The lady that works there is super nice and stayed open to wait for me to dry my clothes past the time she had to. She was super friendly and though the facilities and machines werent the newest the customer service alone was enough to make me come back to this location over any other laundry mat in town.

The place was clean and bright. It stays open later than most places, which helps in a pinch. The folks who run it have obviously had to deal with some problem customers and people in the neighborhood so when I brought my load in close to “last call” and then had trouble feeding quarters into a washer they were a little harsh at first but I remained polite and respectful and they softened up.

Pretty run-of-the-mill laundromat experience.Definitely an older feeling establishment with older machines - some do not even have a time readout.Pricing - one of the cheapest places Ive tried in town which is something I was looking for. Base charge for a top loader washer was $1.50, increased based on soil level. A quarter buys you 6 minutes on the dryers. Theres no option on any machines for cards.I had no interactions with management, couldnt even tell you if they were there. Didnt try the coin machine or other vending machines. Didnt look for a bathroom because its COVID and I have stopped looking lol.Overall very clean, no creepy people loitering. I would try this place again.

Machines worked, ones that did not were tagged. Affordable, clean.

Too rustic for me: cracked floors, silverfish bugs, no staff, no restroom, no credit card machines, so bring your quarters.

An employee came to me while I was in my car and repeatedly threatening to 86 me because I was inside my car smoking. I tried to tell him I understand and I stopped but he kept threatening to 86 me over and over and over.So I waited for my wash to finish and am taking the rest of business elsewhere. Not going to give my business to a place that harasses patrons. Im an adult and only need to be asked once, not threatened over and over

Extremely rude manager, when I was trying to leave to quickly grab my mask out of the car because I forgot it he blocked me from the door and stood there screaming at me. I felt like I was being harassed and told that I was putting everyone in danger. If I could I would give no stars

Ive used this laundry for over 12 years when I have a large load, my machine needed repair or when it was being replaced. Recently they hired a couple who are openly hostile to patrons. They need to clean the dryer screens of the machine you are using, not any of the other ones. They need to sweep and mop where you are unloading laundry and order people away from the machine, then youre not allowed on their wet floor. This is all going on in the afternoon or early evening, nowhere near closing. Ive watched them harass other patrons as well, usually small women. A couple of women along the way have said they were going to call the police on the homeless people harassing her I had to break it to them that those people work there. They break Oregon mandates for staying 6 feet away from people, offering to help with laundry, yet they make up safety rules like doors being open during freezing temperatures. Fewer washers and driers work, but there is active painting going on during open hours. Its a scary conundrum.

I eReally enjoyed the night crew. They both went way out of there way to help me to finish my laundry. They even let us stay a few minutes late so we could finish drying. We wer desperate to get our clothes washed and they went so far out of their way. I cant say enough good things about my experience.

Spent almost $50 there today April 27th my clothes didnt get washed and almost half of them didnt get dry have to go to a good laundromat now to finish doing my clothes that should have already been done very expensive and not worth it dont go there

Tried to buy soap and the machine took my dollar and was out of soap. Then bought another soap and tried to start a load and the machine took my 20 quarters.Changed from 1 to 2 stars because they gave me back my money.

Old reliable neighborhood standby, they try hard to keep the place and outside clean but its Eugene and their are loiterers, the machines work good and better than the newer ones at the place on 11th.

Loved it because its not crowded. But machines are old and not maintained. It definitely needs some love and attention.

The staff are very rude to you don’t go here I was rudely asked to leave just for asking if they had quarters before bringing my laundry down there I didn’t know the color of my skin would be a crime

Im not exaggerating when I say that 1/4 of the machines are out of order. Locals tell me that some dryers (of the working ones) dont get hot.There is a note on the door asking folks to not let the door slam when clearly the door is no working latch or regulator to control the swing of the door. Essentially the wind opens and closes it at will.Some washes are $1.75 which is this laundromats saving grace.

I like the large washers and dryers, makes it easy to get laundry done fast when you arent too concerned about separating colors. The crowd was mixed didnt seem too shady. There was a older lady who was drying clothes and decided it was okay to change into them in front of the window this definitely should be addressed by the owners but I understand that they cant be there all the time to monitor the people. Other then this I do like the mat and will probably be back when I absolutely need to use a laundromat again.

I come here only to dry clothes. Many .dryers have out of order signs but several do not get hot at highest temp and there is no notice.So much is broken, run down, in need of paint, other maintenance; it seems unclean even when freshly mopped and wiped down

Stopped coming to this place due to lack of cleanliness and machine upkeep. The dryers all take multiple cycles to get clothes fully dry and the clothes always come out with a terrible odor no matter how much fabric softner and dryer sheets used......there is no on site help, no contact numbers for emergencies, the elderly woman that shows up before closing says she cant do anything with the machines, to refund money, or to help patrons at all, only the owner can, but is not allowed to call the owner because she gets up at 3 am. One of the big washers stopped mid cycle. Clothes stuck half clean in a puddle. I waited for hours for somebody to show up, afraid to open the door. I was told all I can do is fill out a form and turn it in for a refund of my money and try to bag up what is in washer and either try anotuer one or wash them somewhere else.

Its a quiet little place to do your laundry . The downfall is you cant be refunded any money, there is no restroom nor is there someone the incase management is needed. The place is not well kept up and definitely needs a remodel or something.

Its a good basic laundry, but get your quarters somewhere else. I just put in a $5 and the change machine only gave me $1 worth of quarters. I dont see any posted phone# to call for issues. :/

I got there at 9:00. I had a lot of laundry, but it was slow so I used a lot of machines to get it to go faster. The sign said that the last load had to be in by 10:00 - I was well before that time. I had my items in the dryer when it was about 5 minutes to 11:00. One of the dryers had completed and the other had about 4 minutes left. I talked to my friend on the phone while I folded my clothes and started putting them in the hamper. The attendant interrupted my conversation and told me that it was close to 11:00 and that I needed to finish my business. I got off the phone and started folding. He told me that I didnt have time for that. He made me stuff all of my clothes into my hamper - not folded, and empty the other dryer (still had time left). My clothes got home wrinkled and quite a few were still damp as they were not able to finish drying. I asked him for a refund of my money since I was not able to complete the drying cycle and he refused. He then stood about 2 feet away from me tapping his fingers for me to get everything out and to get out. As I was backing out of the parking lot I saw it was only 11:04. I was treated in such a rude manner. DONT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!

Always low key, and inexpensive. Clean facility, and a nice live person on staff. Dairy Mart is 15 feet away.

Good place to wash those oversized blankets in an industrial sized washer. Not too crowded, clean, and right next to a tattoo shop. Get a tat while you was your undies.

The place and machines are not clean and run down. Many of the machines dont work. I placed my laundry into two dryers that were broken before I found one that worked. There is a system in place to be reimbursed for change eaten by broken machines, but the reimbursement I eventually received in the mail seemed to have the postage cost taken out! Very cheap place, cant recommend. Unfortunately, there arent really any good laundromats in Eugene, so do what you need to do. The machines toward the front of this location seem to be in better condition and less likely to be broken down, so try those first if you have to.

Worst laundromat experience ever I live around the corner in apartment complex in our laundromat was full so I drove here with my laundry but in two loads in two separate washing machines one didnt even spin out any of the water when it filled up a worker came in shortly after and I told her about it and she was kind of like oh well cost a dollar 75 to wash and then I had to take my sopping wet clothes heavy back to my apartment and carry them out my stairs and let them sit wet in my home until the next day when I after work when I could get to the washing machines in my place will never go back there there were also someone in there harassing all the workers and someone smoking marijuana do yourself a favor and dont ever go to this laundromat its disgusting

Tired of being asked for money from the homeless in the area.

I found this place to be over-priced with lower than average quality machines. As to ever seeing an attendant I have yet to see any one. The only reason I use this is it is the closest place to my house, and am not willing to drag all my stuff to the one over off 11th by Albees Gyros

No customer restroom but machines were clean for the most part. If you are 5 3 1/2 or shorter then dont use the top dryers unless you have a tall person.
