This place has zero integrity. Rented here years ago with roommates and when I left, we were given a partial deposit back. Almost a year later, they contacted me and told me that they wanted their deposit back. I contacted them and reviewed their ledger to see what had happened. They told me that they had accidentally messed up and gave us someone elses deposit and demanded I just give them money from their mistake. I reviewed the ledger and found several discrepancies. I called them over and over letting them know I wanted to work this out but the ledger had mistakes so I didnt know what to trust. They never got in contact with me again and years later while applying to another apartment I found out they had sent me to collections after they stopped taking my calls or responding to me trying to resolve this matter. I ended up showing collections the faulty ledger and got out of the payment, but I find that it still shows up on background checks. If you value your money, time, or your credit score, I advise you look elsewhere. One star is still too many.

Do not go here. They are just another heartless corporation. They tried to charge us 2600 for a deposit just because our rental history was 6 months too old due to the fact we had to take care my father after my mother passed. It did not matter that we have 10 years of perfect rental history and one of those years happens to be at one their properties.
