Customer service was great, very nice and polite. However, the inside of my car wasnt clean completely. A few spots here and there were left untouched. Yes, my car needed some cleaning, but thats why I pay the better option, to have it done right. 😔

I was pretty happy with their $50 full inside and out wash, but their $11 exterior wash is unbeatable.

I was amazed by how good my car looked when they were finished thats my go to place from now on.

I’ve gone here for years but my trip yesterday hit a little different. When I got in my truck after they cleaned it my AirPods (that I thought I lost 4 weeks ago) were sitting on top of my center console. I’m assuming they found them under my seat. I’m so grateful that they found them and were honest about the situation! They also do a phenomenal job every time!

Machines are outdated, half the coin changers never work & every foam brush hose (used to date) leaks foam all over me. Vacuums are outdated, poor suction & the end attachments are way too big to fit between seats. This really could be a great place with a little investment.

Either if I wash it myself or go through the car wash its most likely well done and of course the crew at the finish line do an excellent job in drying it!

3rd time in 4 trips the Vaccums were broken a d took my money. Management here treats people with massive disrespect. Ill drive to Barn Wash from now on.

Went in to get a ultimate interior detail package. Got talked into upgrading to the bumper to bumper detail package. The console and dash were cleaned and polished very well. Carpets and upholstery were vacuumed very well. Upholstery was very minimally cleaned. Didnt even get out basic surface stains. Outside of the car looked like a very minimal and patchy and streaky wax job. I had to ask for it to be re done. After the second try the outside was only slightly improved. Definitely not worth it.

The service is terrible! Money machines barely work, the air dryer is worst than my sisters hair dryer! I waste my money trying to get the car dryed and spend a lot of time and money in there...

They don’t wipe the inside of the cloth properly, and the windows and mirrors are always marked by the already wet and dirty cloths.

They have a lot of different choices streaming from an exterior and interior detail from $20-30 or just exterior washes that make youre car shine and left with no streaks. I was quite impressed with this place, it gets very packed during the week and weekends so beware of business, other than that.. its a wonderful car wash and the attendants are also very friendly!

I’ve been going to this car wash for years and they’ve been great. And the detail service made my truck look brand new again. They’re slammed every time I go and get me through quickly. It’s not rude, it’s busy. If you want to gab go to your hairdresser. One time I was in a hurry and skipping the drying but the guy said wait one minute, let us get the spots that could show when dried, and it took less than a minute, that was awesome.

I got my car detailed here and it looks brand new. The guys did an amazing and thorough job. They are also polite and friendly. Dont forget to tip!

On one occasion I had an item stolen out of my car by one of their workers. They did their best to make it right with a free full wash, which I can appreciate. On another occasion their car wash removed my emblem from my car. When I called their customer service, they seemed too busy to care. Not waiting for the third strike. Decent washes, but too many incidents.

They do a very poor job of cleaning the interior of the front and back windows. They are left very streaky .it is my opinion this exists because they use same cloths thst are dirty and wet from use on other cars. Complaining to on site manager accomplishes nothing

My favorite place to wash my car in. I have been going there for over a few years now. Those guys are hard workers. Please do go there and tip them as a way of say thank you. I appreciated putting your time and effort on my car because I am sure they do not get paid that much.

I had a very negative experience at the Simonize car wash. I requested an exterior car wash. The employee told me for two dollars more, I could have under carriage cleaned. I declined the extra service. He then said I was making a mistake by not washing the under carriage as rust would form. I politely declined. As I handed him a ten dollar bill, he said for only two dollars more.......I pulled my car forward and took a sharp right on to Revere Beach Pway. I will use another car wash. I wont return a sign under new mangement

I generally purchase full service #1. I always go to the one on the Lynnway but was in Everett and decided to try this location. That was a mistake. The staff here ran 1 out 3 of the floor mats through the machine, did not clean the interior as i had to go back and wipe down the center console, steering wheel area, the entire dashboard and even had to clean the interior back window. Due to my lack of time i didnt have a chance to complain to a manager and have them properly clean it. I will not ever return to this location.

I went to this car Walsh they offered me a promo for one month car wash and the price was $32. And some change. They offered me other promos. I told them I would do one month wash only. Then without my permission they withdrew from my bank the next month $70. Which they never mention anything that I would need to cancel after the month neither that they would charge me after the month. Be careful when they offer you any promotional offers for multiple wash. Do your one Walsh and thats it or have it written in the receipt that is only one month and would stop.

I came in with my brand new car, first time washing the car after the pollen gets all over on my car. And I choose Wash N Go deal for $9.00. However after coming out of the car wash, someone was drying off my car, I came home from the car wash to dry myself a little more and recognized the stretches on my car in one spot (around like golf ball size). So I called and they told me to come back so they can take a look, they take a look, cant do anything but got the special thing to wipe with over the stretches . Few minutes later, I can still see the stretches. I definitely will never return to that place anymore since the problems never get solved unless if they pay for the repair, Ill return to them to continue the car wash.

I use Simonize Car wash centers because they have semi detail service available with packages...They have 5 day guarantee with free wash within those 5 days for the car to stay clean with the deluxe service available...Mostly, the inside is done well and they are kind enough to come back to insure detailed inside cleaning...Tip well and smile towards those who serve you as a kind act of appreciation...

When this place is staffed it is a pretty good car wash and a slid value for the light detailing work they do. Generally you can get the inside and outside cleaned for around $30 and it comes out spotless.On a chilly but sunny weekend day they told me they didnt have anyone to do interior cleaning because of the weather. On my next visit, again no interior cleaning staff on a Sunday, this time it was because there was a Patriots game on. Finally on my 3rd try the following weekend they were fully staffed.

This place is always packed no matter what time you drive by even seen it busy on a really cloudy day I was going on a weekly basis at one point and I think they are pretty quick and of you dont want then to do it you can go and wash it yourself

After arriving home and even having given a tip I realized some stains werent removed from the hood and there was still some marks on the front grid

Self-serve bays work fine, except the change machine doesnt work, and the machines to start each of the bays only takes cash. I have a hard time getting anyones help to get change from the full-service crew. Id like to go somewhere else that maybe takes credit cards in the self-service machines, but I cant find anywhere else...

I called this car detail in the morning because it was raining off and on all day, I asked the person that answered if they are open today and they said yes and then I asked are they detailing cars today, and the man said yes.I drove down to the place and sat in the front, then someone came during that time while I was sitting I called them and asked the same questions and I received the same answer, then a gentleman walked over to the car, I told him why I wanted which was vacuum and door jams cleaned, this man looked me in my face and said $60.00, I looked at the prices and said to him that’s not correct and I proceeded to point at the service I came there for, he gave me a higher price, I told him that’s false advertising he told me GOD BLESS ME!What type of establishment is this, why am I being spoken of about God!!Why is this establishment misleading customer??I called twice and I was never told they can charge you what they want depending on the weather, the gentleman told me because of the rain it would be more expensive because workers don’t want to come to work in the rain so they’re short staffed, why would customers have to incur that extra cost!I will be looking to speak with the owner or manager, also I noticed that the establishment doesn’t respond to reviews unless they’re positive reviews.Well like I said I will be calling the establishment tomorrow morning because I want to see this policy in writing! And posted or I’m calling the better business bureau.

Bad business. Claim to change your money to quarters and its short by three dollars. Talked to cashier and he says theres nothing I can do they essentially steal from you by shortchanging you and then deny it without even investigating. Definitely not coming back. Who knows what else goes on.

Convenient, very busy

SEXIST BUSINESS! ... was told I had to wait in the huge line of cars, even though I wanted to do a self clean car wash and the line was only others who wanted to go inside and have it done by the employees. The 40 minutes I waited in that line, although I was only about the 8th car, tons of other cars with male drivers went right through the do not enter/exit into the self serve area without any issue from the employees. The employees seen them do that and could care less but when I politely asked they shut me right down. Not to mention I got staired/oogled at the whole time I was washing my car. They made me feel so uncomfortable. They are over priced, bad customer service, ridiculous wait times... never will I go here again

Horrible costumer service . They don’t know how to communicate with costumers in a polite and understanding manner .they were letting other cars cut lines without explaining the reason and when I asked one of them he just said “ that’s how we do it here “ if you don’t like go somewhere else “ . Had they explained politely that they had a system of intercalating cars because they had a third line and politely asked or informed ppl but no they were rude and got upset when asked why ! Unprofessional staff !

Worst car wash ever its been a while I havent washed my car here but since I was close to area I figured why not but ohh boy what a mistake I made. No customer service, the older guys that dry your car at the end are very nice but since they cant speak too much English they cant run the front otherwise this place will get much better ratings. Do yourself a favor and avoid this spot, the one at lynn is a 1000000 times better.

I’ve had my brand new car for 3 weeks now, took it to this place and it came out worse than when it went in. Off the bat I saw that it was still dusty inside so I knew they didn’t do a good job, so I decided to check the whole car and my car now had scratches everywhere, little scratches that weren’t even there to begin with, horrible experience, horrible place, I don’t recommend it.

This business doesn’t deserve not even one star. We brought in our one week brand new purchased car for its first car wash two Sundays ago. Since me & my husband heard stories about car scratches due to the washing brushes in the car wash while in line for the Full Service we got approached by the attendant that gives the receipt. My husband even asked him if they ever had complaints regarding scratches or any damage due to the machines, he firmly responded NO. Needless to say as soon as the cleaning guys said it’s ready we pulled in the parking lot to make sure everything’s ok. We found one scratch one right front food along with a smudge on the other door for which they used some cleaning liquid that kind of did the work. However the scratch in the picture is clearly chipped paint. My husband asked one of the guys that cleaned it for the supervisor/ manager and when he came over him and one of the guys that cleaned it basically took it very casual, denying that this could’ve happen inside the car wash and bringing up ridiculous scenarios of how the scratch happened such as our rings that could’ve scratched it (we don’t wear any rings), basically brushing it off and not even trying to work with us. So they left it at that, it’s not the car wash. Obviously that wasn’t the answer we expected when we clearly stated that the car was purchased just a week ago and we would’ve noticed that type of scratch before getting into the car wash. So my husband sent an email to the email on their website as well as reaching out on their Facebook page. They answered after a few days giving the contact information for their corporate office. The person my husband spoke had no rush in helping us out saying that someone will reach out to you by Tuesday this week (that was mid last week). Eventually the regional manager called my husband basically saying they can’t do anything, that his vast experience in this field makes him 100% sure their car wash didn’t scratch the car, “that maybe a car hit us” or “it came like that already”. I am having a hard time to understand the logic behind that explanation when we clearly said the car is new and didn’t had any scratch or damage before going in and we cautiously asked the attendant if they ever had complaints about damage. The scratch is under the door handle, a place where a brush CAN get to. Bottom line: AVOID THIS CAR WASH AT ALL COSTS unless you’re looking for damages and scratches to your vehicle. There’s ton of information online about how car washes do scratch or damage vehicles, for them to be so convinced their car wash didn’t do it.
