Snow has been doing my nails for about 10 years now. She knows how I like my nails done, my favorite color polish and I always get compliments from friends, co-workers and total strangers about how pretty or cool my nails are. Everyone in the salon is so friendly too. Love this place!

For this behavior, Id give you ZERO stars if allowed. This post was from someone in the Escondido area witnessing this ugly immaturity.Seems like you dont want any business, so let me help you there.P.s. Dont judge a book by its cover, and respect is earned. Golden rule. Grow up.

I have been going there for years but this lady yelled at my son and continued to be rough and aggressive during a pedicure. My toes hurt for about 3 days. I’ll never go back ever again.

I have been going to this nail shop for almost four years. They are clean, professional, family oriented, kind and friendly. I am never disappointed. They always do what I ask!

On Wed., 9/5, I arrived @ 5pm & asked for a gel polish removal. The man at the 2nd table on the right used an electric file to remove all the polish. At first, I thought he would just rough it up a bit, then soak the rest off, but he used the tool, entirely. I was charged $8 (other salons charge $5 for a soak-off) and gave the man a $10 bill. He did not offer to give me change, just saying! I left for a trip the next morning, and noticed my nail beds were sore, and they continued to be for the next several days. Over the next week my nails were peeling & tearing to the point I had to cut them all very short. My nails were VERY damaged by the use of the electric file! Upon my return I went back to the salon & asked to speak to a manager. The woman at the very first table on the right asked me why, and I told her I had a complaint. She left her client, came over & asked me what was wrong. I told her what happened & she told me I shouldve complained at the time of service. At that point, the man who removed my polish came over to listen. I explained that my nails are unhealthy, as the top layer had been filed off, and that I would like my $10 back. She got a little irate & said, No money back, the polish was removed! No apology was ever offered, by the way. I told them that Im considering filing a complaint, but that Id need the mans name, and I began to walk towards his station to take a photo of his license. She told me I can do whatever I want, BUT she then said, as she ran ahead of me, You cannot do that, AND RIPPED HIS LICENSE OFF THE WALL & shoved it in a drawer & slammed the drawer shut!!! I explained nicely that I have a right to this information, but the woman asked me to leave & the man called me crazy several times. Upon leaving, I asked them if this is how they want their customers to see them behave - there were several there. These people are unprofessional, and practice unethical business principles, and I will be filing a formal complaint against them. Unfortunately, at the time of service my transaction was not rung up, so I did not get a receipt. There are so many nail salons to choose from in Escondido, DONT choose this one, if you want good service, this was, by far, the worst experience Ive ever had in 3 decades! B E W A R E

Awful Awful Experience. Stay far away from this salon. I had my nails done a week ago, and I did not realize they left tons of acrylic under my nails and the nails were splitting. They have a sign on the front that says they will fix their mistakes. I sat down with David and explained this. He says ok, does not tell me theres a charge, or what it is. When I went to leave the lady working there, said David does not speak good english and did not understand. They both got extremely irate and threatened to call the police on me for not paying. I felt in danger at this salon. Extremely rude employees. Asked for name and number of owner. They provided two different names on two different calls and would not provide a phone number. Very shady practices. I will be lodging a complaint and disputing all charges from this fraudulent business.Went back in and tried to find out owners first name as he did not call me as requested and rude lady inside refused to give it and said she was frustrated by me. When I asked David to remove the nails and give me a refund as offered earlier and he sat on his phone and pretended not to here me. He told me to wait 15 minutes, but would not tell me whom I was waiting for. Apparently none of them speak english well and they have a sign that they follow only for the no refunds portion, but they will not stand behind their work or fix it as the sign says. Awful people, awful business. Will spread the word.

First visit to this place and I was in love. Tawny was awesome. Everyone is so nice. I just made my 2nd appointment for today....and the person who answered the phone was super polite. My new spot!!!

Dirty dusty place. I payed for a callus remover treatment and they did such a horrible job. She literally just put something on my feet and started to scrub immediately with a cheap filer. Dont go to this place its so gross.

This place does a terrible job with acrylics and if you dont like it, they act rude. With so many places that do nails in this city, please choose any other salon than this one.

The people here are EXTREMELY RUDE!! I went in to ask about full set and they gave me the worst attitude. Their nail work isn’t that great either, the lady that attended me cut my skin multiple times. Don’t waist your time or money here.

This place was so bad like I got my nails done and they didnt even let them dry and once I was out of there my nail polish was ruin and my sister got her toes and nails done and her nails were so bad they didnt even ask her how long she wanted them they just cut them 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
