We got pedicures from Mimi who was AMAZING! I will be going to her for pedicures. She’s super sweet and gentle. I also got a acrylic set from Tom who also did an amazing job, he was super friendly and took care of my nails like it was his own! 10/10 of service and experience.

It was such an amazing spa, I came in with 4 of my cousins and each of them got an amazing lady they were all so sweet and all had conversations with each other and none of them were ever once rude. As for me, I had an older man (not tom) who hurried on my nails and left the spa and me with the nails that were nothing like what I asked for right after I payed. I was a bit upset with the nails to say the least but was letting my sister know what bugged me about the nails (the sizes were off, the color of the design was all smudged) and the lady standing there told me “you don’t like them let me know because I can redo them, just let me know” and she was super sweet about redoing them to me and was probably even more upset at the man who worked on them and she was so sincere and let me know that, that isn’t how all her employees work, that she was so sorry she let me waste my time with that man. She most definitely understand that we came from Solana Beach to Escondido for these nails and told us that she understands we’re paying for these nails so she suggested to let her know if we ever don’t like our nails done by one of her employees to let her know because she will get us what we want, but to add on all the other employees we’re amazing at their jobs all my cousins got designs on their nails that came out amazing, and the lady was so nice enough to fix my nails for free and she did an amazing job, all the other employees kept talking about how they’re so sorry and that, that isn’t how they work they don’t rush and never leave a customer unsatisfied. Overall this is an amazing spa with the more sincere people, I will definitely be coming back but definitely more cautious on who works on my nails.

Definitely go here if you want to be forced to pay for something you didnt get.

I have been having pedicures with Mai for about a year and I had her do a manicure yesterday too. She is wonderful and careful does exactly what I ask and her massage is great. Love Mai and while the staff talk amongst themselves I feel well treated and respected.

Went into serenity nails expecting an amazing service and amazing nails considering their reviews are good. But guys please do not be fooled by their reviews only small percentage of these reviews are 100% correct and unfortunately it’s the ones with one star! The staff are rude and really couldn’t care less about their customers as soon as I left the shop they were telling another customer all my personal business in which I thought was very much so unprofessional.Not only will I never be returning back to this Nail Salon but they utensils and salon its self is dirty and very unhygienic and quite profoundly not a very pleasant experience.

Worst service possible. They said they didn’t have time to do my nails but I already felt like they weren’t being Sincere so I asked my friend to walk in and ask if they could do her nails and they said yes these people are prejudiced and pick who nails they will and will not do. ELEGANT NAILS & SPA in Escondido is an amazing salon that will treat you how you’re supposed to be treated when you are giving your money to someone!!

Wouldn’t recommend at all. Staff are rude and horrible people and treat their loyal customers after months. Unfortunately after being a loyal customer for a long time I will never be returning after they cancelled my appointment because I couldn’t give them a deposit straight away yet I always turn up to my appointments without a doubt. Someone needs to teach these people how to run a business!!!! 0 stars if I could

WORST NAIL SALON IN ESCONDIDO!!I’ve never been to a Nail Salon where the staff seem like they do not want to be at work or even do your nails. Considering they are rated themselves so highly right now I’m finding it hard to even give them one star!!!Service was so poor and I witnessed A member of staff use the same foot scrubber she had previously just used on another client without sterilising first go to use on me. I would not recommend you go to this salon if it’s the last place in Escondido! Try Emma’s nails.

One of the best nail shops out here in Escondido. As a hairstylist i always need my nails lookin on point and they have never failed me so yes I 100% recommend this place if your looking to get beautiful work done on your nails.

Serenity Nail Salon is an amazing experience. I will never go to another place. My teenager and I have been coming here for mother daughter days since she was seven. The experiences have always been positive and the service is awesome. It puts a smile on my face to walk through the door. They have done all types of nails. If you’re not happy with your current service, don’t wait, come check them out today.

Walk in there on a Saturday afternoon, and let them know I only wanted to get my eyebrows done.They simply told me that they did not have time to do eyebrows today. I may be overreacting but this is my first time going to a nail salon that don’t have time for eyebrows. When there’s clearly three workers sitting in the massage chairs not doing anything.

Hit and miss, sometimes theyre nice sometimes theyre rude. Theres always a child there, so be ready for cuteness or screaming. Lynn and Chi are the best

The worst nail salon Experience I ever had...The staff were extremely rude and extremely rough when handling my nails. Me and my daughter walked out of this salon both with a fungal infection!!!!!!!! I WOULD NEVER GET MY NAIL DONE HERE AGAIN.

Staff are highly rude I made my nail salon experience which was a first for my grandmother as she was very much so looking forward to her first time getting a pedicure she ended up with an infection that led her to never wanted to go back to a nail salon again extremely disappointed!!!! 😔

Well the OWNER was very rude when I asked her to break down her pricing. Once I finally got a price sheet. They over charged me 5$ so Im glad I made an effort to ask even tho I was meet with very rude behavior.which is why shes probably like that because she didnt want to get caught. But the lady who worked on me was very sweet and helped me look up prices. I felt like she was embrassed.over all I would come back but look at pricing. And aak if it seems too high!!!!

This place is awful. Everytime I have tried to get my nails done they always say we have no time to do nail.... SMH they should just change their closing time to 5:00pm, because if you come at that time they will refuse your service.👎
