Clean Laundromat in Eugene Oregon is the best laundromat that I have ever seen. They sanitize their beautiful Electrolux washers between each load, they provide the laundry soap, the inside has a lot of beautiful plants (including long ivy), a clean Customer only bathroom, the interior is always really clean, they provide a lot of really comfortable seats, very nice team members are always on site, and it close to restaurants to grab food instead of be bored. I will not use this laundry because I like using my own products to do my laundry that I know I am not allergic too, not some hippy dippy detergent required by this business. Since I am familiar with the business of repairing laundry machines there is no proof that regular HE detergent causes any damage. Plus they say they give you free products to clean your laundry but really they are charging you with elevated price to begin with, it is actually included in the price of the wash. What should have been a 6 or 7 dollar load was 12.50 dollars, that is a solid 5 or more dollar charge for soap. It was clean and nice but I am not going to the laundromat to put my feet up and drink a Starbucks, I am going there to clean my laundry the way I choose.

UNBELIEVABLE... This has got to be the best laundry facility I have ever been to. So very clean and green friendly. Private sitting areas. Comfortable and Aspen is amazing. She was friendly and helpful with everyone. My first time here so my drying is free. You must check this place out.

This is literally the cleanest, nicest laundromat Ive ever seen. Normally I shy away from using public or shared washers and dryers, but the machines here are up to date and advanced with pre-sanitize cycle beforehand and are very clean. Ashley is very welcoming and attentive to all customer needs as well. Would gladly use this facility again.

Our first time here and what a great experience. All of the other reviews are right. Youre greeted when you walk through the door with friendly people who walk you through the process. The first time youre here they will dry for free, and theyll direct you to the appropriate machine size for your load. Turns out that at the other places we werent filling them enough... But that was probably because the machines at the other laundromats arent as efficient or good as here. The vibe is friendly, clean, and you dont feel pressured or rushed. Well get out of here in less than an hour and a half and we did all of our bedding.

This is definitely the kind of place where you get what you pay for. Its definitely the cleanest laundromat in town, with the nicest staff.I like that you can pay with a card, (so far its the only place Ive found in town that does).I like that there is complimentary soap. They also gave me a free drying my first time in.I like that I feel clean and safe - surprising despite the location.But there are cons:- You will pay over $4 for a load on the smallest machine on cold wash.- You cant use your own soap in their effort to be green, nor can you use additives such as bleach or softener.- If you dont like social interaction, the staff is very much almost holding your hand the entire way. They are very controlling of what you put in a load, and which washer it goes in. Which, with the cost on the bigger washers, almost feels like an upsell.If you weigh the pros of free soap and safety/friendly staff as being worth the $4+ a load, this is the place for you. However, I dont feel like the pros are important enough for me to justify that expense.I very rarely need to go to a laundromat in the first place, but in the future I will be exploring other options.

This is the best laundromat I’ve ever been to. It’s a little pricy, but I finished about 5 loads of laundry in less than an hour. Their machines are efficient and the laundry detergent is great for sensitive skin. The lady who was working today, I believe her name of Joan, was awesome! She provided an introduction to the laundromat and machines. 10/10 would recommend.

Had the opportunity to speak with Scott one of the mgr team, out back. I enjoyed our conversation very much. Its a nice open space for washers and dryers and theres a upper mezzanine like Central lounge with seating. And within a block of the store there is 711, restaurants, Apple market, bars theres even a strip club nearby. So you dont have to wait for your laundry you can come back for it in a half hour. One of the cleanest the laundromats fresh new and open space you dont feel claustrophobic at all.

Excellent services. The most eco friendly laundromat I’ve ever seen and there’s lots of seating. Free wifi. They provide the soap. The washer is more expensive than most but the dryer is cheaper than most.

Go here alot because I have too. Use to be better but now its a lot slower. You cant put soap in so you have to wait for an employee which can sometimes take a minute.Its also like $10 per large load. The music is old timey now?

This is A TOP OF THE LINE business in EVERY WAY!! On site staff members are friendly and helpful. The machines are hospital grade Electrolux and maintained and clean! This is not your average coin laundromat and may cost a bit more. Machines utilize coins and credit/debit cards!

This was my first time going to laundromat and when I found Clean online I was excited to see that they focus on sustainability. When I walked in I was greeted by a very nice young lady who helped walk me through everything. She not only helped make my experience stress free and enjoyable, but she was going out of her way to make sure that everyone in there was able to get the help they needed. && Even though it was busy, she took the time to help an older lady in a wheelchair with all of her things. It’s always nice to see someone working so hard to help others and enjoying it.This laundromat is very clean and spacious so you can feel safe doing your laundry even on a busy day. They even offer complimentary laundry soap.My first experience to a laundromat was amazing and I really appreciate the amazing customer service they give and how clean they keep this business. I will absolutely be back and I will be telling others about Clean!

Great, helpful, friendly staff. Prices are worth it because you use thier detergents and fabric balls. Ive brought in heavy, large, and very dirty comforters and towels and they got completely clean, and all in one load. Plus they keep an eye on ur things so you dont have to be there the entire time either. Most people come visit us at the Side pocket in-between doing loads because of this.

Its really expensive to wash here and the washers dont really clean your clothes very well. They did pay for another wash for me but I shouldnt have had to wash them a second time, the dryers worked phenomenally but the washers are way overpriced and dont do a good job at all. Also they put laundry soap in your clothes for you which is, I dont think, very appropriate, I like my clothes washed in my detergent

Definitely a clean laundromat and I do appreciate the free unscented laundry soap. The machines are speedy and you’ll generally spend 50-60 minutes here. I gave 3 stars as the employee treated us unpleasantly after we reported the machines being unable to connect to the satellite. As a new person here, it was definitely a hassle trying to find an atm or place to take out large enough amount of cash to start and finish our laundry here.

It’s a little bit more expensive than a normal laundromat but it’s so clean! You get free soap, and the laundry machines work super well and seem very new. I wouldn’t bother going anywhere else :)

I absolutely love this laundromat. Its by far the best laundromat Ive been to in all my life. They have washers of all sizes, ranging from XS to XXL. This laundromat is always clean and tidy too. You can pay by card or even load money onto one of their laundry cards...quarters be gone! Highly recommend.

Ive only been to a handful of laundromats, but this one blew away as very one of them. The washers are insanely quick (20-ish minutes for a full load!), their dryers are just as fast or faster, and the fact that not only are the soaps etc... provided but the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful sends this laundromat straight to 5 stars. They also have a very pleasant and clean atmosphere, with folks typically in and out in less than an hour - clean and folded.Did I mention their commitment to sustainability? They clearly see the need to be more conscious of our consumption and waste streams and implement that vision well.Laundromats like this make me wish I had more reasons to visit other than my water being turned off for repair. 6 stars 🌟🤩

Best laundromat Ive been to in town. Super clean, user-friendly, reasonably priced, eco-friendly products, helpful staff. My first time in, the employee gave me a very thorough orientation so I felt comfortable using everything (first dry is free!). They provide free detergent, dryer balls, etc. for you, so you dont need to bring your own in. Theres also a nice seating area upstairs with WiFi. Washers start at like 4.75 and go up depending on size of machine. The massive dryers are 1.00 for 28 minutes, which gets my loads perfectly dry every time. All machines take coin or card. All in all, I end up spending about $20 per month there, doing laundry once per week. Im in and out in an hour flat each time, and my clothes feel so fresh and clean. This place is great for people with sensitivity to chemicals, as everything they use is hypoallergenic. Highly recommend.[I noticed another reviewer say that this place keeps overcharging her, but thats not true. There is a sign that says that if you use debit, there will be a temporary hold amount placed on the card, in addition to the amount you actually paid for. So the pending transaction LOOKS like youre being over-charged, and then reduces down to what you actually paid for once its fully processed.]

Its very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly but the best part is that it is eco friendly. Washers and dryers work great clothes come out clean and the dry time is on the dryers couldnt be better. The downside of the place is that you cant use bleach. And the prices are way too steep in my opinion. Theres a laundromat in Springfield that has the same exact washer and dryers and theyre cheaper and they let you use bleach. Overall good laundromat so you get 4 stars bring your prices down and its 5 stars all the way. Oh yeah your first time there you get to dry your clothes for free thats super cool.

I love this place especially when the younger kid is here he is always so very very helpful along with your other staff. My score goes down anytime a certain employee is here he is not very informative to the customers tells them one thing then later tells another customer something totally different, plus he is very lazy always on his phone instead of walking around helping customers he always seems more interested in responding to something on his phone than the people here waiting to get the detergent for the washer or if they have a question and definitely never greets anyone. Place is always clean and a great big restroom! Plenty of washers and dryers in various sizes. Nice seating area up above to relax as you wait for your clothes to finish.

Loved this place up until, probably the last three times I went to do laundry. Its clean, the customer service is great. But recently, the machines have been charging me more than they should. It depends on the size of the machine, plus what kind of cleaning you choose, for the charge. I tend to choose as close as possible to the shortest amount of time, taking in factor, if my close are going to be mostly dry. Why is the total charge, every time, on my card, $10?? The first few times Ive gone, it reasonably charged me less than $10 total ($5-$7), for washing, and drying.. Now, every time, my card gets charged $10... May not seem like a lot, but it adds up. Im probably now, just going to do laundry where I know Im not going to get charged more than I should be.Recent update 3/07/21: I was recently charged $20, for wash and drying.. HORRIBLE. I didnt do anything out of my normal routine. Quick wash on 15 minutes using a small washer (normally $4.50),and 14 in a dryer for 50 cents!!!! OUTRAGEOUS. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

What an awesome place. Super crunchy. Brand new energy efficient and environmental focused machines. Only crunchy detergents permitted. First time visitors get drying for free and theyll even loan you wool drying balls. Place is impeccably clean. Nice Cafe beach vibe. Seating and Cafe tables. The ONLY thing that could make this place better is if it doubled as a cafe AND had a swap/drop off service.

This place is what laundromat of your dreams look like .Yes it more pricy then older laundromats but it’s also VERY clean . And Eco Friendly.Machines new and all working. It’s taking half time then usual.So cheapest mashines is 4:25$ and next one up is 6:25, and the biggest is 8:25$ so you can do one hudge load and be done .Dryer is a dollar for 24 minutes and most you will not need to add more money .So I can say yes go! Yes support locals and yes go green and eco friendly!

I went in to dry my clothes that I had washed at home and the staff told me that I could not dry my clothes there unless I also washed my clothes there also. So in other words, if a customer does not spend a certain amount of money, they cant be there. Lets just say that Ill never use their services ever!

My husband and I both fed is a biggest blunder Matt we had ever seen. They have two attendance that are on duty they come and help you if its open for you least whatever and their first time there and to get the dry clothes free.

Very clean! Located where Hollywood video used to be @ 7th & Blair. All brand new washers & dryers and all front loaders. Friendly staff available to help you during all of their hours of operation. I was a little leary at first, but the soap they make you use works pretty darn good. First visit & your drying time is free. An enormous load of clothes done in their largest washer took only 24min to dry on high. Overall I was very happy with my experience at Clean Eugene Laundromat.

Very clean and nice people that work there. They do not let you use your own detergent, and you must wait for an attendant to check your load and add soap before starting the cycle. Kind of expensive but clothes came out very clean. First time there they give you free drying time. These machines do not use quarters, they are all card operated.Clean, safe, but slightly expensive.

You might limited experiences of laundromats, this is the best one Ive ever been to. I think it may also be the cheapest, as their small washers are 475 and large washers are 1075, this is pretty average but the dryers are only a dollar. They give you a free dryer on your first visit, they have free soap and the ambiance is really nice. Definitely a return visit for when I have to.

This place is exceptional! First time in they buy your dryers and they always use their own hypoallergenic laundry soap!! What??! Yes! Plus they have a cool hangout with internet!

Everything a laundromat should be!Clean, comfortable, friendly. They have a promo going on for the month of January. Free drying. They also let you use their wool dryer balls. Forget your detergent? They have great quality detergent on hand for your load. I dont travel through Eugene very often but Ill be back if I need to do some laundry in town. Wish I could find a laundromat like this in every city I travel to.One more thing, I am allergic to many fragrances and laundromat can be a painful place to be. This one seemed well vented and I had no issues.

If you wanna step your laundry game up, Clean Eugene is on some next level shi#.On my first visit this lady followed me around so much I had to ask her, do I look like Peppermint Patty? To which she apparently said, no but relax. Chill, my brother, and get some of this excellent customer service. And for the next fifteen minutes I had a personal assistant. She gave me a history of the place, an orientation on the machines, and even paid for my first drying. Best experience ever.I have nothing but love for this place. Five stars indeed. In fact, my visit helped me select my next halloween costume. Peppermint Patty! And on Nov. 1st when the hangover wears off, guess where Im going to have the costume washed?

My first time there and I wasnt to thrilled about not being able to use my own laundry products. However Im very glad I didnt ! This was my first experience using natural laundry products. The washer machines washed so amazing and the Customer Service was great ! I will definitely recommend this Clean Eugene Laundromat to my family and friends 🙏 Thank you for the experience ☺️

Bigger machines mostly (4 loads per machine is most common). Smallest is a 2 loader. Expensive. Paying for a newer facility, nicely run. Clean. But if u dont have lge loads...not much to select from

It is extremely rare that I go out of my way to leave a review for a business. however, my experience at this laundromat was so good I had to say something. they use all-natural products and provide natural soap options, so you dont have to bring your own soap. if you want to make your clothes smell nice, rather than using fabric softener they provide essential oils (lavender, citrus, and peppermint!) and you can spray your clothes before drying.in addition to having excellent services, this laundromat has welcoming staff and a chic mezzanine to hang out in while your clothes wash and dry. free wi-fi. but tbh wileys is literally right there so if you want to get a drink you can do that (i did).a special shout out to peyton, who helped me figure out what the hell i was doing when i showed up, and didnt miss a beat when i embarrassed myself by trying to help myself to the soaps (they do it for you there...dont be like me). she had a great attitude and was extremely helpful and sweet. thanks peyton! i will be returning without a doubt :)

Clean, plenty of parking, wifi and bathroom, attended, well-maintained, air conditioned, and reasonable pricing.Got my clothes very clean in 26 minutes (warm cycle).The attendants have a mildly overbearing speech extolling the virtues of the machines (and instructing on their use), but most people are stupid and unable to read signs, so I understand why they do it.No need to visit the stabby laundromats with this one available.If theres cons, its (1) no electric outlets for laptops in the otherwise very cool seating platform, (2) no vending, and (3) stairs to upstairs platform are very poorly designed and a huge tripping hazard (due to uneven height and a large overhang at top step). Nearly everyone trips on that top step. Its kinda comical, but would also be pretty straightforward for a skilled contractor to fix.Anyway, Ill be back when Im traveling through the area again. Its a nice place.

Since their opening this has been our go to laundromat. They are community minded, environmentally friendly and you dont have to bring your own soap. Please consider giving to their community laundry fund. By a card, donate online, give a dollar. There are so many people that need laundry services just to feel a little bit normal. Do your part.

I’ve only been here once. I have my own washer and dryer at home, but they weren’t big enough for the comforter I needed to wash. This place had just opened, so I decided to check it out. I had no idea a laundromat could be so nice. A staff member immediately greeted me and asked how she could help. She gave me a thorough rundown of the different types of machines and how the laundromat operates. She helped me get the wash started (including free soap with a scent I got to pick), and when it was time to dry, told me that drying was free for my first visit! This was amazing because that comforter takes forever to dry, even in their massive, industrial dryer. I was so impressed with my experience here that I’m writing this review months later. I’ll definitely be back next time my cat pees on my comforter.

Its was ok... they pay for drying your clothes if its your first time there! I thought that was a great deal until I realized I paid 18.00 for my washing and my drying was only 3.00. Overall its a nice clean place.
