I had my vehicle, 17 Mustang GT, taken to Youngs Auto Body after damaging my wheels and suspension. The shop was recommended to me through my auto insurance provider, Progressive. This car is my baby and has sentimental value to me. Admittedly I was a little nervous at first. My mind was put at ease after speaking with two of the individuals at the shop. The folks at Youngs contacted me very quickly after the vehicle was towed to them. They were very kind, professional and even helped me search for a lowering kit for my vehicle. My car is back now and more fun to drive. If you need a great auto body shop, I strongly recommend you take your vehicle to Youngs.

I cant say enough good things about Youngs. I have been floored by the professional service and excellent communication. I had a car repaired after it was stolen. This was an incredibly frustrating situation and the whole team took time to understand how inconvenient this was for me.My car was a very recent model and getting parts was difficult. The team at Youngs went out of their way to not only source parts but keep me updated on the status at every turn. From dealing with Liz on admin to Devin on repairs the service was absolutly outstanding.
I didnt have any work performed here,just meet with a Geico agent for a estimate. But the staff was friendly. And the shop was clean. My family has been in the auto body industry for over 20 years and this shop had all the indications of being top notch shop. If I ever have a need for a body shop here is where I would take my business. Thank you .

I called to inquire about getting a new side mirror installed. The gentlemen I spoke with referred me 3 different places to find the part. Once I ordered the part, I called them to set up appoint and they said for me to just come on down. No appointment necessary. I get there and they had me in/out in less than an hour. To top it all all they charged me about half of what I was quoted on the phone! Great customer service, friendly staff and clean office. Top Notch and I would definitely recommend to anyone based on my experience. Thanks
My wife was hit by an uninsured driver about 3 weeks ago. We took it into Youngs and despite the fact they were rather backed up with other cars that needed work done, they ended up getting it done under two weeks. The work was done not only swiftly but the car looked fantastic when it was all said and done. They did their due diligence in making sure everything that was damaged was replaced, all the way down to the smallest of plastic parts and sensors. Also they did push the limit in their repairs by trying to find anything to replace simply because our policy covered it. Professional work done by a professional company. Much appreciated!
The exemplary level of customer service at Youngs is incredible, you dont see this anywhere anymore! Jason actually cares and he shows it through his over-the-top communication, honesty and work ethic! The work completed on my truck is nothing short of amazing either, you cannot tell that someone smashed into my passenger side at an intersection! Ive only worked with a couple other shops in Denver, but, Id advocate for them as the best body shop in the state! It would be worth a 4 hour drive to bring your vehicle here.

I don’t normally write reviews but I really felt like I needed to take a moment to acknowledge the folks over at Young’s. From the moment I dropped off my car I received excellent customer service. I was also given text/phone call updates, I personally really appreciate when someone picks up the phone and calls me with updates and info, it just makes for a better experience. My car was given to me exceeding expectations and also washed and detailed.
The job was done. They had my car for 3 weeks and every time I called they were just a day or two from being done. Devin seems to be milking the insurance process and making timing the customers problem. I think three weeks is plenty to be patient, thankfully there was another gentleman there who suggested a much quicker and easier solution to the problem Devin was pushing on me. So the work is good and there are good people here but no one wants the run around on an already frustrating situation. Good place to get work done and yell and people all in the same stop.
Got me in right away and finished in a week or so. Work is flawless. Recomend
Became a customer of this shop through an insurance claim. Had an excellent experience. Customer service was superb. They did a great job on body damage. When I picked up vehicle, it was washed, hand waxed and waiting for me in the parking lot. Couldnt have been happier with the time and repair. Everything was explained.

I previously wrote 5 stars on this place but since then I have had some issues. Check under your car when they are done to make sure they have reconnected everything. I feel like they cut a lot of corners on my repair job. My tire has had a slow leak since, and they originally tried to return my vehicle with a dent in it. I’d choose a different place to have my Tacoma fixed if I get hit again.
Jason is great. Love that little guy. However management changes may have made this place better. We will see how it pans out over the next couple months.
Everyone at Young’s Auto Body has been wonderful to me. I just picked up my car today and could not be happier with their communication and good work. They went above and beyond, helping arranging a ride to a rental car agency among other things. They also repaired my car last June from massive hail damage, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Young’s for great service.
They are a wonderful auto body repair shop! They made my car look like brand new again. I couldnt be more happy and more pleased. While they had the car, they would communicate with me weekly regarding the status of the timeline. I absolutely will use them again....should I ever need to. They are beyond compare!
These guys are awesome. Incredible service, extremely fast work, and the quality was amazing. They even cleaned the inside of my car (which was a wreck and had sand everywhere from the beach), when all they were fixing was the fender. The kicker: the repairs came in at less than $1700 compared to a quote from the dealership at $2800.

Our main contact was Jason at Youngs and he did an outstanding job of providing the quote, scheduling the work, keeping us updated, and delivering a better than new repair. My Mercedes Benz was ran into while parked by a construction company and I took my car to Youngs great things to say! They helped me immediately $3,000 dollars in damages and they took care of the insurance and process flawlessly. I was very well pleased with their service and staff. Also they gave me a ride to my car rental place which was a nice touch considering my car rental place couldnt pick me up at the time. Overall they go above and beyond to make the whole process as painful as possible love these guys

Guys, listen here, this place is awesome! I got a giant dent that some less-than-lovely person left in my driver-side door fixed, as well as some damage to my bumper. Youngs worked with insurance to save me money, kept me updated via text (my favorite method of communication) on my cars status, and delivered my car in all its repaired glory in no time!But, the BEST part is, I noticed, some time after I got my car back, that my driver-side blinker wasnt working. Well, I thought it was Youngs who had, by accident, disconnected it or something. So, I called them up and asked them to repair it. They did. FOR FREE. And it turns out, the bulb was just dead, totally not their fault. Now, dont go expecting free services. Thats not fair. But do expect exceptional customer service and an amazing customer experience!
Had a great experience working with Youngs. Had an insurance claim through USAA and Youngs took care of everything. Car looks like new and very happy with communication while being repaired. Some flaws on the hood but anyone who has painted before knows it is nearly impossible to prevent small specs from landing on wet paint and could have happened at the factory. I would recommend to friends and family.
Initially I really liked this shop. They got me in for an estimate quickly and worked with the insurance of the guy who hit me. They kept me updated on how the repairs were going and were always friendly. They replaced my drivers side door as part of the repairs and I had had the car back for maybe two weeks when I noticed my key no longer fit in the lock of the door (usually I use the fob). I called them about it and was told they would figure something out even if it meant sending someone out to me to fix it. When I didnt hear anything I called a few more times and was always told they would be in touch but they never were. Very disappointed.

I wish I could say my experience with Youngs was isolated, but after two bad experiences, this review seems necessary. My first experience with Youngs was around December/January of this year. I was rear-ended and needed my bumper replaced. While the service was fast, I picked up my car and it wreaked of paint. I understand this is a normal thing and while its non-toxic, the smell kept me out of my car for a few days (a heads up would have been appreciated). A few days after getting my car, I noticed the bumper was separating from the side panels. I called, brought it back in, and was told its an after-market part that doesnt actually fit my vehicle. I had to go through another rental process and have the car fixed again.The second experience was within this last month or so when I needed work done to the passenger side of my vehicle including the mirror. Again, service was fast. Upon leaving the shop, I noticed the glass on the mirror seemed odd. I had three people look at it and they all agreed the mirror was distorted (cars would appear extremely large then become skinny as they passed by and the roadways were curved). I called Youngs and my insurance to get this sorted out. When I brought it in, Rob tried to debate me that there was nothing wrong with the mirror, but the issue was plain as day. Eventually, another mirror was ordered. When I got to Youngs to get my car now for the second time, they told me, we ordered this with your VIN and even though it has the heat symbol on it, it fits your car. I explained my car was on a lease and if that glass shouldnt go on there, because my mirrors are not heat/defroster mirrors, then they need to order the right piece. Rob insisted it wouldnt matter with my leasing company, and put the mirror on anyway. Tired of arguing with this guy, I let it go for the time being. I called Nissan and they told me that they would dock me for the mirror because it does not belong on my car. I again had to call my insurance company and again had to go Youngs for the THIRD time for another mirror. Finally I have the correct part.Long story short - Two car repair experiences with them and in both cases, they put the wrong parts on my car, and I had to go back to them several times. I will never use them again and will be sure to never recommend them to anyone I know. Sorry, Rob, youre a nice guy just trying to do his job, but these experiences were unacceptable and used more of my time than what should have been necessary.

Great service! Used them through Progressive, and any issues 8 came across I attribute directly to Progressive. Youngs did phenomenal work and made sure everything was like new!
We have had several claims repaired at Youngs. Our most recent a few months ago was almost a complete total on the vehicle. Through all of the repairs the staff gave us updates weekly to inform us of any changes in the insurance estimate. In the end, the vehicle is better than brand new. We would highly recommend Youngs!

My car has been there for 6 days. My insurance suggested them. They haven’t even called me yet. Worst communication ever. I called Thursday, they said someone would be back to by Friday. Nothing. It’s disappointing how awful the seem. Wish I could move my car, and now I’m stuck with them.
I chose this place because of the high reviews but I didnt get that with my experience. Maybe it was just an isolated experience IDK I understand that it can take an extra day but when I picked up my truck it still wasnt ready and when they gave me the keys not everything was flush so they had to take it back and fix it some more. There are enough body shops in the city Ill be going somewhere else next time. If you go here best of luck and hopefully mine was an anomaly

Jason worked with my insurance to handle the bumper and body repair and even worked with me on getting a different bumper put on. They were always professional and even worked hard to make sure I could have my vehicle back before the weekend!
1. Couldnt identify all while drive vehicle, replaced one tire with the others out of spec. Then drove it to the Progressive Center quite a ways away.2. Couldnt road force balance tires to actually verify a bent wheel.3. Installed directional tire with inside facing out, and drove vehicle to Progressive Center4. Zero communication from any one at their facility. Couldnt pick up a phone or send an email5. Identified damage to 2 tires, they only replaced 1. When asked about it, they dont notice any other damage, until.......I showed the progressive guy a picture of two tires with damage. Whoops I guess.6. Found lighter and other items in my vehicle that didnt belong to me, some real professional must have left them in there for me. Thanks7. Delivered vehicle with plenty of gas, returned to me with gas light on and a pretty significant dent in right front doorIn conclusion, worst work ever seen on one of my vehicles. Stupidest, amateur mistakes made with my vehicle at every step of the repair, and zero apology, or recognizing any wrong doing. After 40-50 miles of driving with tires, improperly mounted, that can damage to an all wheel drive vehicle, my differential has begun howling in 2nd and 3rd gear. Its a 2013 with 40k. Shame on Youngs autobody. After being a loyal customer for years we brought in a vehicle for repairs, six weeks later we get a vehicle back with a dead battery parts that don’t fit parts that aren’t fixed and we are told that’s the best they can do. And of course tried to blame it on the insurance company. Unfortunately they are not a preferred vendor for the Insurance company so I guess what we get is a subpar job. We will never go back
I was in a pinch and needed some professional advice from a body shop. I called one other shop in town and they basically laughed at me. Youngs Auto Body took the initiative to help someone in need, they were awesome.
