Estimates were clear and fair emailed me same day I called after coming for free estimate same day.Gave me all options no pressure and we had a compressor replaced with upgrade. He talked to us for a long time about what could possibly be going on. Our A/C was out & the company we have used for years would not come out until late day tomorrow. Based on Facebook reviews we called Dependable. One call & we are fixed! The old company just lost a long-standing customer & Jim has gained a new one. Very nice, wore a mask & covered his shoes before entering. All important to me.

Jim was awesome! I previously called Logan Services and they tried to sell me a new system for $8-10k. I then called and made an appointment with Jim. He came out the next day and fixed my AC unit for $158. He’s friendly, honest, and very reasonable.

Very responsive, said he would be here in 10 mins and he was, fixed my central air in less than 30 mins. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Before calling Jim at Dependable, i called a big name company and had to wait 10 days. I waited and they came out, said my system was low, said i would need a new coil, and gave me the options. I chose to have it recharged. After $330, it still wasnt cooling. I looked for a local independent guy instead. Jim came our the same day, cleaned my AC unit, had me replace my filters, and recharged my system AGAIN! Low and behold, it started cooling! I know my system has a leak bur he did what the big company couldnt do - got my house cooling again. I gave him more than he charged since he came out so quick. I wish i had called him first.

The homeowner contacted a big name heating and air company, who wanted double the money AND said it would take at least 3-5 days to get the part.
