July 23, 2021. Wonderful first visit, medium busy (Friday 2pm), only males were present this day, will be back!Parked at the top of the hill across from an adult store, went down a visible path to the railroad. From there, head right (if you get to a gated house on the left, you have gone too far). There is a path down on the left that heads to a dirt road. This road goes both directions, but I liked going the left (farther) path best. Once you cross the rocks (either path) you have entered the clothing optional island. Main beach/sunbathing area is on the far east side of the island. Be sure to bring towels (or blankets) to lay on and separate ones if you are getting in the water. Lots of fresh blackberries to eat by mid summer. Be safe (whatever your plans may be) and enjoy!

Nice area to get away when you can’t quite really get away.... I love that you have to hike in so its never over populated.
