that she’s late to now. She is only 16 years old and wasn’t sure what to do ..I asked that she start honking but both times she has had to go inside the store and request that someone come out to help her after more than ten minutes of waiting for an attendant to come out. This is frustrating so on my way home I stopped off to go talk to the clerk and ask for management. She was beyond rude and defensive telling me that she’s not going to have “someone sitting out there all day doing nothing so she has him stocking the cooler”. I asked that if no one is going to be outside for the car wash that they put up a note so that my daughter quits getting stuck inside of it and she scoffed at me and said she’s “not going to do that.” She said when it rains no one comes to the car wash (keep i mind it was not raining when my daughter was there!!) nor was it raining when I went in to talk with her. I asked who manages the car wash she couldn’t give me that information. She refused to help in anyway and was combative and unprofessional. We have been members of the car wash for many months now I would like to cancel at this point. The behavior of the staff was inappropriate and unacceptable and and according to both workers over there today no one really cares….
