I can’t tell you how disappointing it is to leave a one-star review. It started out well enough; they came to my house to take measurements and seemed quite knowledgeable.But then… radio silence.I have called no less than four times requesting the estimate. My job was not a small job. Three different units, preferably geothermal. No small investment.Four times… Still radio silence.If you want the job done I would suggest finding a different vendor; one who wants the business.edited - upgraded to 3 star for polite and classy responsiveness to online feedback

Ive had a long standing isdue that several companies tried to fix to no avail. Symbiont sent Spencer to me. He tested, analysed and determined the issue. He proceeded to fix everything. Very impressed.

Every aspect of my dealings with Symbiont over the past few years has been great. We recently had the whole AC system replaced and the air handler moved into the garage attic. Mike King in sales is always great to deal with. Professional, knowledgeable and fair. The guys the took out the old system and installed the new one were professional, efficient and friendly. They showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves.I highly recommend Symbiont.

It’s been over 2 weeks- My check for a service call still hasn’t been cashed- I never received an invoice for repairs- and now our AC has stopped cooling. I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received from this company and will not be returning to you for service. This is very sad as we had no issues with Sharkey’s Air.

Caleb and Tyler from Symbiont were on site to remove and replace our failed geothermal well pump. They were extremely helpful in explaining to the many curious folks watching them work, what they were doing and why. They were obviously very skilled at pulling up the old pump and efficiently installing and lowering the new pump. They worked well together and had very positive and supportive attitudes. It was a pleasure to be a part of their project as the condo Board representative.

This company maintains our pool equipment and HVAC. They do fine work and are highly responsive. We are very satisficed with them.

What a great company! Every portion of the experience from estimating to the installation of our companies HVAC system was above par. It was 4:45pm, walked into the house and its 87 degrees. Called them up, friendly voice answered and said no problem. In about an hour I had a very professional gentleman show up. He looked at it and told me no worries he was going to get it fixed. And he was right!!! One hour later, cold AC. Definately recommend.

Our AC unit broke the night before so I got up early to call Symbiont for help. A tech was here within the hour and had everything fixed in no time. I highly recommend them.

First off they are honest! The first company I hired wanted over $2500. They Cost $200! They came out at 9pm on a Thursday night and were so kind. I could glow more on them but you should already know to hire them their reviews dont lie! 5 Michelin Stars!

Patrick came and surveyed some of my property’s and it was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had, he was extremely informative and professional with the entire process, it really rubbed me the right way ! Our experience with Symbiont has been nothing but great! We replaced our 12 year old air conditioner with a new unit.The experience with all of the representatives (service tech Chad, and the installation techs Tony and Chandler)have been very professional and prompt. They completed the job when they promised and were very thorough with information and instructions, answering all questions . Mike from sales responded to our questions and was able to meet our timing needs.We are impressed and could not be happier with the professionalism at all levels of the Symbiont Service organization.

Brett came out right away, to fix our air conditioner unit, inside the house. He was fast. Knew what he was doing. Got the problem fixed right away.And didnt mind the questions that we asked. Very knowledgeable.And he is coming back to put in a new filter in. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is having problems with their AC.Even my dogs like him.Dont think 5 stars is enough for this company and for Brett.

My air con became non responsive, thermostat went blank [Sunday evening] . I called Symbiont and left a message, they sent a tech our first thing Monday morning. Brandon is an outstanding guy. My wife retired from heating and air conditioning service after 30 years. Since moving to Florida there is not a more honest and professional hvac company in the area. Would not go anywhere else.

Our old ducks were leaking everywhere so we had to have them replaced I called and got five estimates from local ac company some did not do duct work and others were priced off the planet . Our house is not very big two bedroom two baths three thousand were some prices we got. Later in the day I thought there was another issue and after speaking to the office Brett was able to come back, again quickly identify the issue and quickly resolve it. This is the second time using this company and I have been lucky that they are fast, efficient and reliable. I had a leak in pool heater since I bought my new home but could not find it. Finally it gave and once I found they were able to make it out the next day and repair it. The tech contacted me when he knew he was going to be late as well the company itself. Then when he realized he did not have what he needed to fix it he immediately contacted me to inform me that he was running to Home Depot to get the part and would have it fixed immediately. When I got home it was fixed, working great and no more leak at all. So very happy with this company and the tech sent to make the repair.

SYMBIONT Service provides a model for all to follow! I was treated with wonderful service from the first call with my tale of woe! Outside temperature was 92; inside was 86 and rising! Communication from that first call to office and to serviceman, Chad, resulted in getting the service to cool me down quickly. More impressive to me was his taking the time to explain and show me the burnt out parts that he replaced. He was reassured that repair was successful and would cool things down shortly.Impressive is the prompt attention by office worker to the problem followed reassurance and confirmation of services to take care of problem asap. Chad was on site in less than an hour to locate problem. He then provided an explanation of what had gone bad and what to expect. Yea! He fixed it up and looked over system to assure all is in working order.All is operating beautifully now...and again I get to say to all of you at SYMBIONT yesterday, Thank You all for cooling us off so quickly and efficiently! Estimater out for viewing of work on the time estimated to be there seems to be very capable then acted like could careless if they got the job or not I asked for a estimate of running all new ducks and estimate of a whole new system with ducks he told me was out of town next day but would e mail them the next day im a snow bird told him need to wrap up while Im down 3 days later no estimate called got the run around 5 more days still no estimate l recommend not to use this company

Absolutely the best service on a holiday weekend! Brett went out of his way to get my A/C working for me. They didn’t have the right part but Brett was able to put a temporary motor in until the right one comes in. Save the day and my weekend! I called the company that installed my unit 8 years ago and they told me $900 to come out and fix it. They didn’t even bother to check warranty status. Shame on 4 Season because they lost a life long customer.Thanks again Brett!!!

I have done business with Symbiant for at least 18-20 years so long ago I dont remember. I really like dealing with them because they only deal with pool heaters and they analyze every pool are and always tells me which is best for each property. When I get competing prices theirs is right there. There is not one staff member that I have had any difficulty dealing with in all these years, everyone is extremely professional. The technicians in the field are consistently the same so I know its a great company when the employees are happy and stay long term.

Excellent knowledge regards to our cooling system, provided information regards to plant efficiency and was very pleasant discussing these issues. Would recommend him to others when discussing their cooling needs.

After paying almost $500 for Freon and a leak check to the company that had sold and installed my air conditioner 16 months earlier they told me I needed a now coil that would cost me an additional $2900. At that point I decided to get a second opinion and called Symbiont Service who had been recommended by a friend.Brett showed up on time and performed a through leak check using an electronic “sniffer” and found no leaks. When I explained all that had happened he explained that because I have a water cooled air conditioning system that it wouldn’t cool correctly if the water system was experiencing any problems. The day that the first repairman came the building had water problems. He told me my air conditioner had no problems and was working correctly.When I asked Brett what I owed for the service call he said Symbiont Service didn’t charge for a second opinion. I was more than pleasantly surprised and now know who I will call for any future air conditioning problems.

We just had our system installed and the installation was painless and Joel and Nate were fabulous. The set up is clean and they were a joy to work with.

Amazing and super friendly staff!! My mothers AC died a couple weeks ago. We didnt have money, and not having AC in FL, is hard. They helped us troubleshoot and provided us the parts, at cost. They also installed the AC 19 years ago, at my moms. The only thing that ever went wrong in those many years, was basic. Just a couple of capacitors for $35 saved the day!

I am reluctant to even give them one star. They are honestly a sad excuse for a service corporation. So I had one man out to give me an estimate on running new refrigerant lines. I never got an estimate even after several calls. Finally, their receptionist said they were sending someone else out to the site. I was not here, but I understand this man came but said he was not interested and walked away. I, however, did not even get a call again. So I called and the receptionist said he (the owner) wants to speak with you. He never called me back. So I called the Better Business Bureau with a review. Someone from the company quickly called and said hed be to the site the next day and I would get a quote but could I retrract the bad review. I said I would. That was three weeks ago. To date I have not received an estimate or call yet again. Three strikes and Symbiont is out! This is Florida in the summer!!!! No air and not one person bothered to do their job. Really?Sandy, the owner, just called after seeing the review to apologize and say they sent a quote on July 5. I double checked - spsm and all - no quote!!!

Our pool heater was tripping the breaker and I also noticed a small leak inside the unit. We called Symbiont and Ken B showed up within a couple of hours of our call. Ken was a very competent repairman. He quickly diagnosed the problem for both the small leak and breaker tripping. He had the parts necessary to repair the problem with him and promptly repaired both problems. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Great guy, great work and great value. Symbiont is a first call for us next time.

Central A/C-Heat Unit inspection and Service was very professional and knowledgeable, especially due to this summers cooling needs from high weather temps.

I recently was unhappy with a service call I had recived from Symboint. After speaking with the service manager my concerns where resolved almost immediately. Not every service call ends with positive results. However, the fact that the service manager reached out and made it right, speaks volumes for their reputation regarding care and concerns for their customers. I would highly recommend Symboint for service and would suggest calling them when ever you feel unsatisfied. They DO stand behind their work!
