This was my first time, as I received a gift certificate to this salon. But I felt bad because I came in near closing time so I made them stay late but I did get my brows tinted darker and waxed along with a full set and they came out great. They also took their time and were super sweet which made the experience even better

I have been here twice so far and each time has been wonderful. I went the other day without an appointment and Leslie was able to take me in immediately. She did a great job and I will definitely be back for a third time.

I will never go here again!! I got a half pedicure, it was not worth $40, the color was nice though. I wanted my eyebrows waxed, I specifically told the lady to keep my eyebrows nice, clean and thick. One eyebrow was longer than the other one. The short one was noticeably thinner and shorter. I told her this isnt what I asked for amd do you know how long its going to take to grow back. She said it looks fine, it looks good, she did a good job. I asked for an overlay on my nails, I wanted them to still look short but not the same exact length as my regular nails. She didnt even pull out the the things nail tech use to sculpt your nails. I just told her to stop, this is not acceptable and I will not be coming back. I wanted to look and feel nice for a very special event tomorrow and now its ruined! Now I have to get up early and see if any of this is fixable and spend more money and time. Worst experience ever in a nail salon

I normally just walk in rather than make an appointment & never have to wait. They are friendly & professional, Ive gone here for years. I typically just get a mani/pedi but Ive used their waxing services on occasion & they are good too. High marks for affordability.

S&S nails grew out horribly after a week. They did not do anything to my cuticles and the nails were extremely bubbly looking (I got a regular French manicure). They are very nice but mediocre at best.

I gave them 1 star because they were very nice, but the quality is awful. I got gel nails because I was told they last around 14days. 2 days later and a few of my nails paint has cracked and chipped off.

One of the sweetest people that i know. I’ve been patronizing evans nails since I was in middle school. I’m 25 now. So Ive been a long time customer.However, the quality of this nail shop is not up to par for the price that i’m paying. It’s always a hit or miss for me.For example, recently I paid$40 for dip powder SNS nails. The nail color is pretty but my cuticle area shouldn’t look raggedy nor should I have hangnails hanging onto my nails. They put the color on and thats literally it. No type of manicure service.I also got a pedicure and I feel as if its always rushed and not enough coats of polish on my toes to give that great pigmented look that we as customers enjoy.Please don’t get me wrong, these are some of the sweetest people that I know. But the quality is NOT up to par.

Went and got my eyebrows waxed during my lunch break. When I got to the car and looked in the mirror I saw that I had a huge glob of wax in my hair beside my ear. I dont even know how it got there but the lady didnt tell me. I will never go back.

I spent almost 50 dollars to have my toes and acrillic nails put on for prom and they were the worst nails I have ever gotten and I had to go back for them to repaint them the next day and redo one of my toes that had messed up 3 times in the store the first time. my nails hardly looked any better, the polish was uneven and the acrillic was put on so slopishly and fast but I had to keep them on for prom. today I came to get them taken off just 4 days later because of how extremely horrible they look and they wanted to charge me 10$ to take them off after just wasting nearly 50 dollars. I will never go back there again

I started going to Evans Nails at Kroger shopping center approximately 5 months ago in preparation for a wedding I was attending. My first visit I arrived about 2 hours before they were due to close, along with a friend who was also attending the wedding. We both had a complete mani with gel nails and gel nail polish, an upgraded pedicure including gel nail polish, the top of the line false eyelashes and my eyebrows dyed and waxed. Because I was in a time-pressed situation, I let what I felt was misleading pricing and service explanations go unchallenged. For example, I expected my eyelashes to be dyed, not gluing one false lash at a time. I didnt question this service as I was so pressed for time, and also partially blamed myself, because I really couldnt understand the heavily accented/broken English that they spoke. Also. they dyed my eyebrows, too dark of a brown I should add, when all I wanted was a waxing. When my friend and I insisted my eyebrows were too dark, they said in a few hours to a day they would lighten up to match my very light blond hair color (that never happened). They charged me $75 for the placement of eyelashes that were ridiculously long and my eyes would stick together whenever I blinked. They also only put lashes on top not on the bottom which looked very unfinished (it was a few minutes past their closing time). When I questioned them about my lashes they said it would be another $75 to do the bottoms and Id have to come back the next day, remember I only wanted my eyelashes dyed. When I asked the girl to dye them she said yes no problem they do that, so I felt confident she knew what I wanted.During this whole time I had 3 different people working on me so when my bill ended up being $195 (I nearly fell over) stupid me felt obligated to tip 20% to each person who worked on me. I foolishly went back every two weeks to have my gel nails filled in and repolished along with a pedicure. All in all I went back 5 times. The lat time I went it was 30 mins. before closing and once again I had 3 people work on me. One gave me a pedicure, one filed off my gel nail polish and the 3rd person was to fill in the gel and re-polish my nails. After they filed off my polish and smoothed down my nail growth the woman put a clear coat on my nails, then began polishing. I realized she never filled in my nails with the gel. When I brought this to their attention, they denied it. Even when I asked them to pull the video to show them she never filled my nails in. They hemmed & hawed and delayed my going until another man showed up, looked at my nails and said pay up they were done. At this point I had one hand half-polished, the other hand the girl poorly removed the polish with a regular nail polish remover, it was supposed to be gel polish which they charge $10 extra for, obviously they lied about it being gel polish as it takes filing gel polish off to remove it. I finally called the cops, but with 4 employees lying about everything the cop told me to pay, never come back and report them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I AM STRONGLY, PASSIONATELY WARNING ANYONE WHO FREQUENTS THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS TO STOP GOING THERE. WHEN I WENT TO ANOTHER PLACE TO HAVE MY NAILS DONE THE NEXT DAY THEY CONFIRMED MY NAILS WERE NEVER FILLED IN WITH GEL AND THE NAIL POLISH WAS NOT GEL.

Nowadys this nail salon is bad is only has 3 workers, Owner, Co-Owner, and worker they other workers went to find new places to work i would give a 0 if i could.
