Really great salon, they did a great job on my nails.

Ive had sevice there plenty of times and was very satisfied. However today I called to schedule a different time and the gentleman who picked up was completely nasty and rude. I could not believe it! My money will now be spent else where! I will not pay to be mistreated!

Absolutely horrible. What is the point of calling ahead if your gonna wait when you get there. They told me 15min to get my acrylic nails off and it took over 45 min. They going back and forth to help other people and had me waiting there when I told them I needed to go. My nails looked terrible and they didn’t even take off all the acrylic off. Don’t tell me 15 min if you can’t provide the service in that time . Don’t charge me 10$ if you arnt gonna finish the job.

Ive come here faithfully for about 6yrs now. Even moving 45 mins away I still schedule my appointments here. Ann and Sydney are the best!

I have been going here for more than 2 years, but the last 2 times I had the worst nail tech, she had an attitude telling me the nail polish moved, because you moved your hand. I tried making an appointment after only 1 week for a manicure, because the last tech did a horrible job, I requested to be help by anyone else other than Angela and my appointment was never confirmed

Appointment and opening times are disregarded, you’ll wait at least an hour even if you made an appointment.

Sydney did a great job on my nails. I came in for a full set and Gel manicure. Great quality at a great price. I will definitely be returning.

I went in for a no chip said my nails were to short made them look longer instead got acrylics I love it I’m coming back when my nails grow and get them again also loved the girl that did my nails mask!!

I wanted no chip and gave me regular. Asked for gel and she gave me acrylic. I showed her what I wanted and she did not want to go by what I was saying. Kept saying my price out loud like I wasn’t able to pay it . Highly wouldn’t recommend this place.

I called and asked if I could come in for a nail service and was told yes. As Im pulling into the parking lot he calls and says he cant take me. AFTER HE SAID YES AND I LEFT MY HOUSE AND WENT THERE! I will NEVER go back there. I will go anywhere else.Been going for years as I live near, I usually go near where I work, but go here when I can (not any more) They only do 1 top coat anyway and the Dip doesnt last more than a week.

Not very friendly, have to wait awhile, need more staff. They do good work if you want to wait.

Absolutely BEST nail salon!!!!!! The owner of the salon is so sincerely nice and goes out of her way to say Hi! and Thank You! for your business!!! Everything is immaculately clean and the technicians are very professional and personable. They have great hours and are honest about wait times which is very important to me. Other salons in the area I have been to will tell you very unrealistic wait times and I get very frustrated. My 15 year old daughter also gets her nails done here and they treat her the same as they would any adult and they speak English a majority of the time when we are in the shop. It makes me very uncomfortable when I have gone to shops in the past and they speak very little English, it feels so rude.I dont know why this salon has gotten any bad reviews because they do not deserve them. I have seen 12-13 year olds come in for full sets and start goofing off with their friends when they are drying their nails and mess them up and demand they be fixed. They fixed them WITHOUT charging the little brats then they got stiffed (no tip!!!) on top of it all.I was diagnosed with a series illness about a year ago and the owner asked my daughter how I was doing every single time she came in during the year. I finally made it in the shop to say hi around the holidays and the owner got up and gave me a hug when I walked in and told me how happy she was to see me and was hoping I was doing much better. I was so touched!!! My last salon that I went to never even remembered my name and I went there 2 years before I found Sydney Nails.If you want excellent service and quality work, please go, you will not be disappointed!!!!!

Lets just say i spent 45 bucks on this ugly mess. I asked for gel and she started putting acrylic powder on. After i mentioned numerous times i wanted gel. Then they assumed I was talking about no-chip. When i started fifty million times that that wasnt what i wanted. Oh well. My suggestion would be to find another place. If they looked half decent atleast i wouldnt have been this upset.

Been coming here for years now. Great place and Good customer service. I usually get a regular pedi and a no chip mani total cost $61. Anne and Don are the owners and they are the best!

Great service! They accommodated my tight time constraints (< 1hr) for a no-chip mani/pedi and I walked out with exactly what I needed and it looked great, too!

Pleasant and professional staff along with reasonable prices makes this my go to nail place. They also do facial waxing.

Loved this place.First salon where I feel comfortable and they are very nice.What I got:I came for a french mani pedi.Cleanliness:The salon was very cleanI came here on a whim since they are right next to Chase I figured what the heck may as well stop by and see if they have a spot. I came in at 6pm and they still were able to accommodate me :)Im glad I did give them a chance.Efficiency:The process was quicker than other places forsure.Durability:I work with dogs and so far they have lasted.My nails look beautiful! Much better than when Ive gotten them done at other places they arent bulky looking.

I have had my nails done many many times, so I like to think I know what Im talking about when it comes to nails. These guys are the best! I usually get no chip manicures and pedis. My no chip manis truly dont chip for 2 weeks, and I even hand wash dishes some times which sometimes has an effect on chipping when done at other places. I would recommend this place, professional and clean!

The place was dirty especially bathroom. I asked for coffin shape and the final result was not worth my money. Messy and not a polished finished look. I was already irritated from being there too long, I just called it a day. NEVER going back.

I say only one thing - if you need a nice manicure, especially for an event - go somewhere else. If you need a manicure that looks nice and neat - go somewhere else.

The worst place ever! Ive been here 3 times. Every time I got different person who did my nails and honestly they have no idea about nails. They cut them so short even I didnt ask for that. They remove the skin in a very painful way. I was giving them all the 3 chances and Im done. To those, who said theyre the best. Try the place by kohls, No chip is 5$ cheaper And The ppl are nicer and never get me upset.

If you go ask for Sydney !
