I needed to have two units in my home repaired or replaced and contacted Family comfort . Dino came over and explained the different options between repairing and replacing. The Technician,called before arrival to let us know he was about 10 - 15 minutes away. The technician was courteous, informative, helpful and very knowledgeable about our system (Trane) and respects our home by wearing shoe protection. He used care in bringing his equipment into our home and used a drop cloth to contain anything that may drop from the attic crawl space.
