They did an amazing job repairing my car. It looks like it did when Cadillac built it. My reason for not giving 5 stars is the communication. They never gave a status until I called them. Otherwise Im happy.

The service was great and the cost was very affordable. Best service we’ve ever gotten from a repair shop. They were honest, transparent and very diligent about their work. They did what they said and we couldn’t be any more pleased with the result. Definitely would recommend for any car repair needs. They didn’t try to beat around the bush or rip us off. They assessed the damaged to the front bumper and gave the lowest estimate to get the bumper and fender fixed. The only thing that was a not so great was to drive to get there but apart from that the service was EXCELLENT!****Update****So, the front bumper that we got on the car after being told the repair was complete was wrong, its been over a month now since trying to get the repair COMPLETED and were either getting told that the keep getting the wrong bumper for our model or well schedule a time to get the repair done, show up, no one would come out or answer calls or texts to notify us of a wait or a change in plan or anything.Due to this recent experience, Ive decided to change my rating because this has been very aggravating and simply a waste of time and money as I am unable to use my car for work. Now my income is being affected and they dont seem to care. I am going to send a report to BBB because this is ridiculous, it shouldnt take this long to get the bumper replaced or in contact with them to do so. We wont be going back to them after they get this bumper replaced and I would not recommend them. If this is how they treat their customers, why would we recommend new prospects only for them to be disappointed?The guy doesnt know what hes doing when it comes to getting the right part for the car and he messed up in trying to get the front bumper on!!! Now thats gonna cost us more money just to fix his mistakes! If your not an expert on cars, dont give people that impression and maybe not work on them.

Revision from 1-star review... I emailed Roy upon reading his response (1:45 on 1/15) I did receive a phone call back late on 1/16. He said he was on his way back from a business trip. During that time I went with someone else and because I didnt use their services, I didnt feel a 1-star review was appropriate. But, because there was no auto-reply on his email, and the previous experience, it isnt much better.*Original Review - On 1/9 I called looking for an auto body place to repair one of our business pick-ups that had been hit. Although it was during business hours there was no answer and I left a message. I also completely filled out their online request for quote that ultimately would not submit. I found an email address and then sent a detailed message along with a photo and insurance quote. It is 1/15 and I have not received a call or a response via email. Very poor way of doing business.

Professional. Courteous. Fair.Had my Toyota Sienna towed here for repairs when the engine refused to start even though the battery was fully charged. The problem was quickly diagnosed and possible solutions were clearly explained to me along with the cost implications. The repair costs were fair and reasonable and the actual repairs were completed in a timely manner. The staff was very friendly and the waiting area is neat and clean.Very good experience!

I dropped my vehicle and they said it would take two days. They ended up calling me five days later and the quality of the cleaning/detailing was poor, theres no notable difference to when i dropped it off. Extremely overpriced for the quality.

Jacob has helped me twice and he is so kind and very knowledgeable on cars which is good most men give me the run around but at Sky’s Auto they gave me straight answers and straight results with quick service ! Thank you guys so much !

This body shop does an amazing job on getting the job done. They did an amazing job on fixing my 2017 Mazda 6 that had two ugly accidents on both the passenger and driver headlight sides as well as the whole bumper to blend the paint. They will give you the best quote possible and take good care of your car and I have to say that I was amazed on how it turned out after because being a return customer theyve yet again done a fantastic job matching the paint and making it like new. I will never go to another body shop.

I had been looking for so many repair shops and found the most reasonable price and trustworthy shop.He always nice to everybody. He repaired the break pad, the engine cooler system, and the oil change for Camry 1996. Its kind old car but I can still drive very well because of him!!!

Love this place. Not only is the price right but their work is extraordinary. Brought my Nissan 370z to have body kit put on and also painted. In a week the car was done. They even painted my emblems.They always answer my emails and and call to answer my questions. Will definitely take my car here again.

I purchased my car used and wanted to get a really deep clean. Carpets, seats, etc. I also wanted the exterior to pop so they washed, clayed, and ceramic coated the exterior.Im an extremely particular person and after meeting the team when I dropped it off I knew it was in good hands. They really care about going that extra mile to make your vehicle look its best.It truly looks brand new.

Made an appointment a week in advance even got a call from them for confirmation and to move my appointment to an earlier time, which I agreed to. The day of the appointment after an hour of waiting, there was no answer from the shop everytime I called, went down to the shop didn’t seem like anyone was there. Waste of time!
