Took the wife here and found the overall experience very enjoyable. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxed and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Didn’t even receive service!! Had an appointment at 11 didn’t get sat until 1130. Midway through getting my nails done he stops and says he has to do another persons nails she had an appointment. I got up and left mid nail!! I had an appointment.

It had been 6 mos since my last pedicure due to covid-19. They did a great job getting my toes back into shape. Everyone had masks and every other chair was empty.

Just got gel manicure. Nice job and the ladies are really nice.

I don’t know what to say. I’ve been here 3 times and 3 times I’ve received mediocre nails. Today however, left me speechless.A good portion l of the gel is missing from my fingernails along the sides on nearly every finger. I normally don’t bring things up to the manicurist but it was so bad that I felt l had to give her the opportunity to fix it before I left the salon disappointed again.She tried to fix my gel manicure by adding a layer of regular polish that was a completely different shade of pink. I had to ask her to just take it off because it didn’t look good.I tried to politely let the cashier know that I wasn’t pleased and she let me know that she could give me a 5% discount. I still ended up paying $36 dollars for a really bad manicure.I know this place has a lot of good reviews, maybe I’m just getting the wrong manicurist every time. I’m not interested in a $36 sub-par manicure, so I’ll be going elsewhere.

Excellent service. I enjoyed a luxury pedi and a relaxing manicure. All while sitting in the massage chair. Totally bliss. Tina and Hannah did a fabulous job. And I was welcomed by Stephanie and she found the nail color I needed. Very happy.

Tina is the best! All the ladies are professional and kind. Tina is gentle and sweet. She does a great job for my manicure pedicure and gel nails. She pays attention to detail and Highly recommend.

I loved the price and the color options (mermaid selection, SO cute). None the less, watched my nail technician take a brush out of the “soiled brush” tin, but figured it would be fine since it was close to closing, I figured hey they’re probably sanitized... wrong. Less than a week later they were lifting so I pulled them off at home... fungus growing on 4 of my nails.

After searching many places in North County, I have found my spot! Not only were they extremely professional, my nails look amazing. I enjoyed being able to openly communicate with my nail tech. I walked away so happy that I booked my next appointment. I would highly recommend to anyone looking.

I have been going to Luxury Nails for close to four years, and I have NEVER had anything but an excellent experience. Clean, well-run, friendly, and, most importantly quality products and superior application of treatment.

First time there and Hanna did a great job on my Pedicure. Polite,profesional and very clean and proper cleanness was followed. Would recommend anyone to go there and get a pedicure from Hannah

Went in for a gel manicure and wax and had Danny for my nails. He was wonderful. Very sweet and kind, did an amazing job on my nail art and was SO thorough. Def will be going back again no questions asked!

They told me a set of acrylics was 28$ and when I got there I was choosing a color and I asked if I chose these colors on the nail swatches would it change the price and they said it would still be 28. Along with the fact I asked for long styles nails saying it was 3$ more which was fine. The outcome of my nails are short and stubby, they aren’t allied in the middle for the point, and they’re really short when I asked for long. And charged me 10$ more for the polish I chose when I was told it would charge me anything more. Never will I ever go back to this place, recommend this to no one. They cost me 43$, when if I wanted to pay that much I would’ve just gone to a actual luxury nail salon. Not worth it here. I would put 0 stars if I can.

I have had my nails done here for years. I always make an appointment and they are usually running right on time. Everyone who works there is so nice. They are very clean and everyone I have recommended this salon to, loves the place.

Ive had really good experiences getting my nails done here. I like gels. Last time my cuticle was cut and it bled pretty bad. Was very uncomfortable for the rest of the manicure

More expensive than other salons but well worth it to have a full time receptionist to coordinate. Also very professional technicians. 👍

Excellent and best nail salon Ive been to in N. San Diego County. Very nice staff and always accommodating. I dont know how anyone can leave low star rating as they treat you well and salon is always up to par. Never seen anything not up to standards. Always a nice experience. All the staff is very good! My main go to person is Mimi and she does the best nails everytime. A bit pricey but not bad. Ive always left happy so definitely worth going. I highly recommend!

Have been going to this salon for approximately 2 hours. The service has been unfailingly exceptional. Tina and Nancy are excellent. They take pride in their work and strive to ensure that youre completely satisfied.

Ive been going here for 3 months & am usually pleased with quality of service; however recently they do NOT honor my appointment time. Today I had an appt at 9:15 with Leslie. When I arrived at 9:15 Leslie had taken a walk in at 9 & I was lied to saying it would only be 5 min. At 9:26 I left.

Your appointment today 8/31/16 was at 9:15am. our Technician Leslie was helping another walk-in client who desperately needed a quick fix one of her finger, which would take 5-7mins and she would be assisting you with your service. My salon manager advised you this. You started to give team hardest time the moment you came into our shop, you did not want to understand what was happening. You started dialing other Nails salon while sitting in our waiting area, loud, rude and obnoxious! God have mercy on your soul!From day one, you were a painful client, who truly ruthless and disrespectful to my employees. It is unfortunate, although we want to win our clients business, but definitely not from someone like yourself. Made an appointment and they didnt have anyone to do my nails. Rebooked and they told me someone would be would be available in 30 minutes. No regard for peoples time.

The best salon in San Diego! Clean, hygenic, and great service. If something goes wrong, they always fix it so that you leave satisfied; and thats what makes them better than the rest.

Escondido does not have great nail places, this is the closest so far but sometime its 50/50 on service. The receptionist is always great

Update:To Luxury Nails,I know you have to cover your business and you dont want the word out. That you give bad customer service and your chairs are broken or not working properly.I have no reason to lie about being at your nail shop! I was there in the month February 2015.I dont have to give a different name to check in at your place or any other! Your chair was broken! Like I have seen on here other posts say the same thing about the service and the chair!Im in business to!! I would never tell my client they are lying or what not. Remember first and for most not matter what the CLIENT IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!the best of luck to your business and clients...this place sucked to the fullest! I went In for a mani and pedi. The massaging chair didnt work! They didnt ask me if I wanted to change into another one chair. They knew it was broken and the whole time I was in that chair they were trying to fix it!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Worst place to spend youre money. Do yourself a favor and stay away. They dont do good work and can care less if youre happy with there service. And after you sit there for over half hour waiting on them they think its funny and laugh at you when you let them know it was not a good experience. I will never go back and you NEVER recommend this place to anyone. If I could give it negative stars I would.
