I love Ashley at Cost Cutters. She always listens to my hair goals and works hard to help me achieve them. She is always pleasant to chat with. She delivers consistently excellent service. All in all a very knowledgeable and qualified stylist.

Ashley was great. Tried to schedule online but it didnt work, but they was able to get me in.

Trisha was absolutely amazing! She cut my hair to the exact specifications I asked for and even asked periodically how I was feeling about the cut. She made some suggestions that worked out very well. I am so impressed and will be returning in the future!

I scheduled my Mom an appt. using Cost Cutters online appt. app. We showed up for her sched. Appt. first let me tell you the difficulty in getting her there and why I schedule appts for her...My Mom suffers from Alzheimer’s and today was even more difficult with her needs;1) they didn’t have her scheduled even though after scheduling, I received a confirmation.2) they had NO perms in the Salon and not sure when they would get themSo couldn’t even offer to re-schedule her timely3)No coupon or offer to discount future appt. due to their errors or our complications of our scheduling and basically wasting our time.Not to mention, the stylists in the salon stated the owners are aware that the online scheduling has had lots of issues and they continue to use it. As for who’s in charge of supply ordering??? No response could be given.I was very angry but, feel sorry for the stylists who have to be the front line for Cost Cutters.We will not be back and the Owners need to be accountable for this negligence to Customers and their staff. Zero customer care!!!My post was edited from my original remarks which I DO NOT APPRECIATE AND...The problem was not corrected by Cost Cutters as they would like clients to believe, I would never go back and this type of customer service should never happen and the company should not put their employees in this situation. Insufficient online scheduling and lack of common salon supplies and poor customer service. The Owners should not put their employees in this situation.

This was my sons worst haircut experience. He literally looked like he had his haircut with a bowl on top of his head. Never again will I go here. I heard bad experiences previously, but wanted to support local and try it. No way.

Went it and was scared because last time someone did my hair they didnt do it right. But I went in and Renee took care of me! She did a wonderful job on my hair and took care of everything I was concerned about! I will highly recommend her! She was absolutely the best! Place is great and all the other girls are really nice and fun to joke around with!!! Thank you so much!!!

Cost Cutter is the place to get a haircut. No appointment necessary its first come first serve.My hairstylist Deja is fantastic. She has a great personality and is very professional. The best thing I like about Cost Cutters is they open early on Saturdays

This is my second perm no problems always comes out so soft and wavy. I can always depend on them to have this done for the upcoming holidays.

I went to Kyle and was very happy. I am picky and have had really bad experiences with hair stylists. He took his time, listened to me and recommended products that would help me. The prices were cheap and he provided excellent service. You could tell he was a popular stylist because while I was there he had 3 other requests willing to wait for him. As long as he is here I will be back.

Mariah is a hair goddess. Definitely doesnt over step with her opinions of what she thinks would look good with your hair. Shes honest, listens to what your vision is. Very sweet person. Not to mention, she will not hack off all your hair if its long. She respects long hair and only cuts what you ask her to cut. I highly recommend her!!

Avoided going here for a long time after my bangs were messed up, gave it another go it was great loved it, came in again recently because I thought Hey it was good last time! The girl who did my hair absolutely wrecked my bangs (all I asked for was a touch up because they had grown out a little too long) they were about 6 different lengths, I came in and got them fixed they looked better I thought it was fine another girl fixed them. Now days have passed and Im stuck with Bangs that dont quite look right and are still weird looking because some random parts of my hair are short that werent supposed to be and Im not very happy about it.

Worst haircut ever. Took way too long to be called back. They were just sitting there talking. The lady didnt ask how I wanted it done. Only what clipper I wanted. The lady was weird and she cut it way too short. I love Famous Hair but Ill never go to this one again.
