I love this place! I decided to clean out my CR-V myself instead of waiting until an auto salon had an opening. Between the super-powerful, quarter-operated vacuums, the floor-mat washer machine, the vending choices for car cleaning/freshener supplies, and the facilities for drive-through or do-it-yourself car washing, this place had everything I needed. And I was able to get the job done at a fraction of the price! Awesome!

Other then the guys missing a wheel when drying/wiping down, they do a pretty good job, compared to brown bear.

Recently visited this location as I got a coupon after my car service from Hyundai. Their car wash was thorough and well done. While I went there only because I got a free coupon, I may not mind visiting again for an out of pocket car wash again.

Brought in a car that had been under a tree for months. Filthy! Stuck on sap. The guys really did a good job loosening the crud before the wash. Came out looking like a different car! And only $10!

Have used the automatic wash many times just used the self serve wash for the first time and loved it. Called in to have a question answered about the charge and the guy who answered the phone was extremely helpful and cordial. The self serve car wash here also has more options then Brown Bear.

Car wash not in the best location. Hotel across the street attracts a certain crowd but they try to keep the place up. The wash bays definitely need an upgrade. They are falling apart, often leaky hoses and the structure is showing its age.

I lost a hundred dollar bill an was unsure if I had mistakenly vacuumed it up well there.1 I called an spoke to some one they let me check an even blew out the hose for me. I was unable to locate it but I appreciated the effort.

Usually I go here to vacuum my car as they have a machine that washes and drys the floor mats. The last time I went the vacuum machine was not producing a lot of suction, so I went to find a attendant who tightened up the screws at the bag collector, which didnt help much at all. And said it was good to go. I disagreed but he kept walking away. So I started to vacuum again, but dirt was still not getting picked up, so after spending almost 6 dollars in the machine I decided it wasnt worth it and drove away with 4 minutes still in machine. But I will go back there again because overall its still a good place to get your floor mats cleaned and car vacuum led.

Great self serve location with vending machines full of car care items and goodies. But bring quarters! 25 cents to start to vacuum your car but only takes quarters & machine to get quarters wont take a bill with a wrinkle... Big waste of time for me trying to get the machine to work! Good vacuum after going elsewhere for quarters. Paid $1.50 for 3 minutes to do a quick vac of a VW GTI, 4 door car, didnt do the trunk. Recommended.

They pump your gas without charging more than any other gas station, they hire very nice young kids that are always very polite, oh and theyll even wash your car. Whats not to love? I get my gas there always for years

A little to expensive for what you offer. $25 (The Works Wash) to go through a mainly touch free wash and air dry is a little to expensive in my opinion. After wash I noticed quite a bit of soap still in places on my vehicle. Good customer service was a plus.

Best car wash in Snohomish county

This is just for the vacuum experience at this business. Vacuums worked very well. Lots of vacuums were available, so I didnt have to wait. They run on quarters or tokens that are sold inside. They have a machine that you can put cash into to get tokens If you dont have any quarters. I think it was $1 for a token. That got you about a minute, I think of vacuum time.

Good car wash, friendly employees.

I went to vacuum my car, I didnt have cash and there was no debit or credit card machine to use. I found 4 quarters . Put in it and didnt even get 1 minute of vacuuming done. The sign said 2minutes for 1$. Was disappointed. Ive gone to other places where I can use my card.

The auto-wash scratches your car

I come here quite often. This is the first time the kid working in the morning opening up tried giving me some attitude and no covid mask on at the time. I got there and asked what time they opened and if they had a full service wash, he replied “ yea that’s why we are here”. The attitude and terrible tone was uncalled for. If you can’t treat customers with respect then you shouldn’t be in customer service. I probably won’t come back.

Splurged on the 2nd most expensive option for $16.95 + tax, found some dirt caked in the front vents & under the rear spoiler after the job. Without hesitation they offered to run my car through the wash again & manually scrubbed the unwashed dirt off. Hasta La Vista, babie!!

Been going here for a few years. I was paying 12$ but today price went up to $13 for a middle grade wash. They could get my front wheels a bit better due to lots of break dust. But never had a bad experience and the wash is pretty good. I believe they have 3 different wash to choose from.

Its a good place to get the car washed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Its convenient to the area next door to use vacuums. I always go there as the vacuums are bargain priced compared to others in the area. There is an area behind to wash your floor mats for free.

Just had my new car washed. Came out with 3 scratches in perfect line down both sides. Mark the owner claims not his machine and tries to explain by showing how it works. As it comes on the lower brushes/spinning are at exact height of scratches. I tell him they wouldnt be on both sides exact same area. He refused to help or share insurance information. Not sure what I can legally do but I will definitely be telling all my friends and family not to use this place. They know their machine scratched my car. Man up Mark.

Love this car wash! My car comes out shining and looking like new every time! Very cheap to wash and ultra high powered vaccums and they have both self serve bays or the automatic drive thru wash.. but wait theres more, you can also fill up there as well along with your wash I visit this car wash at least twice a month

Love this place clean and affordable they have a plethora of vending machines to keep the kids busy and the vacuums are 25 cents per 45 seconds. Use coins instead of quarter for the wash you get more bang for your buck. Free rainex window station also always an attendant on duty, comes in handy when the vending machines steal your dollar ! Good car wash options that other car washes dont have !!

General Brushless Car Wash is exactly as it sounds! No brushes are used inside the tunnel on your car! They have sponges like Shami sponges to be gentle and do a great job! The number 1 car wash, about $18, is perfect with the waxes that come on in the tunnel and make your car extremely shiny. The supreme is a wipe down car wash that the employees hand apply wax and wipe down my car very great!!! This is the only car wash I go to, and I get my gas here:)

I use my debit card on self service car wash station and I get only around 5 minutes.And today when i was checking my bank statement they charge me $14 dllsWhen the minimum they said is 3 dollars to start the machine.

Car wash was good. The service from the teens running the place was something else. They were on their phones, not telling us what to do or where to go. I had never been and they didnt explain a single thing. I didnt even know where to go after I paid.

False advertising: Brushless, not so much. They just use cloth brushes instead of bristle brushes, but certainly not what I think 99% of people would expect for the term brushless. Drove here from Seattle only to realize we were duped.I would give 5 stars if not for the switch and bait tactics, looks like a great option for those who dont mind a few minor scratches in the finish or arent worried about their mirrors getting damaged, etc. For our case, we dont want anything physically touching the paint for this particular car, and really just wanted an undercarriage wash. Too bad, I usually love supporting small businesses.

Quite simply the BEST automated car wash in the area. Have been using General for years. First time with my then 3 year old and the experienced freaked him out a bit - but he soon got over it and wanted to do it again, Dad. He is in his 20s now. Give it a try - so convenient.

I came here because I had a free car wash coupon from an auto repair. Pulling into this place is confusing. I drove by and had to go back after I turned around. To get to the car wash you have to pull through the gas station as if youre getting gas. My van was nice and clean afterwards they did a great job and its nice knowing the water is recycled and not dumping pollutants into our groundwater. The attendants helping me were very polite. I will go back again.

I took my new Hyundai here after an oil change for a wash and they did a 𝕊𝕦𝕡𝕖𝕣𝕚𝕠𝕣 job compared to other car wash places Ive been to.

Pay for the top service. I did and it was excellent. Dirty, black truck in need of a wax. Thick tires with rims. If you take care to place your tires correctly, they will be just fine. I was impressed.

We were stuck in their lil parking lot for over 20 minutes trying to get out. our car was too low so the kid told us to wait until its clear. instead of stopping cars...we had to wait for 5 to go in. what if there was an emergency??? all the cars are jam packed into their parking lot and there is no in case of an emergency escape. the people there seem clueless.

This place rocks, especially if you are lucky enough to get the Groupon deal for 5 washes at half price. They spend extra time on really dirty areas of your car and my dog thinks getting a car wash is an amusement park ride. So coo. Keeps my convertible looking great.

This is listed as a Brushless car wash. I traveled for quite a while to get to use this carwash under that assumption. I take very good care of my car, and try to make sure the paint is protected. I got there, paid and pulled around only to see it is filled with brushes.... I was extremely upset and voiced this. No one had an answer. I went through with a bitter taste in my mouth. It did the normal spotty job, missing areas entirely (especially the rims). Not a fan.

I was extremely upset with the car washers today we just bought a new car so we were still learning how to work everything in it and the emergency brake accidentally got hit when he was putting it in neutral and it sometimes doesnt turn off easily when u try to turn it off ...so when he couldnt move fast enough for them they started yelling turn it off get it moving are you not listening to me! You gotta get it into neutral and get ur damn foot off the brake!! Several times ...to the point my husband couldnt think anymore and I finally yelled back ..he is trying and the emergency brake isnt releasing give him a second he is trying.....I get they r in a hurry there is many ppl coming through....BUT NO ONE IS DYING AND THERE IS NO FIRE ...SO CALM DOWN ...WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!

Good car wash. Not excellent. They do hand wash before the tunnel, but there was plenty of dirt under my rear window wiper that wasnt touched.

Super convenient. The only place I would take my black car thru a car wash. Detail work is great. Management is super helpful and pleasant. Self wash and vacuum and a wide selection of DIY products. Wish there was one in my new neighborhood but I still make a special trip when I need a wash and shine!

Love the fill n wash services, although I do wish there was an option for traditional old school full service checking fluids and air pressure when refueling. Always make sure the pump matches the charge on your receipt 😉

I came here over the weekend. The sponges they use are great, I didnt notice any scratches on my paint. But this place will ruin your rims, after it was done washing I came out to vacuum and noticed that 3 of my rims were scratched and one of them had a little come off. No this are not fake wheels,in fact they are real BBS. I stood there and watch 4 different cars come out with big scratches on your wheels. I would recommend this place if you dont care about your rims.

When I was charged $9 for a basic wash, it raised my expectations, as did the fact that there was a power spray before entering the tunnel. Still some dirty spots on vehicle on way out and the worst was there was still soap on my vehicle. Had to use my drinking water I had with me to rinse the rest of soap off.

Im a Uber driver and I use this service a lot, but last week I came to who, I used my card like the other times and I made a charge of $ 14 for three minutes. when I always pay $ 3dll. Be careful with this establishment is fraudulent and dishonest, I spoke with the manager. but he is a closed person, he did not give me solution. I realized why I reviewed my transactions that day. Maybe on other occasions they gave me that charge. And yes, I always make sure to press the button when I finish so they do not keep charging me. very bad. I do not recommend it. Fraudulent establishment already report it. expect sanctions and revisions. do not come to this establishment.
