I patiently waited 20 minutes for a gel manicure when the young woman who was going to helped me called me over. I showed her a picture of what I would like and she told me yes then started my manicure. It wasn’t until she began painting my nails that she let me know she didn’t have the base color which was an issue as it was the main color of the design I wanted. We went back and forth about colors and I thought maybe I would just get a single color on nails to make it easier. This is when she got upset with me and told me she didn’t have time to deal with me as she had other customers. I was so appalled with how rude and upset she got with me as I remained calm and understanding the whole time. Even other customers were confused. I just wanted to leave so I paid $25 (regular manicure $30) for the 1 coat of clear she got on my nails which weren’t even put them under the light to dry. Not sure if she’s just bad with customers or having a bad day but I did not appreciate that.

My sister and I came for two gel manicures with simple nail art (daisies on her nails, a heart on mine). We brought in pictures of exactly what we wanted. The older woman cut my cuticle until I bled while talking with her coworker. The younger woman was not nice, and kept swatting my sisters hands when it was time to switch which one was under the uv lamp. She also had dirty nails and kept using them to scrape nail polish off the sides of our nails. When we got done, my sisters french tips were crooked, although the flowers were cute, and I ended up with the complete wrong pattern of colors on my nails and very misshapen hearts. I was charged $40 and my sister was charged $55. Dont go here. It was nice of them to fit us in, but I wish I had saved my money and gone elsewhere honestly. :(

I do not like to leave poor reviews for businesses, but after getting my nails done here, I could not stop thinking about how I wish SO MUCH that my friend and I never came to this place. If I can save others the suffering, this is my attempt to do so. Ive gotten my nails done, multiple times, from various places and this is by far the worst and most unprofessional and rude establishment I have ever been to. I am not getting into details because it pains me to recount the experience.If you are reading this, I know there are limited options to even get your nails done in this area, but I can guarantee you that this is the absolute WORST place to go to.

This place was terrible! I went here 7/5/21 with my sister and we are both very disappointed and unsatisfied with our nails and the whole experience. First of all, its super sloppy looking inside. It was a mess and tacky. Signs for the bathroom and the no refund sign (the only two I remember) were hand written with very bad writing and taped up crooked with packaging tape, not that hard to print things like that out and use thumb tacs or double sided tape for a more professional look. Their framed credentials were also held up with packaging tape and crooked. The rest of the place just looked dirty and unorganized. There wasnt any music or a TV playing anything. Next, both of our nail technicians were on their phones while doing our nails! I dont know what the lady doing my sisters nails was listening to or watching but the guy doing my nails was watching a cartoon (phone laying on the table) in a different language with high volume and not fully paying attention to my nails until his phone started dying and he turned it off. They both did our nails super fast, like too fast. I got an acrylic fill with gel paint, he didnt ask what shape I wanted (I told him eventually to make sure I was gonna get what I wanted, I asked for square and got square round) he didnt ask if I wanted my nails shorter (they had obviously grown since my last fill) so my nails arent all even lengths. His technique for giving me french tips was not how Ive ever seen anyone do them (Ive been getting my nails done regularly for about 7 years and always French tip with 2 different colors) and they are sloppy and different thicknesses. My nails arent smooth, they all have a wave/dent/hump. While doing my clear acrylic this big white speck had fallen in the middle of my pinky nail and he acted like it wasnt there. When I asked him if it would go away when he files or if he was gonna fix it he said yes and never did. My thumb nail chipped the next day. My sister got a full set with gel paint and asked for coffin shape, they arent uniform and the shapes arent appealing. The lady got the colors she asked for wrong/backwards. The color she wanted for her ring fingers was what she got on all the other nails and the main color she wanted was what she got on her ring fingers. Her nails also werent smooth and had waves/dents. The staff wasnt friendly or welcoming. We arent the type to make a scene and be loud or rude to people so we just paid and left. I cant believe that is the nail place for a mall, usually malls have nice salons that match all the nice/cool looking stores. Ill never go back. Hopefully they get a new nail salon in there some day because itd be convenient to shop and get nails done.

I got my very first pedicure on Saturday April 11 2021 I took my daughter and her friend and we all got pedicures the lady that was doing mine was nice I guess she was just doing what she does and she seemed kinda just over the day it was closer to the end of the day so I can assume she was just ready for the day to be over and possibly a little careless she ended up clipping my toe a little I didnt notice any bleeding or anything but my toe was tender any ways didnt bother me that I noticed on Sunday at all then it progressively started to hurt a little more on Monday but still I didnt notice too much discomfort but today Tuesday I could feel a little extra soreness in my toe and today (Wednesday) oh boy does it hurt I did do a little extra running around at work but now that I am home oh my god it hurts I cant wear a shoe and Im about to go soak my foot in some epsome salt. I am not too pleased with my experience and likely wont be going back again. These photos are on 4/21/21 its been about 10days since I got my pedicure from them. Never again!!!

Accommodated a last minute appointment for 4 pedicures. Everyone was friendly and thorough. Shop was clean and we loved how our toes turned out.

I went in to get a manicure and I asked the technician to give me glitter moons I was charged an extra 5 dollars I paid and then she failed at the attempt to do what I had paid for so I asked her to just coat the nail polish with glitter instead. No big deal but the lady would not give back the 5 dollars I paid . Her attitude was awful and because I prepaid the tip reflected that I was happy with the service which I am not.

Horrible job on my nails! Now need to find someone to fix the mess!

My granddaughters were very excited it was their first time to get their nails done. Unfortunately, the young gals that gave us three acrylic sets were rude and it was obvious to one of my granddaughters. I am so disappointed that i promise to not return. I spent 170.00! You would think the girls would be kind and inviting. They didnt even say goodbye. Upon finishing my nails she just stood up and walked away. I was disappointed for my grandaughter that was keenly aware of the girls rude behavior! I didnt deserve their poor treatment and I shouldnt of tipped, but I did.

Love my nails. He took his time and they turned out perfect.

My nails have started chipping already and I just got them done yesterday. I asked for gel multiple times and when the lady got done with my nails she said that I never told her I wanted gel. She also cut the side of my thumb and made it bleed. I won’t be going back for my hands. At least they were nice.

I highly recommend the technician Quy, I had pretty much all of them there, he is the best! It doesn’t matter how long I need to wait for him I will!

First time here and a very good experience. Absolutely love the ladies here. The ladies were warm to not only me, but any customer who walked in the door. They did an amazing job! The salon is well-stocked with a myriad of polish and gel colors. 5 STARS! ! ! ! Will continue coming here.

I’ve been trying to find a good salon in humboldt county for a while now but i can promise you this is not the place and i will never come here again even if it was free. the ladies were extremely rude and my nails looked like complete trash, my hands were covered in polish because she could not paint correctly. i went in an hour before closing with no one there and about 30 minutes later she finished and starting turning off the lights and shutting the door, not saying a word to me or allowing me to dry my nails. i honestly never leave reviews but i want to let others know to please not give them your business, they truly are not deserving.

Let me just say that this place is AMAZING. The ladies here were very nice. Great prices! Clean atmosphere. Ill introduce this place to everyone.

I took my 7 year old daughter here to get our nails done. She loved getting pampered and getting her nails done. They were even kind enough to paint on flowers at no cost on her big toes. Mine was a bit rough at times, thus 4 stars instead of 5. Clean location, friendly people.

After going to several salons in the Eureka area I have found my spot! They offer water and other drinks and atmosphere is comfortable. Everyone that works here are pleasant people aND took their time on my nails make sure theyre perfect and indeed. Place was super clean, lots of space with many chairs. This is a phenomenal place!

After looking for a new nail place, I was told about Q Nails so I decided to try them out finally. The ladies who work here did an amazing job on my nails, very careful and professional. The color choices are magnificent. It was so nice to be pampered by women that seemed to be loving life.

I love this place! Im so picky and they always make me happy!! Reasonably priced, plus I clean houses 5 days a weeks, shellac always lasts, at least 2 weeks +!! Best along powers corridor!

My first experience with Q-Nails wasnt pleasant and it took me a year to come back after the oldest man in the store decided to publicly argue with me about fixing one of my Nails. Today I go back thinking maybe if I go to another person itll be fine. But the lady cut my toe nails way too short and didnt shape them, as I asked her to shape them because they look crooked she told me its just my feet and put the nail polish on.. I truly hate this place and will never come back.

You can always tell how Good they are by the amount of time they take. More people= more money. She worked so fast my cuticles are messy and I wont go back she also spent the entire time doing my manicure super fast while talking to another nail tech. I didnt really want her to talk to me - just pay attention to what she is doing.

Based on their reviews, I decided to walk for a gel mani. Cant say enough good things about this place. The staff are so nice and very approachable. They didnt rush through my service. They have a Variety of colors here, too many to choose from! ! If you ever feel like something wasnt done right you should let them know right away so they can help resolve the issue. Cant wait to come back for a pedicure:)

So I went with my daughter to get a manicure and pedicure and we got horrible service! They treated us as quick and fast cash. The girl started filing my finger nails while I was getting my pedicure by another person, then left to get food and continued when she got back but didnt give me a manicure just painted my nails. Then said she was still charging me $25 it should have been more like $15-$20 since I didnt get my manicure, which I wanted and didnt get. My daughter got her pedicure and manicure done by the same lady who did a horrible job, she started off doing a manicure but once I tipped her $10 half way through her service all effort went out the window. Never going back!

My new go to!! Customer service is incredible! They did an amazing job at my nails I am in love with my nails and have received so many compliments! I will come back whenever I need to get a mani or pedi, def recommend!

Every year I get a pedicure with my girlfriends for my birthday! I always call ahead of time to make sure they have enough space for all of us. Always have great service and I LOVE their massage chairs!

Last week I went for a manicure & pedicure for the first time. I was in a hurry and the staff member (quay was his name I believe ) was able to do both in under an hour. The quality was great for the price. Ill be back.

They lady had a aweful attitude when I walked in and rushed though my pedicure. She then tried to charge me for a design on my nail that she knowingly messed up. I have been here multiple times and have had more bad experiences than good. This was the last straw! P.S they don’t offer water or refreshments.

Do not recommend!!!!! I had a full set of acrylics done and within the first two days had to 2 nails break, so I went back and got the repaired. A few days later another tip broke off so I repaired it best as I could with nail glue because I don’t have the time to go back to the mall to get repairs ever other day. The next day I had a 4 to nail break off. I’m over it. Going to get them removed and redone somewhere else. I’m not hard on my nails and have had acrylics stay on with no problems before. Shame too because I would have been a very loyal customer.

Homie I asked for blue NOT FRIKEN LIME GREEN I said blue and pointed at blue and homeboy paints em green and the worst part is there gel and there not funna come off for a couple of weeks at least ask if its the color I want

Got a fullset and i seen the lady cut the thumb too short and she forgot to buff out my nails so the acrylic was all bumpy, also super thin. then 3 days later my pinky nail tip breaks. So i go back and had the guy there fix it because he actually takes his time and does a good job. however, they charged me $10 to put acrylic filler in the chipped spot, and to buff them out and repaint them, which was their mistake in the first place. also, they just filed the other thumb too short aswell rather than redoing the short one. its a shame i won’t be going here again.

Horrible service they actually tried to get me to pay before the nails were even done and did make the other people do this, and I was the only black woman in the shop today. I do not recommend this place they can only do basic nails and are rude and there chairs are so uncomfortable. They really should shut down

I hate to write a bad review but I the absolute worst pedicure here. Im sure it was the tech I had because my mom had a great pedicure and othets around me had good looking toes. Mine looked like a toddler painted them. Ugh anyway. I have had good ecperiences here and now thos bad oneWho knows maybe it was just a bad day for going to get my toes done.

Ive gone to this place for years and I will only see one guy there Cas everybody else there does retchid work. The last time I went my normal guy did my acrylics and had some young guy paint them, my toddler could of done a better job. I will never go back.

This is the best salon in my town. Itsquite place.I was promptly served by the staff here. So GREATTT! They chatted to when I got on some topics about a mani. Plus the prices are hard to beat.Strongly recommend here for everybody! 10/10 stars!

Nasty!I had them take off the nastiest cheap ass nails they were trying to apply to me before they even started. And they used dirty ass tools. I would never come back here again.

I went in with my 6 yr old daughter to get a polish change. The staff there acted annoyed with us and then when I asked for a design, they told me I needed to show them a design, but every one i showed them, they said they couldnt do. The design they did do, was not great, I had to go home and add to it. It cost me $15 for mine and $10 for my daughter who they just ended up putting a small sticker on each big toe. Needless to say, I wont be going back there

Bad experience. I got a manicure and pedicure which was $50. The nail polish cover was uneven with patch spots, streaks, and bubbles showing. They didnt round the nail well as seen in the second photo and with the pedicure the girl just touched the scrubing pad to my foot and then stopped and barely looked at my feet before the polish part. One of the worst places Ive been to.

I have been going to this place for quite a while, but after a HORRIBLE experience yesterday I will never go back again.I took my daughters for pedicures. Everything was going great until the woman that was trimming my cuticles cut a huge chunk of skin off of my foot which then started bleeding incredible amounts. It hurt so bad and she kept trying to glue the skin back together but the cut was too large that there was no chance of reconnecting the skin.Though this cut was incredibly painful (and is still red and swollen 24 hours later), the worst part of my experience was their lack of care/concern to our entire group after this incident. The lady doing my pedicure got a band-aid for my big toe and then quickly put a single coat of polish on my four smaller toes without any under/over coats. She also skipped out on any massage on that foot before getting up, moving to the next person, and completely ignoring us the rest of the time. I even had to get my own foam sandals because they kept ignoring us and our request for a pair of those sandals so I didnt have to put my foot into my boots.Stay away from this place. They have horrible customer service and under qualified nail technicians.

Horrible horrible! Always rushing to get to next client. They are just looking to make more money, they dont care to take the time and do a good job. Was in there about 5 month ago and the guy just talked and talked and joked and was talking a bunch of none sense, Im ok with that as long as your paying attention to the nails, and take your time and not rush it. Outcome absolutely ugly nails! Btw his wife and him were arguing while he was doing my nails, very professional. Tried the wife the next time around to see if she was better, she was rude as heck with her sour face and also rushing it, outcome ugly nails again. Tried some other younger girl I dont know if it was their daughter but also rude and made my nails big and wide and rushing it again just so she could go sit herself and dip her feet in that pedicure chair. Waste of time and most of all waste of money! Not again! Learned my lesson. Fool me 3 times. Shame on me!

The woman was so rude she was on the phone the entire time she is so much glue my skin on my fingers is glued to the acrylic nail she put on me the nail polish is smudged and smeared I would hardly even give them one star and she wanted me to pay her half way through the nail session and she didnt do a good job definitely am not going back there ever again
