The point here is; these guys had an opportunity to push me into a new unit, yet chose to get my existing unit running. When it does finally fail, guess who gets my business.The service technician that showed up and diagnose my unit. He is a seriously knowledgeable mini-split guy.Our mini-split was throwing an H5 error code. Either the main board or the compressor was over-temping. Since the compressor is no longer available, replacing the very expensive board is simply a roll of the dice. He cleaned the condenser coils and heat-sink enabling the unit to operate without shutting down with an error code.

I called them and a technician was right over fixing my boiler.He was very professional and worked quickly. Within no time at all heat was restored!I can not recommend them enough!

They did a great plumbing service. They replaced the water heater and disposed of my old water heater. There was no mess after they left, though it was a really messy job, but it looked great after they were done! Everything has been working perfectly since. Really happy with the service we received! We had both toilets backed up and one of the toilets was pushing water through the base of the toilet/spewing it all over the floor. The technicians kept us informed of everything that was going on as the problem (complex!) was diagnosed. I was really impressed hearing the back-and-forth troubleshooting conversation from the technicians, as well. They were really thinking through the issue and working through it in a logical way, without bad assumptions or shortcuts. They spent several hours doing their due diligence and made sure they fully understood the issue before making recommendations or moving to the next step.

We called Englewood Plumbing when our garbage disposal blocked up and our kitchen sink drain was clogged. After another plumber never called us back, we had found him on google and decided we try them out. Their technician came over in an hour to helped fix it. Had a blockage in the main sewer line to the street due to roots. Of course it happened in the middle of a long weekend. Found Englewood plumbing on google and put a call accross. I got a call from them 30 mins later and was told that a tech guy would be there within an hour. He came on time and spent over 2.5 hours doing the job including getting the equipment in and out and clean up after. He made sure it was done right. None of the other famous companies that did it before were that thorough. The price was right too. I would definitely recommend their service

Nasty experience just got a call back in reference to my call and didnt even have the courtesy to say bye. My question was common and inobtrusive. Simply a request for a quote to install a faucet since the handy man we used did a bad job. This representative response was short and rude and just hung up on me!

These guys rock. Came out and cleared a clogged 2 drainpipe with his snake in few minutes. Another plumber probably spent close to an hour on Saturday trying and failing to clear the same pipe. And that other one charged me double for failed diagnosis Im really grateful.
