I have been to Bliss twice since May 2021 and both times I had to wait at least 15 minutes, even though I made an appointment. I NEVER had that issue prior to the pandemic. It seems like they are short-staffed and am hoping that will get corrected soon. This was my favorite nail place and hate to look for another place, but if they dont correct their staffing issues I will.

I’m visiting from Atlanta and just was a walk-in. These gals couldn’t be any nicer. My manicure was perfect and the pricing was very affordable.

Planned a last minute spa day with my friend. They were able to fit me in right away. My friend and I got our nails and feet done. The music was very calming and the lady doing my toes did a very nice job and she was super friendly with me. Would definitely come back again. Thank you Bliss!

I always have such a great experience here with whomever does my nails. They are so good at getting me an appointment whenever I hope I can get one. Even when my nails are super short like now, they can always pull off such a great look.

Super nice staff. Great selection of colors and they dont charge extra for every little thing!!! Very clean too.

I started going to Bliss after another nail salon kept saying they were too busy to do my nails. It turned out to be blessing in disguise. Bliss does outstanding work, everyone is very nice! Glad I found this salon!

I randomly walked in one day after work a few years ago and so glad I did. Always friendly and accommodating. Plus, they’re honest about whether or not they can fit you in as a walk-in. Pricing is comparable to other salons in the area. On top of the friendly staff, they also do a really good job.

Wonder why they have walk-in welcome. Rude as soon as I came in the door. Took my money elsewhere. She didn’t even ask me what I needed. She said she was booked and said she didn’t have time for me. Such a shame that they don’t take potential regulars. Didn’t even deserve the 1 star cause they didn’t take me

Overpriced salon. All the salons I have gone to the service I always get is $10 less compared to this one (I get no chip manicure and regular pedicure). After getting my pedicure, I sat for a good 30 minutes while my manicure was being done, then I sat for 2 rounds under the fan to allow my toes to fully dry. I put my shoes on after that for about 5 minutes and after I took them off the polish was all smeared. I went back immediately to get it fixed and I asked the nail tech if the polish was old because I sat and waited long enough for it dry. My question was completely ignored. Never coming back here again.

HORRIBLE, I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. I’ve been here 3 times and everytime they refuse to service me. I ask for an acrylic full set and they talked in there own language and tell me no, they were so snotty and RUDE. It clearly says WALK IN WELCOME. So I don’t understand. All those times they were never busy so to refuse me like that is ridiculous. I DO NOT recommend and they are really expensive anyways.

Terrible selection of colors for dip and no chip. Most of the nail techs are rude and clearly don’t want to be there. I tried To stop in since it’s so close to my office but this is the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten.

Bliss Nail Salon in Elmhurst is amazing. Very professional service and on a personal note, my mani lasts 12 days- even with kids and dishes and yard work! To speak to their professionalism, I had booked techs from another salon a couple of months ago and confirmed since, to come in and do mini manis for the teachers at my daughters school, for our Teacher Appreciation week. The day before the event when I went to re confirm, they stated that they would be short staffed the next day, and could not do it. I ran around to several salons in the area and was told no, but Okhi at Bliss stepped up, packed up a basket to bring all supplies and sent two techs to help us out on a very busy day for them. They were wonderful and the teachers loved their lunchtime pampering! I HIGHLY recommend them!

My granddaughters and I went in about 5:50pm thinking the salon was open until 7pm. With a sign saying walk ins we were approached by a very rude lady asking us if we had appointments, I said no and proceeded to ask if we could have mani-pedis. Very rudely the lady said something to another nail technician. Then just walked away leaving us standing! It was suppose to be a fun evening and needless to say it did not turn out that way. I they may do good work but I wouldnt recommend them to anyone😡
