I would give 0 stars to the location if I could. I made an appointment to come here on Tuesday for a new set of acrylics. When I came in and showed the woman (Lisa) my nails, we went back and forth about giving me a new set but she insisted I did not need one. I specifically asked because I had broken nails with old sets. After her convincing me not to, I got my nails done and went home. In less than 24 hours my nail broke. I made an appointment for 2 days later at 4:45. When I got there, the Lisa who was going to be fixing my 1 nail again was just starting someone else’s nails. Weird. In the middle of helping that lady, Lisa decided to start trying to rip my broken nail off (they are supposed to be soaked off not literally ripped off). She proceeded to rip my real nail down to the nail bed (I have attached a picture). Next, Lisa moved back to the other lady she was helping initially and helped her until about 5:45… an hour after I made my appointment. Overall, I didn’t get my 1 nail fixed until about 1.5 hours after I made my initial appointment. On top of all this, the skin on almost all my nails got nicked and bled (pictures attached). Overall, this was an awful experience and when I requested my money back or to speak to a manager, they refused both. And when I say refused… they refused. I am not one to post a bad review but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had in all 10+ years getting my nails done. I would like to specifically call out Lisa for her clear inexperience, possible laziness, and unprofessionalism.

Erica did my nails and I’m in love, she did exactly what I wanted and it was worth the money. I definitely recommend going to Erica to get your nails done

Erica deserves 5 stars and her own store! Everyone else in the place is awful and unprofessional. Low quality nails and lower quality customer service. I recommend asking for Erica specifically prior to coming in because no one else should be doing nails at all.

It’s really hard to find a good place that does nails well and this place definitely meets my expectations. With Covid restrictions at this time they do a good job making sure things are clean they wear their masks and are very respectful of their customers. I treat myself to a manicure pedicure once in a while and it was nice to find somewhere with reasonable pricing and great skill! Will be returning for my next session! Staff is great and friendly! The place is modern and welcoming.

Best place to go your nails done in Elmhurst! And they just were closed for a big remodel so now its really gorgeous inside. They always have a great Mani pedi deal for $35 and its a full spa pedi with the message chairs and feat soak and massage with lotion and hot towels wrapped around your lower legs and feet. They also have upgraded pedis with hot stones and the like. And right now were trying out the $10 eyebrow waxing! They have 8 spa pedi seats so its a great big place for a bridal party, but also cheap enough to go just by yourself on a random Thursday!

This is my go to place for mani pedi. Clean, comfortable, and my nails look great every time

This was one of my worst nail salon experiences. for starters, they didn’t even wipe the seats or counters down after use! one person after the other used the chairs without them being wiped down. not safe for covid! as for the quality of the nails; it was horrible, they didn’t put a lot of effort into getting my nails. their skill in nails need lots of work. lastly, the staff were extremely rude. I will not be coming here and i don’t recommend you should either.

UPDATED: First time customer and will not return. Only went to this place because we were in the area. They barely had any customers. The place itself was not very nice. The service was mediocre, at best. I was not told about extra fees for a long lasting polish until after the services were complete. I questioned Sam at the time of payment, then called again today for a better explanation. Sam was not very professional on the phone, laughed a lot, and said to call OPI to complain because its not his problem. Save your time and money, go to a better salon. Also, the long lasting polish chipped the same day. Disappointing.Response to Sam, you did not say what the charge was prior to completing the service. Please do not lie to try and make your shop look better. When I asked you on the phone if it would have made a difference if I refused the charge at the time you ran my card (which is when you said there were extra fees), you laughed and said no. Why would I want you to fix my nails if they were not done properly to begin with? (See attached picture from two days later) I also forgot to mention that you left off, again until we were paying, that there was an extra fee for removing gel nail polish. Other shops we have been to advise of fees prior to completing the service, or dont charge extra fees when other services are done on the same day. Maybe something you should consider.

DO NOT get dip at this place. None of them know how to apply it and they charge a lot more than the average place. I paid $60 for the dip, the guys left them super thick and the next day when I went back to get them fixed the lady said “that’s how they should look”.. so she filed them and recommended for me to do the no-chip... it’s been 4 days and 4 of my nails are already chipped. Definitely not going back there ever!

I do not recommend this nail salon. My first time here & I didn’t like it at all. I came down here 3 days before valentines day. My nails came out too thick & uneven. Less then a day a nail was already coming off. I was disappointed & embarrassed to show off my nails on the media. It didn’t last me a whole week. It only lasted 2 days. They don’t do a great job. the ladies need more improvement & practice. Too pricey as well.

I went there last month with a friend and Erika did my nails so well! My friend got the bald guy who sits next to Erika and had nothing but complaints about him. I went there yesterday and got the bald guy. He is extremely rough. Im surprised I left without a broken finger. He tries to twist and turn your finger in ways a finger should not be bent. If you stiffen up your finger (because hes hurting you) he will take your finger and shake it up and down and give you a dirty look. I recommend going to Erika or anyone else in the salon. Stay away from the bald guy.

My girlfriend went in there for a fill and they messed it up, very bubbly and rough feeling. They tried to fix it but made it worse. They dont seem to care but they were willing to fix it for free after a slight argument. Overall it cost $30 and required us to come back three times. Nice otherwise but could use a bit more practice and understanding of the issue.

I love coming to this nail salon. They go above and beyond to give you the best service. I love erica. She does a great job on my no chip nails. My nails have never chipped...ever!! My nails even started growing after coming here. I highly recommend this place.

Went there for the first time on a Thursday @ 5:00pm. I called ahead to put my name in and was seated right away. There were only two other patrons getting manicures. I had the milk and honey pedicure which was very nice. I had my toes painted a beautiful blue and when I stood up and started to go to the front desk I dropped my purse on my foot ruining the polish on my big toe 😭. Without hesitation they re-did my entire nail !!! I felt so bad but it did not seem to bother them. I will go back again!

I went in with 2 cracked acrylic nails. The corners of my nails were just breaking off. I had them done somewhere else and was soooo unhappy. The acrylic was bumpy, pulling up from my nails, and chipped when i typed. I walked in and was taken care of immediately. I got Erica and she was super nice. I told her to just file them down so they stopped cracking and she said she could fix them. She filed most of the old acrylic off the nail and redid them. She built acrylic around the areas that were cracked off so she didnt have to file them super short. They look amazing!! This will be my new place to go. They were all very nice and courteous. A+ service and quality!

Nothing but great experiences at Holiday nails. Every time I go and everyone that has done my nails is very precise and makes them look amazing. Very friendly staff and prices are very fair. This is my new go to nail salon. (:

I love Erika. I moved here from Connecticut and I wanted to find a place to regularly get my nails done. Erika is the girl! She takes her time, is always kind and my acrylic set looks as good as when I left when I return 2 weeks later for a fill.

The lady that helped me was nice but I did a full set of acrylic and they all fell off in 4 days. Usually when I go to my regular girl somewhere else, they last for weeks. Disappointed big time 👎

My daughter who plays basketball and soccer got a pedicure today and they did an amazing job on her callused feet! They spent double the time and her feet look great now. We will be back.

I cad a coupon for a pedicure, I really didnt expect too much. It was one of the best pedicures Ive had in a long time. I went back a second time and had the same experience. Very happy with this salon.

I bought a Groupon and had an unexpectedly great pedicure. The service is outstanding and it really included a nice massage and scrub. Ive never had that much time spent. I really hadnt planned on switching to this place, but it is considerably better than where Ive been going.

If I could I would rate this 0 stars. I called at 3:06 asking for the waiting on a pedicure and the man stated that there wasn’t a wait time. 7 mins later I arrive and the women tells me it’ll be 20-25 mins.Thank you for lying.

Wow, Im blown away with the service. Not just that, Erica, did extra steps that I had never had done when getting a fill in. In the end my nails looked amazing. I also had a pedicure and the woman who did it really took her time on the massage. I enjoyed my feet and calfs getting wrapped in a hot towel. Best pedicure experience by far. I was pleasantly surprised and am greatfull I found a new nail place.

I would have given this 5 stars earlier, however they now play Netflix shows, such as Orange is the New Black. There is quite a bit of profanity and young kids were having their nails done. I would have hoped for more professionalism. Also, the fish tank is constitently filthy. Otherwise, staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Great pedicure from emma. Massage was much longer than anywhere else in the area. Took us in when just about to close when they did not have to and the service was still GREAT!

Ive only ever gotten SNS dipping power manis here, but each visit has been a great experience. My nails have turned out really nice each time and have lasted longer than no chip! The process takes a little more time than no chip, but is totally worth it and the price is very fair. I highly recommend both SNS and this nail salon. The place is very clean and the techs are very thorough!

Went in. Just got a regular pedi. I was told 3$ extra for the color I picked and for the brand (because it lasts longer). Came home that thing was already chipping on the top on my nail. Just wasn’t pleased

Ok so I came here today for a quick manicure, before I showed up I called in to make sure they had something available. It was 6pm and they closed at 8pm. The guy kept trying to find an excuse just for me to come in tomorrow, I told him I was around the area and just needed to get my nails done asap. He was hesitant but finally said ok. Sooooo I showed up thinking he didnt want to take me because they were probably crazy busy..... FALSE. I Walk in and its EMPTY, literally just me. I got the dipping powder manicure done with the guy who was being a jerk lol, how exciting. Soooo Im sitting there getting stared at awkwardly and they just start speaking to each other and Im just feeling the awkwardness arise. Honestly I felt so uncomfortable and whats the worst part is that my nail color wasnt even what I picked and I spent 40 dollars on the weakest work Ive ever received, it was done with no effort and I wont go back. I shouldve made that decision the moment I realized the guy didnt want to work when I called, but unfortunately they were the only place open till 8pm. If I could give zero stars I would.

Made an appt 1hr early got therr and waited 40 mins. Drove 35mins to get there. Go to Emeralf nails around the corner. More detailed service and pampering. The sad part is they do a really good job just try to cram ppl in for money. Its too many nail salon in that same radius to deal with lack luster customer sevice. Oh and when you come in lady yells to you, can i help you from the back of the store. Tacky-

I came in for a repair on a broken nail, and the guy did a horrible job, nail is uneven and the shape on the One side don’t match at all to the other side, he also left acrylic on my finger, first time here and I’ll never go back .... paid $5 and now I’m gonna have to pay more to get it fixed somewhere else
