Clean clothes every time. they have a closing time. this is not fast food. makesure you start your drying load in time to finish before that time. its real easy to understand the concept

First thing I did was look on the sign to see what time they closed and it stated open at 7AM close at 10PM, so I said great I have plenty of time. I got there around 8:00 PM put my clothes in the two washing machines which one of them cost $5.25 and the other one was $3.25 (that is expensive) for half an hour. Anyways they both got done around 8:30ish, I put them in the dryer for the first round of 21 minutes, the jeans and heavy pull over sweatshirts werent quite dry so I did it again for another 14 minutes. I was approached by the cleaning lady and she said that they closed at 9:00 PM, no where does it state that they close at that time. I told her that the two signs that they have posted state that they close at 10 PM. She then said well you can finish drying your laundry (like she was doing me a favor). Anyways, my granddaughter and I got out of there around 9:15ish. I took some pictures of the signs that state that they are open till 10 PM, the cleaning lady was yelling at me in Spanish and throwing up her arms. I was like whatever and drove off. For these prices I might as well go to the nicer one that gives you soap to use. Oh and by the way I got soap on my hands and went over to the sink and the water just trickles out, What a joke... I am not a mind reader and other people arent as well. Maybe you should change your sign with the correct time so that you dont mislead anyone!!!!!

Had 10 machines that took debit/credit cards. 2 75lb washers and 2 jumbo dryers. Pop,snack and 1 arcade game. Did all my laundry (basically all my clothes, 1 load after another in 2hr,30min. Half that if I had done them same time. Quiet with 3 customers in mid afternoon.

Out of all the laundromats Ive been to in Eugene its the best one I found and the owner is nice I just wish they had a bathroom but they dont they took it out because people are not respectful

Not bad place except for the largest washer they have ate an extra $2.50 once I figured it out it was too late.

I was in a hurry the first time I happened to visit this place. Then i wasnt aware that it closed an earlier than i had anticipated, but that is when the nice woman working there went out of her way to help me. Above and beyond of what she might have been required to.

Only SOME washers allowed debit/credit cards. NONE of the dryers allowed debit/credit. The change machine didn’t even allow debit/credit!!!I ended up making a mess and after I cleaned it up I tried washing my hands, THAT was a joke!!! I got a VERY SMALL stream of water!And the fact there’s no bathroom!! Don’t get me started!! First this is Eugene, ain’t leaving my stuff unattended and nothing really “close” to go anyway!Dryers are 7 minutes a quarter so that’s not too bad but come on!!! $3.25 and up for the washers!!! At least give better options!!!

Busy place. Machines are nice and clean. I think having a few more places to sit would help. They only have three plastic cheap chairs. If you dont have a cat to wait in you have to stand

This is the only laundromat in the area. Ive never seen an attendant. Kinda expensive. Lots of tweekers hang out here and last time i went was a quite large trash heap on the side. The washers do work but they also smell moldy. Not many places to wait so i sit in my car. If i had hookups in my apartment i would never come here again.

The only reason this place is getting 3 stars is because recently its been hard to exchange paper money for coins. This wouldnt be a problem if the driers accepted cards. Until one or the other is reasonably acted on, this rating will have to remain a 3.

I was about to put my clothes in the dryer. A new night manager came to my car and asked me several times if I had clothes in the big washer. I told her that my clothes were in the small washer. She said that the place now closes at 9:00! Since it was 8:50 p.m., there was no time to dry anything. There was no sign posted saying that they had new closing hours. She wasn’t nice about it, either.

Dont visit this laundromat. They dont want your business.

Big machines that work, clean and safe space to wait for your laundry if you choose. Very well kept and cared for little laundromat with just enough parking. Long hours. Makes it easy to get that weekly job done ASAP.

TURN ON THE AC!!! GOOD GAWD MANNN!! Everything worked fine though the clothes got clean and came out dry and fluffy!!👍👍

Hot small, smells bad,no staff and half of the machines are broken. Oh and its the most expensive. Try big y on 99 in the big y shopping center. They have nice helpful staff its clean and nice smelling and airy and open with a TV to watch 📺

Change takes an act of God to get the change machine to work and when you complain about it, its always blamed on the customer and owner closed bathrooms when he bought the place, forcing good loyal customers to go to bimart or the grocery outlet to use a bathroom. The fun part is when you get to feed the washer twice for a load. We need another option in Santa Clara.

Ive been using this laundromat 7 years. Like the prices even with the increases in the past year. Most convenient location for me. Not happy that they took out the restroom when it changed hands. I go once a week & the past 2 weeks it has been unbearably hot in there. I left a note for owner in the box about it. I really want to keep using this facility but cant tolerate the heat. Otherwise a decent place. Would be nice to have one near Fred Meyer/Albertsons though.

This is my favorite laundromat in Eugene, Oregon. Convenient location, just off River Road near Randy Pape Hwy (Beltline) across from Bi-Mart. Nice machines, always in working condition. They even have some that you can use a credit/debit card instead of putting quarters in one-by-one! The prices are fair (maybe even a little less than some places in town.) Plus, it is ALWAYS clean. They even have a little sink you can use to wash your hands or pre-treat a laundry item to get a spot out before you wash it. I love this place! I do my laundry every week here. Owner is nice and so is the cleaning lady! They make you feel welcome, always say hello to customers, or hold the door for you.

Theres a 75 lb washing machine for $8.25 and the driers all seem to be efficient charging $0.25 for 7 minutes. One of the 75 lb washing machine didnt work. Overall the place seemed to be cleaned and well cared for albeit in need of an update. The owners even had red out of order slips on the machines that werent working except for the previously mentioned washer. The sink in the lobby area had a couple of drops come out of it when turned on; just enough to wet my hands to get any leftover soap residue off. Overall, I would go again. I spent about 10 dollars and washed 3 loads.

Decent laundromat. Lots of tweakers that hang out here though. I wouldnt take your eyes off your clothes while youre there. The business itself is great though.

Always clean and safe

I love this laundromat, however the prices have gone up in the past several months, and I feel like its kind of expensive now... The washer I used cost $3.75 for a regular load, but the dryer only cost $1.00. Still, paying almost five bucks for a single load of laundry (NOT including laundry soap or fabric softener) seems to me a little high. The employees here have always been super nice, and the clientele remains friendly and relaxed as well.

Over priced and the change machine is broken every time I go in there.

The dryers there are absolute garbage. Every time I go there Ill come back and the dryer door has been popped open. When the door opens it stops the dryer but the timer keeps running. Every single time I go there Ill have to pay for the dryer twice on one of my loads or go home with wet clothes. One time I had to pay three times. If you use their dryers prepare to either sit and watch them the whole time or pay several times.

The owners are there at 730 Cleaning and closing. They wont even let you dry anything 2 hours before the posted closing time.

Its great that you have an emergency number but whats the point if no one answers the phone. There are people in there doing math and getting in the way of people that have laundry to do.

Lots of machines, no bathroom

How shall i put this without swearing......ummmmmmmmmmm damned expensive...3.75/load for the small machines and 4.75 for the big machines....talk about highway robbery.....the place was run down and i just left the place shaking my heads. At that price, you could afford to get your own washer and dryer in no time.

The man is always there at night cleaning the machines and keeping things nice.

My sister was harassed by 3-4 people here today, she was with her kid and they were yelling at her and calling her ungodly names. In front of her child, for gods sake! And the owner did nothing when he showed up! This started because a man, who was also with his kid, took her clothes out of her dryer and started yelling at her, calling her a horrible parent and such. Two/Three strangers joined in and got in her face to scream at her. The owner did absolutely nothing, merely apologized and let the people who were harassing her stay. This place is terrible, would not recommend if you would like to do your laundry in peace. The whole thing is lined up with crackheads who will steal your stuff if you leave to the bathroom for even a second and the owner doesnt care about what happens regardless if your child is in an unsafe situation. Place needs to be shut down.

There is no attendant on duty, change machine takes your money, owner cant be reached.

Price is fine, equipment in conditions but in meed of more cleaning. People usually loitering there and mess around.

I had to wash 2 big sleeping bags - it was a little expensive but very convenient as you could use a credit card for the machines and the attendant was very nice and helpful.

Expensive.. cost about 40 dollars to do 3 loads.. the dryers were all different temps at max heat, ranging from 95 to 148F. Of the 3 wash machines I used, 2 did not dispense the detergent, and one of those 2 did not dispense the softener. So 2 re-washes had to be done. Next time Ill ask a friend..
