I discovered my furnace bypass humidifier was leaking and called FRMS to come fix it.Dominick came out and was 5-star from the start to the finish. He was professional, courteous, honest, and skillful. He fixed only what was broken instead of replacing the whole humidifier unit (the original plan), which ended up saving me a few hundred bucks. If all HVAC companies were as honest as FRM wed all save a bit of hassle and money.. Companies like this are hard to find. Honesty 100%, what you want to hear, 70%. The result 100%. They do not have a plumber on staff. They will advise of what is needed and are 100% correct. We had to find our own plumber. Currently problem remedied.

FRMS is a “five star plus” company! Dominick was sent out to investigate gremlins in a 6 month old, high-performance water heater. He arrived on time, discussed the performance issues we were experiencing, asked insightful questions, listened closely to my description of the challenges and then went to work. Dominick quickly found a number of issues through analyzing the data he collected, discussed the issues/implications with me, proceeded to fix those that were in his “lane” and then left me with a detailed analysis of the data & a recommendation for work outside his lane. The condenser on our AC unit went out a couple of weeks ago and we needed some help. I filled out a contact form on their website and someone reached out to me to schedule within just a few minutes! The office staff was very friendly and the technician they sent out was on time, communicated well and made the whole process feel easy and pain free. The part we needed had to be ordered, but they got everything working so we had AC while it was being delivered. 10/10 we would hire this company again!

We had our old HVAC replaced 2 years ago by Front Range. They went out of their way to get the high efficiency furnace we wanted to work with the particular difficulties our older home presented. They also thoroughly explained the balance of getting a higher efficiency AC system vs the higher cost.Another company might have tried to get us to go for the most extremely efficient AC, specially considering our interest in that direction, which would have been excessive for Colorado climate.Today we called because our outside unit stopped working. They made it out the same day and fixed the problem, which was covered by our warranty.Dominick was quick, through, friendly, and gave good maintenance advice. He also wore a mask and maintained social distancing. I would recommend Front Range Mechanical to any of my friends and family.

Steve and his team of technicians were all great! They installed a new furnace and full house humidifier for us. They were flexible with scheduling, came up to install in deep snow, very professional, did a great job working with a tight space, cleaned everything up when they left. On top of that their price was fair and they have a 10year parts and labor warranty on the system! We were incredibly impressed with everything!

I have had the opportunity to talk with Steve and Dominic. Both very honest knowledgeable men. Dominic has been out to several of my rental properties with short notice when there was no heat!! We decided to go from a swamp cooler to air conditioner, got 5 or 6 quotes and decided to go with Front Range. Steve came out to give us our quote and took the time to walk us through the entire process, pros & cons of switching. I checked out many companies (including the Home Depot contractors) and prices when my water heater went out. Steves price was very reasonable and his customer service was great. He returned calls, emails, and kept the schedule he said he was going to keep. Dont get a water heater installed until you get a quote from him. Im a stickler and have never endorsed a services company but felt compelled to do so with Front Range Mechanical.

I recently contacted several companies for quotes after my AC stopped working. I chose Front Range Mechanical Services. Reasons: The owner Steve Korff is an engineer, had thoroughly researched my home before our meeting, gave me an honest review of my homes AC and heating needs and gave me a reasonable quote for a new system. The equipment is highly rated, they have certified technicians and an excellent 10 year warranty. After the install, I contacted the office to tell them how pleased I was and found out that they do maintenance checks on water heaters. Mine was never checked so I requested that a technician do that and someone was here the next day. I highly recommend Front Range Mechanical Services.

I’ve heard good things about the techs that work here, but the lady that scheduled me for my appointment was awful. I called and requested a boiler cleaning and she put me down for a date. I called a week later because I forgot to ask how much they charge and she told me they don’t service boilers. Obviously she wasn’t paying attention when I first set the appointment. Very frustrating wasted my time.

Front Range Mechanical deserve more than 5 stars. We called for a second opinion when we were told our A/C unit needed to be replaced. Brad came out and did a few adjustments and the knocking noise stopped completely. He was super thorough and checked everything. He didn’t even charge us for coming out. We will be calling them again, when we need them again! Thank you!

This company came out twice, and completely missed a large gaping hole in the exhaust pipe that was letting carbon monoxide into the home. I have pictures. They also failed to clean the air conditioning coil that they charged a $150 for-more pictures. Then wrote quote for a new furnace, but said the homeowner needs to pull the permit witch probably means they don’t have a license to pull one themselves. Amateur HourUpdate-I have the right company, and a photo of the invoice to prove it. Photos on yelp review. The hand writing is barely legible but the name, address, phone number match. Invoice #023751 on 2/11/19 ring a bell??

Front Range Mechanical Services (FRMS) is a great HVAC company. The owner, Stephen Korff is extremely knowledgeable (sometimes answering questions before you ask them), professional, courteous, and no hard sell. The price from FRMS was fair, and they handle all the paperwork for the Excel rebates. We had a new gas furnace and AC installed this past Monday. In addition to the HVAC crew also being knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, they were also careful of our house and furnishings, and cleaned up when done - hardly knew they were here after they left. If you are getting estimates from multiple HVAC contractors, make sure FRMS is on your list.

Very professional technicians, took care with the house and made sure the surroundings were cleaned up properly.
