We find Grande Aire to be a fantastic heating and AC resource for both repair and new installations. The are prompt, kind, professional and can be trusted. The guys worked so hard in extensive heat and humidity and did a fantastic job and made sure I connected with the new thermostat before they left. Great guys and Tim was also fantastic to work with on the new equipment. Five Stars!!!!

The technicians that installed our new system were knowledgeable, efficient and were willing, even eager, to respond to any questions or concerns we might have. System is working fine. Brian, our salesperson, was exceptional. He even visited us several days after the install to ensure that we were totally happy with the system and with the installation crew. He brought a couple high grade filters and discussed the details of a maintenance contract. All in all, were highly satisfied.

Gotta say the response time is great. Service guy came out the same day I called. Put in Freon and had me up and running that day. I do the yearly maintenance with them. I’m getting ready to upgrade so they sent Tim to evaluate my system. Have 3 options to review and choose one for install.

We had an excellent experience with Grande Aire. This is the second air/heat system we have had them install. One at a previous address and one in our current home. Both installs went very well. This latest one was done very professionally and and with no issues. We also have Grande Aire for our maintenance contract and we are very satisfied with that also. We have used them for emergency services and that was quite satisfactory.

Grande Aire was phenomenal in every way when they repaired our Marine AC unit. Jesse and Tyler were knowledgable and responsive as they found our problem and then repaired it. The best part was they also took some time to look into an electrical problem we were having in our engine room. Highly recommend them and their company who responded quickly to our urgent call for repair!

We had a new Trane Air Condition installed. We couldn’t be more happier with the installers Jay & Brandon who did an excellent job. In addition, we had to have our Thermostat’s be calibrated to more accurately read the humidity level. I called and within hours the same day Grande Aire sent Adam who fixed it. We are so happy we chose Grande Aire. Fast response. We Highly recommend Grande Aire.

Today it was my sincere pleasure to have our AC system inspected and repaired on the spot by Tim Reynolds. I had called to request a sales call in the hopes of establishing a maintenance contract foe our AC systems.Mr. Reynolds was beyond a doubt the most knowledgeable and professional sales professional that I have met with.He actually pulled plenum panels off of the air handler in the attic and found and then repaired several things that were quite deficient, that I would never have noticed or figured out. He was dispatched for a free sales call that I had requested - but I received much much more. Tim actually was seriously adept and proficient at explaining the systems to me, and then also went above and beyond, and started fixeing things that would have been a serious problem in the near future. He also diagnosed deficient items that should be replaced (inoperative UV system) and disabled and removed a nuisance out-of-date “humidity” system that was obsolete and sure to cause problems. Top it off - two CB switches had corroded to the closed(“on”) position inside the plenum - they were redundant CB’s. Because the switches were so corroded, just the action of unscrewing and removing a service panel - caused the CB’s to permanently fail, leaving the AC unit unable to receive ANY electrical power. The Circuit Breakers were literally completely corroded out internally as could not be restored.Mr. Reynolds persevered - figured out the problem and was able to bypass these redundant CB’s - all this - FOR FREE - in a hot and cramped attic!Kudos and hats off to Grande Aire - I think you have found the employee of a decade! I’ll be signing up for a maintenance contract, and when I change out our AC system, I look forward to calling on this customer service oriented company.Thanks again for the great service today!Kevin Sheets

They came within 1 hour of our call in on a Saturday night and didnt even charge overtime hours or anything. They spent 2 hours here and problem solved and waited enough time to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. Such good customer service we signed up for their yearly maintenance/service plan. Definitely recommend them!
