Clean salon, but they’re just trying to get you in and out so they can work on the next customer, not client. But you get what you pay for. I’ve been here a few times because they’re the best cheaper place that isn’t the mall. But the work truly is mediocre. I usually get long acrylics. I just got another set hoping it would be decent, the gel was brushed out lumpy and uneven, my pinky is crooked, because they’re long you can see the backs easier and some of the polished overflowed onto them and it looks like I glued these on and painted them myself. They also don’t even care for your cuticles anymore they file and glue the tips. It may be because of COVID but the charged me $60 for long nails which they’re barely considered long and I only got a color so there wasn’t much more work than the average plain set. And as I said, you get what you pay for, but it’s not even worth my $60. I’d rather spend more for someone who cares more. Plus I’m a good tipper unless you don’t deserve it. At LEAST that should be their incentive.

Always clean. I have been coming here for the last 5 years or so. I can only speak to the pedicures. I enjoy the massage and scrub. The hot towels are nice too. They are always polite. Polish is alwsys nice and neat. I am always very relaxed when they work on my toes.

Very clean & tidy setting with barriers in place for Covid safety pedicures. Appts preferred so regulation of space. Great pedicure & love the massage chairs. They offer 3 levels of pedicures. Ive had basic and middle one. Wow, both were wonderful!

Worst pedi Ive ever had. Minimal cleaning, nothing for calluses, and the girl was so busy watching the show behind her on the wall, that she kept massaging a very visible bruise. She also did my grandmas pedi, and kept hurting her newly replaced knee even after she said something. Very disappointing.

After a not so great experience at a more pricy location, I came into LC nails on the same day and they made me so happy I cried! Nailed it!

Received a rushed pedicure that started with a really hot water and was corrected, but given attitude for it. Obviously foot massage lasted like 20 seconds and at the end they moved my things to the nail area and was expected to walk barefoot there. The acrilic nails were poorly filled and over priced for half an inch, no design or jewelry on them. Was expecting to pay $40 wich is the price advertised for full acrilics and ended up paying $10 more with no explanations. To top it off, I was given shade for a bad tip, when they honestly did not even deserve one at all.

This was my second time going to this particular nail salon. They quickly got me in for an appointment, even tho they were packed full when I walked in. I got a manicure done, a full set of gel acrylic. Nail technicians were friendly and accommodating to my needs. (I recently injured my wrist so doing normal things, such as simple movements, werent as easy as usual. She was very sensitive and paid close attention to better assist me.) I described what I wanted and I got exactly that. Good experience. Thanks!

Really Needed a pedicure, long story short PERFECT JOB !!! Great service, will be returning

1. I had to choose my own nail polish which I did not like.2.they book people when obviously they’re full.3. Nail tips are cheapy and they looked crooked when they put it on my nails.4. She has a attitude.5. She told me to go dry my nails without instructions under this thing that wasn’t even on and I didn’t know.6. She didn’t tell me when or if I could leave the nail dryer so I sat there for a half hour more than I needed too.

Great pedicure! Will go back next time.

After 25 years of getting my nails done Ive NEVER had allergic reaction! I tried this place. 1st time ok, 2-3-4th time NOT OK. So much pain,I asked them for help in removing painful nails. They were honestly saying.. I SO SENSITIVE!! While rude in saying it was me. Flash forward 4 days.. Im in my ER so much pain!!! They didnt care nor did they try to resolve by honoring my$$ back 50$ for excruciating pain!!! Wish I had a lawyer. DO NOT GO HERE. They use the same files on everybody. I watched it.They should pay for my Emergency room visit!!!!!!

Made a pedicure reservation for four and it was not honored. The ladies in the salon literally let 2 walk-ins be served while we were announcing ourselves while standing in the lobby. There was no apology or attempt to make things right. One of the nail techs even rolled her eyes at us while we were trying to figure out what was going on. People in our party had traveled from Fortuna and McKinleyville to be seen at our appointment time, but the employees clearly did not care. This was my first visit to the salon and I will not be returning. Very poor customer service.

I go here alot to get gel nails and pedicures. I definitely recommend asking for the guy that works theres hes the best and super sweet. The ladies to a good job but hes my favorite. Great prices.

The girl at the first work stationHang (I think) is amazing the second work station I absolutely do not recommended her. She does not finish no filing smoothing one horrible incomplete work

I went to this place yesterday for a pedicure around 2 PM. I was very happy with my experience here. The people here are so welcoming! ! I didnt feel rushed and they did an awesome job. I think the prices are very good for the area as well. Clearly I really like it here. So I would highly recommend this spot for all!

Walked in with a party of 3 for pedicures. Didnt have to wait long and the toes are looking great!

A bit pricey for gel nail polish. Pedicure was 25, but I got gels & it was 45, plus tip is a 50 pedicure. The lady had my water so hot I couldnt put my feet in, then she drained some & started putting ice cold water in, so I got a cold foot soak. ☹ I told her several times she could stop the cold water but she didnt understand English. Other than that they were nice, the place was clean, & they had a great color selection.

They did the shellac for my nails and it was perfect! My technician was very talented and she fixed everything exactly to my liking. 2 weeks later and my pedicure is still good as new! The place is clean and relatively quiet. Ill continue to be their customer.

I would have never found this little jewel after looking for on facebook. They were very friendly and attentive and took their time. Highly recommend this place- One of the best nail shop Ive ever had.

Worst manicure and pedicure I have EVER had and Ive had hundreds!! Massage was literally 9 SECONDS on each leg and arm. I did Shellac and they got it on my skin around the edges on both hands and feet. Terrible service, terrible paint job- I could have done better myself!! And VERY overpriced for Shellac. I will never come in here again. Go elsewhere!!

Absolutely horrific service. No one ever spoke to me until I paid prior to paint application and I was POINT BLANK ASKED “ARE YOU GOING TO TIP ME?!” I was going to but 1. This is OPTIONAL 2. The service wasn’t completed! I was shocked! Also the massage lasted 10 seconds and the paint application was done very poorly. I will not be going back.

Very impressed with this place. Traveling through and gave them a shot for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. They did a great pedicure with hot stones. Loved the eyebrow wax too. Was able to walk in. Prices reasonable. Instruments were sanitized.

Just what I needed. The massage chair was perfect and the man who did my pedicure did an amazing job. The hot stone leg massage was my favorite.

Wonderful staff. Got me in immediately with no appointment. Ive gotten compliments all day on my nails. Thank you so much, I think I found my permanent nail place. 😊

Went to this shop because dont know the area and needed a fill & pedi. I will not be returning. I was over charged a lot for the quality of service I received. So going to chalk it and remember to NEVER visit this nail shop again nor recommend it to anyone. Your better off nail less then sporting a sh** nail job form this place.

The last review was right. The service is horrible. The only people that do a decent job is the men who work there. That lady with the fake hair is very rude as mentioned. She actually cut my finger because she was filing so fast & not paying attention. She acted like she didnt even notice the blood gushing from my finger, as she kept moving along until I looked at her crazy & asked for something to stop the bleeding. I was livid!! This same lady waxed my eyebrows & acted like she didnt need to wax the top when that was the bushiest part. She was just trying to do as little work as possible for as much $ as she could get. This is always a last resort place when the other salons in town are way too busy. Other than that, dont waste your time or $$ on this place.

Not happy at all with the mani and gel polish. Polish was lifting on the second day. My daughters did the same. I wont return, or recommend this shop.
