I had a bad feeling when I was assigned a male tech but I decided to not be so prejudiced and give him a chance. Bad idea! He did a poor job with the polish and had to scrub the edges of every toe with polish remover. He also kept scraping at the cuticle of my right big toe until it became red and inflamed. Three days later it is still red and painful and I am avoiding closed toe shoes just to not rub anything against it. Not sure I will be returning. There are better salons out there

There were some communication issues. When I first called, I was asking about their services and the employee just kept telling me they were booked for the day. I tried explaining I didn’t want an appt but didn’t really get anywhere until I said that I would book for next week. She hung up the phone before I could finish asking about their services. I used FB messenger to ask them. I arrived for the appt and they said they didn’t have one for me and they thought I was at the wrong location. I proved I was at the right location and they figured out that they had me under the wrong name. The salon is clean and bright. My tech used way too much thick polish and three hours later my nails were still soft and several became dented. I’ll probably try a different salon next time.Edit: I reduced to two stars because 2 more nails (totaling half) have been damaged. I think I’ll have to get these redone. Also I just realized another communication problem, when I told the tech to avoid a sore spot on my toe, she must have thought I wanted it worked on because the first thing she did was use a sharp angled nail clipper on the area.

On my 3rd visit, I asked for the same extra callous removal I had on my first two visits. They said they don’t have this but either a spa or regular pedicure. When my service was completed, I still had torn callouses on my right foot - not even filed or smoothed out. I also had to remove my nail polish from my manicure because the technician didn’t bother to remove all my nail polish or buff my nails, so you could see bumps in the polish.Complete waste of $55. I’ll go back to Luxury Nails in Elmhurst.

This place is very clean! I went for my birthday and the staff were amazing. I highly recommend this nail salon!! Very reasonable prices for excellent service.

I have been to this salon 3 times now and I am so impressed! I have never had my no-chip manicure and pedicure look so good so consistently...and even with different technicians. My no chips are lasting 3+ weeks! These ladies do a stellar job. The environment is very clean and relaxing. I am SO glad to have found this salon and will continue to return.

They did not say hello, the only thing they said to me was pick a color. From there they pointed or tapped my leg to switch to the other. Completely impersonal or caring. Truly the worst first impression ever, I walked out half way through and the tech or manager did not even say a word just walked away

Nails dont tend to last the full two weeks, and I would love some new nail colors. I think I have tried most.

They do great pedicures and the princess pedicure is great for little ones. My daughter loves going with me.

So glad that I have found this nail salon. When I first moved into town I had no idea where to get my nails done and stumbled upon Smiley Nails II. The salon is extremely clean and there is never a rush that makes it feel chaotic. They offer a loyalty program where you can earn back cash on manicures and they often hand out coupons. Really great!

Came in as a walk-in on a Saturday afternoon and was attended to right away. The salon is clean and the employees are friendly. Una did my pedicure, and it’s definitely the best I’ve ever had. She even took the time to fix a nail I smudged trying to get my sandal on. Very happy with the overall experience, and will definitely be returning!

Perfect princess manicures

It was a really nice nail salon the people where nice and the place was clean it was very relaxing. But when I got done with my pedicure they had me sit in the drying station for 40 minutes!!! Ok well my mom was there to do I was waiting for her but still I would go back here again just know you might be sitting there for a while

We, about 10 of us, came in for a bachelorette party on a Saturday and the ladies were wonderful!!! Very accommodating and friendly!! I will definitely be back!!

I went to this shop with me 23 yr old and my 10 year old daughters we walked in and no greeted us nor did they show any kind of attention. I would not recommend this shop to women of color.

This place is great! Not too busy on a weekday afternoon and even when they’re busy on the weekend they keep customers moving.

Ive been here a couple times, and the woman that is usually in charge is really nice. She was not there today. Instead a young lady named, Zala or Zaya was in charge and let me tell you, she has a horrible Im in charge attitude and does not smile at all. First off, I called before i came. I think its unprofessional to answer a business phone with a monotone Hello and nothing else. Second, I came with my mother, and noone greeted, just looked at us. I stood around and just looked at everyone back until someone actually said something. Zaya/Zala was also my moms nail tech, she flew through my moms pedicure and just left her sitting there. Didnt say she was done, didnt say a word, didnt even put the disposable sandals on her. Just got up and left. My nail technician was the one who actually helped her and walked her to the drying station. Mina, on the other hand, is very nice. Thank you for your service. Overall, because of Zala/Zayas poor attitude and service, I was really not impressed today. Mina recieved a tip before I left ;) .....this review is Zayas tip. Everyone have a great day.
