We made an appointment two weeks out to get a quote on some electrical work. Then we got a notification to have it done the following business day because of a cancellation which was awesome. Liked that technician didnt like the way the pipes were ran on old water heater, made it much neater then before and easier to clean top of water heater. Made sure that everything was up to code for city inspection. Second time this technician has did work in my home and the reason I was willing to get the work done at this time and most likely why I will have work done in the future. All of the guys who worked to install our new furnace and A/C system were first rate. They were very knowledgeable and explained exactly what they were doing and how they were going to do it. Michael Frye was awesome. Very informative on possible risks given older shower faucet, options if didnt work, and then was able to successfully replace the part. Also had a possible issue with outside faucet as well. He checked pressure as well as the faucet. Pressure was lower than normal. Went the extra step to check the system and found it appears the city controls the pressure. Heart is lucky to have him!!

Our Whole House Central Fan quit working. I called one company and their repairman came to look at it. He told me Nope, it just cant be fixed. $7,000 for a new one. We called Heart and they sent their representative, Mitch, the next day. He said it could be repaired. Two days after we authorized them to repair it, Mitch came and did the work. The cost was $975 for parts, tax, and labor. Mitch had to take the motor out of the unit, go to the parts supply house to get the replacement motor and come back to install it and they still didnt charge us more than the original estimate - no mileage, no charge for extra time, nothing. Pretty unbelievable to find such an honest and responsive company. They are the BEST! You wont find a more reputable company.

Tristan was awesome! Had some clogged drains and low water pressure in one faucet. Quoted me for unclogging and once we discovered it was just the stopper in the tub needing adjusting, he only charged us for the service call. Also showed me what part and tool to get for the low water pressure as it is a very cheap DIY issue. I love companies that are honest and don’t try to up charge everything. Everyone who came to our house to work on installing the new furnace and AC was extremely professional, courteous, friendly and obviously very knowledgeable. I can’t emphasize too much how impressed and satisfied we are with the value we received. I only wish I found them sooner.

We had a whole house fan installed. The tech, Kelly Smith, was responsive, professional and up front about the process. Due to the pandemic and supply issues it took about 2 weeks to get the fan installed, but it was worth the wait. All that was left for us to do post installation was fill the drill holes and paint the ceiling around the unit, minor fix.We love the fan, it cools the house within 30 minutes when on low and allows us to not have to run the AC continuously overnight after these hot summer days in Denver.We also had a great experience with their plumbing division as well when we started hearing noise in the piping. Heart come out the same day, assessed the situation and provided their feedback on what our issue was. The tech was friendly and courtesy considering it was just an air pocket causing the issue.We joined the annual program which allows for annual tune up on the furnace, AC, plumbing and electrical. Also get discount on pricing, work being done.

Our experience with Heart started a little rocky due to some scheduling miscommunication but let me say they went above and beyond when it came to the level of service provided by the technicians and the immediate follow up whenever we called. The team spent almost 4 full days on site changing duct work and installing AC in the attic where it was 135 degrees during the heat of July and never once complained about the size or complexity of the job. Their commitment to doing the job right and warranty for follow ups all through the first year make me feel confident they were the right choice for my system installation. Highly recommend

Cory was extremely knowledgeable about AC. He noticed the broken wire immediately and was able to repair what turned out to be a simple problem but yet necessary to get the AC running. They replaced our heater during the coldest time of year because it went out and decided at that time to get A/C installed as well. They gave us heaters for the house while installing the new unit. We called this week to have them come and do the A/C maintenance check. Mitch Atwell came out and made some adjustments and it works great now. My experience with Heart started when Cory Danow showed up to troubleshoot my AC unit. He confirmed what I already knew - I needed to replace the unit. It was time to replace my furnace and water heater as well. All three were 18 years old. Cory helped me sort out possible replacement systems and sold me on Amana as the best vendor. After some research of my own on Amana, I scheduled to have the new systems installed. Thats when Trey Donges and Blake (his trainee) took over. They worked three days to remove the old systems and install the new systems.They kept me informed on what their game plan was on each day. They used a floor cover to protect the carpet down stairs. They showed up on time everyday and kept everything clean and orderly in the basement. Others showed up the handle the electrical needs. Everyone was polite and helpful. I felt very comfortable having them in my home working. Replacing all the systems is a very BIG investment. Im comfortable having had Heart do this work. Amana offers probably the best warranty for their AC and Heating systems. Heart adds to the warranty with their lifetime warranty. I would not have used anyone else. One last thing. I had Cory Danow come and troubleshoot my AC system twice. He did not charge me and that was before I committed to get my systems replaced.Im a fan of Heart. Thanks to : Cory, Mike, Trey, Blake and the electricians who helped install.

I liked that they kept me informed of when the technician would arrive. There was some drywall left behind on the floor and the LED lights didn’t work. I feel all the electrical in that room should have been checked to see if it is all working before he left.

Wonderful experience. Michael Frye was on time and so nice and thorough. He came in and looked at my toilet my daughter clogged with a toy and told me all the options and prices of what could happen. He was able to do the cheaper option and suck the toy out which was so awesome. He was great and left no mess behind and did a great job. Definitely recommend them. Will be using again for future issues.

Darryl was great to work with! Weve had a leak from our shower that needed to be fixed He communicated with me throughout the entire process and was willing to explain what was happening. Ive had negative experiences in the past with other contractors where I felt taken advantage of or spoken down to, but Darryl was understanding and helped me feel comfortable making decisions about the work that needed to be done. Ill definitely be reaching back out if we need anything else!

Daryl did a complete inspection of our plumbing system. He determined there were a few issues that needed to be addressed but he did not press the issue to repair them himself. He said one issue was a leaking kitchen drain and suggested that it needed to be addressed soon. I gave him the go ahead and he fixed the leaking pipes under the kitchen sink pipes in a short order. He was very professional and honest. I would recommend this company.

Michael from heart did an awesome job. I work for a large retail company and we had multiple other plummers come in to try and clear a mop bucket sink drain with no luck. Michael kept working on it till the drain ran freely. He really went above and beyond he had to snake it for 200 feet and he jetted. Michael is a true professional of his trade. I would definitely use heart services and Michael again.

Had them come out to evaluate my old attic fan. Found out the old motor was leaking oil all over when using it. The tech tried everything he could to find a new motor but to no avail since it is from the 60s lol. Will definitely try using them again for other issues

Our furnace blower fan started running constantly a few days ago and the A/C wouldnt work. We called multiple places, including ones where we are VIP, and everywhere was booked for weeks. Heart had an appointment within a couple of days. Mitch showed up today, and did an awesome job. Turns out, my issue was minor. But he was real helpful. He also gave some good advice on my tankless water heater. Which is fortunate because I hated the people who installed it and it will need service soon. Since Heart does that too, I now have a place that is locally owned for those needs also. Excellent place, definitely recommend.

We have used them for plumbing, electric, and HVAC projects. We were also really pleased to hear from the city inspector that the HVAC work was high quality. The prices are on par with the competition but they have been more professional and responsive than the others weve had quotes from.I would encourage folks to call to make an appointment rather than scheduling online. Their staff are super helpful and scheduling over the phone can help ensure everything is set up right, the online scheduling can be a little wonky.

When installing a ring doorbell video, we learn from one company that was not able to repair it that there must be a short somewhere in the water in between the doorbell, the transformer and the doorbell ringer itself. Once the appointment was made to come out and fix it, we received updates as to the timing of the appointment. We received notice that they could come earlier. Kelly arrived 10 minutes before the appointment and I found to be was very polite, warm and friendly. After a walk-through the house to show where the problems were, he took the time to explain the problem in terms of the non-professional could understand. He did the work quietly, efficiently and, kept me informed as he was resolving the problem. Once completed. He told me what he did, gave me some advice on how to ensure that it worked properly and thanked us for using them. I could not have been happier with the overall interact with the company and will be using them for another project at my home.

Called them late one evening when my furnace blower went out and had an appointment for first thing the next morning (they had emergency service scheduling that wasnt required in my case).Cory presented a range of options in terms of work and cost, making sure we were well informed to make a decision and was able to get us repaired that day. We were quite satisfied, enough that the next day we called Heart back to investigate full HVAC replacement options and now we have an amazing dual fuel system that is sure keep us comfortable for years to come.When installing the system, Mason and his apprentice were keen to please. Mason worked with us on some minor improvements to accommodate future plans. This was hugely important to us! Equally accommodating was Corey, the master electrician who finished the job. He found some deficiencies and spent the time to correct them while also keeping our future plans in mind.For us a big selling point was the parts and labor warranties provided by Heart and their lack of hidden fees, charges, or unforeseen costs to a project. We feel very confident in the installers and the install!We will definitely be working with Heart for any future projects. Great experience, fair price, and exceptional service!

I needed a professional evaluation of a boiler issue and installation by another company. Luke was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my situation to me clearly. He was GREAT!

We were in the process of selling our condo, the buyers wanted the heating and AC systems serviced. The HVAC company that came out to service them said we either needed to repair a “possible” leak for $3,000 or replace our AC for $7,500! I called Heart for a second opinion, Ben came, he was so nice and very professional. He told us there wasn’t any problem with the system. It was old yes, but it was still in fine working condition. And the warranty we bought the new homeowners would cover any near future problems. We were so grateful for Ben’s honesty! It’s hard to find companies like Heart, I’m so glad we did!

They actually came to our house on a Sunday while our heating was down. Our Technician Mitch was friendly, courteous, and thorough. I had a great experience with Heart today. I called them on Saturday and they would have come in Sunday, but I pushed to Monday (or my convenience). Jeremy arrived precisely on time and got right to work. He was very tidy and extremely respectful of our walls. He had to find a leak in our basement ceiling and install a shut off valve for our exterior faucet. He managed to keep the hole so small that it’s just the right size for the access panel. No drywall repairs needed!! That’s huge from my perspective. And the whole thing was done in 45 minutes. I couldn’t be happier.

Today, I found that I had a severe leak under my kitchen sink. It had already soaked through my downstairs drywall ceiling so I wanted to get someone out for repair as soon as possible. I contacted Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric, and they were able to schedule a same-day appointment. They showed up and fixed the issue quickly. Excellent service! I will always use them going forward and would recommend them to anyone.

Heart was an exceptional company to work with. Mason, our main HVAC technician was professional, knowledgeable, took time to explain and answer any questions I had.We had a window swamp cooler and two ten week old English sheepdog puppies and we have been sweltering in this heatwave. The puppies felt cool air from one of the registers and were as grateful as myself! That in itself was worth every penny. All the techs were also very cognitive of closing the gate to the work area and door for the puppies.I wanted to cry with gratefulness when all systems were go!Mason is an exceptional technician and knows his craft and Heart is an exceptional company. After hearing about our situation they were able to schedule someone to our home the next day, where he promptly fixed the problem the same day. I had a time window of 7am-9am. I received a text around 6:30am stating Blaine was on his way and he arrived between 7 & 7:30. The text included a profile pic and short bio about the technician and stated their safety protocols. I already had two estimates performed for the kitchen faucet replacement in my pocket and did some google searching as well so I had a good idea what the cost range should be for a simple faucet swap. Although his initial estimate was beyond my expectations, I informed him of the other two I had already had and he was able to come down considerably to the same ballpark as the other two in order to gain me as a client and I had him do the work while he was here. I usually do these type of minor jobs myself but my flexibility that I had 20 years ago to maneuver around pipes while laying sideways with the cabinet edge pressing into my side is something I no longer have a palette for (nor the size). Blaine was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We chewed the fat while he was working. Once he got going, he had the old faucet out and the new faucet in within 45 minutes. Blaine knows what he is doing and the company he works for also does just about everything in house. To have one go to number for all of your HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical work is good to have. They deserve their 5 star rating.

A friend recommended this company after his furnace went out last year. I just bought my home and my AC is 15 years old and so is my furnace. The technician, Mitch was on time and wore plastic footies while in the house. He was very friendly and we discussed similar hobbies. He was also very attentive to our AC and Furnace, and serviced both and discussed all options moving forward. He answered all questions I had, and was honest in regards to options I had involving the AC and furnace. Dan did an Excellent job doing multiple electrical items in my home. The newly wired and installed fan in my vaulted ceiling looks amazing and works perfect. He moved the GFI in the house, repaired the doorbell and switched bathroom to LED. What a wonderful, professional job he did. YAY DAN! I would recommend Heart to anyone I know!

Cory Danow did an excellent job replacing my ductless mini-split air conditioner. To make things interesting, this one was installed with an aftermarket CoolBot to allow me to set the temperature below the lower limit of the remote. Annual maintenance on heating, Air conditioner and water heater. Repairman Was friendly and made me feel that the work done was done by a professional who cared about doing the best job.

Heart was able to get a technician (Michael Frye) out to us really quick and they were able to start work that same weekend. He and his assistants did a great job communicating the work that was being done and the quality of the work was top notch. I will absolutely be calling them back and/or recommending them for any additional heating/cooling/plumbing needs.

We worked with Mitch Atwell who helped us through the entire process to remove our old water heater and install a new one. Mitch came to our house to review the project and give us an estimate of costs to complete the work. This visit was like working with a trusted friend because Mitch was so helpful, informative and straightforward. Once we agreed on the cost and set a date for the project, Mitch showed up right on time, answered all of our questions and went right to work on replacing the water heater, including all code-required upgrades. By late afternoon, Mitch was finished, including a spotless cleanup of the work area and access areas, we paid him the exact amount he quoted on his first visit, and we have a new water heater that works flawlessly. Mitch also replaced a leaky valve in our main water supply line. Our whole experience with Mitch and Heart was incredible and spectacular.

Dan was very professional and able to fix everything that was asked of him. They even gave a military veteran discount. Highly recommend!

Trey was fantastic. He was super informative and willing to put up with a lot of questions that I kept asking. He knew just what was going on with my boiler system and was able to diagnose the issue and recommend a variety of avenues for mitigation. Also, he observed and reported to me a dangerous exhaust leak which we were not aware of and consequently we can all sleep more safely tonight!!!

Corey H was extremely helpful! Even the admin who booked my initial appt. was informed and helped guide my decision between 3 other companies - Corey was on time, curtious and helped teach me how to check certain safety options along the way. Will hire again - 5 stars for sure.

Both Jeremy and Luke were very friendly and professional. They both helped identify issues with my water heater and then helped fix those issues. Luke was the main person that fixed my water heater. He was great at explaining the problem and giving me a few solutions. Also very nice and friendly the entire time he was here. I will use this company again if I have anymore issues at my home.

They are always responsive and on time services delivered. Kris was very informative and patience on the stove gas installation he assisted us with. For sure will use them again!

When I called in, Ashley was very polite and helpful. She extended an expired coupon for me, which was very much appreciated. Mitch was the technician who arrived to inspect my furnaces. He provided a quote for my hot water heater, which was outside of the scope for this appointment and gave me tons of options to get my issue fixed. I really liked their service and professionalism - hard to come by these days. I joined the membership, as it was affordable and convenient to help me keep my home in good shape. I am a Realtor and was having a hard time finding a reliable company to help us fix some electrical issues at our house and found Heart. They sent Dan out immediately and he was knowledgeable, professional, and their prices are more than fair. After buying a new home with an old HVAC system, we found ourselves without working AC just as the summer began. Again, we called Heart immediately and they sent Roberto out and he gave us the most thorough explanation of options and was honest and up front about our issues. We decided to have Heart replace our HVAC system and they were even out a week earlier than they quoted us for installation. Their install team of Mason, Adam, and Trey were outstanding. They worked long hours over two consecutive days to get everything done efficiently. Mason and Adam even made sure to give us a full tutorial on the entire unit as well as great recommendations for keeping our system running well. The whole install team seemed to genuinely enjoy what they do and take pride in their work. We will call Heart for all of our future HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs. I have also began referring them to my clients and they too have had wonderful experiences. Give Heart a try. You wont be disappointed!

My furnace went out the day we were due to have a major snow storm. When calling the office Patty was very pleasant and helpful. She had Roberto at my home within two hours. Roberto was extremely professional and helpful in determining that I needed to replace my furnace. Within an hour he had four of the most professional and knowledged technicians I have ever met. Thank you to Steve, Cody, Colin and number four whom I cant remember his name. All in all I had a new furnace and heat before the storm was due to arrive that evening. Mitch did a fantastic job. His team was very responsive and adjusted their schedule to accommodate us when our heater stopped working with a new-born in the house. We were back up with good heat in a short amount of time. They did great work and provided excellent service!

Trey was very professional, thorough, and respectful of my home. The staff at the office knew who I was when I called and did their best to be proactive in communicating with me about schedule changes. The quality of the work that was completed was high and thorough. My appointment was rescheduled twice, but the company offered a $25 credit each time, which was a fair way to handle the issue in my opinion.I would give a 5 star review for all of the above. The only negative was so small, but rather important, so I have deducted 1 star. After completing the work, the boiler was not switched back on. It was a simple as flipping a light switch, and just a slip of the mind that I can relate to, but I woke up to a 55 degree house this morning and am grateful it wasnt colder last night.Overall, I would recommend Heart.

Trey came out to inspect our hot water heater and furnace today. He was very thorough and explained all the concerns that he had with the systems. I appreciate the time he put into checking everything and ensuring I understood everything before he left.

The first thing I noticed was the person answering my call, the gentleman who gave me excellent customer service all the way through setting up the appointment and questions. Each technician had a positive attitude and explained the options and best solutions. I was given threeestimates and able to finance through a company they use the day of the estimate. Mitch has always been extremely friendly and efficient when visiting us for assessment or repairs. Again, he went above and beyond to ensure customer understood the process and was able to give pointers on preventative maintenance which is very appreciated.

Mitchell was great! He was on time, professional, and gave us all our options to resolve an issue with our AC.
