I have been a member of Courtsports since 1986. The welcoming, family friendly environment is one of the main reasons for the length of my membership. Over this long tenure, I need to make mention of one of my favorite managers, Kelly. She greets me upon my ingress with a smile and frequently wants to know what is current in my life. She is attentive, courteous, and assures that any concerns that I have are addressed. She in one of the reasons my daily visit to Courtsports is fruitful.

Upscale, an excellent facility, well-maintained, and with friendly engaging staff. Both the membership fee and the monthly rate are reasonable. Have been a member for over five years. The membership is diverse and allows for children to swim throughout the year. The indoor pool, Jacuzzi, and steam are clean and relaxing; both men and womens locker rooms are equipped with private Jacuzzi and saunas, a bonus that few if any other clubs in Eugene offer.

I love coming to this gym to go swimming. They have a separate indoor lap pool (2 laps), which I appreciate. The facilities are great for the monthly price, and there is a super cute mural in the swimming area of Orcas and other sea life!

First time last night using the pool!Only two people there! However I find the water temperature is a bit too cold for me! I start to shiver! Couldn’t do more time for therapy because I was to cold.But the place is really nice and clean and very organized and a lovely locker room!

I dropped my son off to swim and came back after getting gas for my car. I was greeted by a very nice employee behind the counter who told me it would be fine to watch my son swim from the lobby. I was later approached by a tall, thinner lady with brown hair (I assume to be the boss based off of the clothing that she was wearing). She told me that I would need to pay a 15$ fee to sit in the lobby, I kindly explained to her that I was just watching my son swim and told her an employee told me that it would be fine. She said I dont care what you are doing, you are in my facility and you can pay the 15$ fee or you can get out of here. So get up and make up your mind. I felt extremely disrespected as a person. This is the last time my family will ever use this gym after this NONSENSE. Its a shame for anybody that has to work with this lady. I feel bad for anybody that has to deal with that on a daily basis. The lady is a complete PSYCHOPATH.

Courtsports is declining over the years. Has almost hit rock bottom with Kelli as manager. no idea how she even got that position... Kelli does not consider any real customer requests to make the gym better and acts like a infant with a bunch of power. Bravo to her for going through great employees left and right!!!!!! Time for change

This place is great! I was visiting from out of town and needed to get a good workout in. I was hesitant to go to this location at first because there are mixed reviews; I’m glad I went! And everyone was so friendly including Kelli! (seems like there might have been a disgruntled employee leaving reviews below). If I lived in eugene, this would be my athletic club of choice!

So I really want to love this place. With the new weight room the place should be perfect for me and my family. Unfortunately it’s like somebody designed a great business plan, built out the facility and then forgot to execute. Examples:Equipment: they have a number of treadmills that have not been maintained and slip when you try to run on them. I informed staff two months ago and nothing has been fixed.Equipment 2: how does such a large facility not have a single bicep machine?Equipment 3: three months ago when I joined I was told that there was a tanning bed. Apparently it’s in the building, but so far nobody’s set it up.Service: I show up for a swim with my daughter and there are no towels. I was told that they’d run some in to us when the dryer finished. An hour later there’s no towels. I tried calling from the pool area and was told that they’d run some in. 20 minutes later my daughter and I got into our clothes wet and left.Service 2: I showed up a few days ago and there are two fire alarms blaring, but it’s business as usual. Nobody’s clearing the building or turning off the alarm.Service 3: When we signed up my wife was excited about the included yoga classes. Unfortunately there are no classes after 5:30 when she leaves the office, so no joy.I really hope that this place can live up to it’s potential sometime soon because it really could be a top-notch gym. As of now I’m wondering whether or not it’s really worth the $1800 a year. I guess we’ll see where they are when Planet Fitness opens down the street.

Havent been here in a long time but I used to be a member and it was a very clean health club with a great pool and very helpful staff juice bar recommended go check it out I think you get a free trial

I have visited a few times while in town. This gym has almost everything that you could ask for. The employees are very nice and helpful! But I had a question for the manager, her name was Kelly and she was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I had never left the gym without a smile on my face and no longer will visit after my encounter with her. Avoid talking to the manager Kelly if you visit this gym. Other than the manager this gym is 5/5 stars!

It saddens me to read so many fake reviews that are attempting to tarnish the reputation of the manager Kelli. She has always been one of the most delightful, caring, respectful and professional Courtsports employees I have had the pleasure of interacting with. It saddens me that someone has made so many fake profiles in the last month just to spread false accusations. If you have ever had the pleasure of meeting the manager Kelli, then you know that these accusations are complete falsifications. The manager Kelli should file a Defamation of Character Lawsuit against whoever is behind these false reviews.For the record, Pam is using a picture of a woman named Sadie Hartley who was murdered back in 2016, look it up. And Lil Tay is some 9 year old rapper from Atlanta that Im almost certain does not have a membership to Courtsports...

The negative comments on Kelli Kinch are a work of fiction and should be removed. I recently aquired a position at this amazing establishment. After reading multiple of the negative reviews about the manager Kelli Kinch, and being nervous for my intial interview she quickly put my mind to ease with her friendliness and attention to detail. I am happy to have the chance to work with everyone at Courtsports.
