Agree with the all the previous reviews - this was a great place to live with great staff. However, a new management company took over in April 2021 and it went downhill fast. Cleanliness, response time, and amenities all took a dive. Looking for new place now.

Affinity property management has taken over the management of the building and they could care less about the residents. They have closed the outdoor space in the building and limited the gym hours to business hours, no weekends. The state guidelines recommend limitations of these areas not closure. They also have not put up any signs about mask usage or social distancing in any of the common areas, which are filthy, most days. When I asked for contact information for a off site manager, I was told, they would contact me. Three days later, I received a call. The elevators are constantly not working and, people have been stuck in them. The stairway system is not user friendly as you must take the elevator to access floors above, two. Rent from Jennings Property Management, instead. They were wonderful to deal with, even at the height of the pandemic.

I have been nothing but pleased with the my time here. They are quick to respond to emails and are very pleasant to deal with. People complaining about the new management are misattributing safety measures with bad management. The last thing I need is a outbreak in the complex I live in, and limiting the use of the public gym and pool are unfortunate but a small price to pay to keep people safe. Not to mention that soon after Oregon had opened back up, these facilities were open as normal. Some people just dont understand the severity of a pandemic. These are hard times, and everyone suffers. Some people are dead because of it, so stop being selfish.

The new management company has ruined this as a place to live. Amenities are closed because of COVID even though Oregon has allowed for them to be open the whole time. Management isnt responding to maintenance requests anymore. As one of the most expensive places in town to live, it hasnt been worth it anymore. (And all the 5-star reviews from last year are fake)

We’ve lived here for about 2 months with a cat and it’s been amazing so far! The managers and amenities are amazing and Lita has made our move in fantastic! So happy we decided to stay here in Eugene.

When I toured the property, I was very impressed with the upscale quality. The model unit was welcoming and it inspired me to want to see more. They have many different floor plans to choose from which gives me options to choose the home right for me! The staff was very friendly and professional. With the property being new and of this quality I was super excited to learn it is also pet friendly. Thank you for the grate experience!

This place is awesome, especially the management. The amenities speak for themselves. Lita in the front office is great, very friendly and always helpful! Anything I need is taken care of ASAP. Awesome property management!

I toured this building and was amazed at how clean and modern the inside was! Its beautiful and even has a pool, hot tub, and a gym with a pilates room. The units were pretty upscale with huge windows. A must see!

Toured this building once construction was finished. It far exceeded my expectations. Seems like a great place live! Hoping to do so in the future. It has tons of awesome amenities including a pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, etc. Not to mention, it is very conveniently located.

Loved this apartment complex, really close to shopping, restaurants and Autzen stadium. Thought all the apartments were really well designed and i liked that it had a pool, hot tub and gym.

I watched this building get built from the ground up and once I found out it was an upscale luxury living complex all I could think about was the amazing location! Close to shopping centers, grocery stores and some really great restaurants. These beautiful apartments are a great example of how Eugene is up and coming!Of course, once built, I HAD to tour them! The staff greeted me with friendly smiles and a willingness to answer any and all of my questions.I’m not sure what 1 reason, out of the 1000 reasons, won me over with adding these apartments to my wishlist of places to live but they’re definitely on the top of said list! Maybe the access to the swimming pool, hot tub/spa, or yoga were the winning factors. Needless to say, the various floor plan options make this place unique and a wonderful place to call home!
