There was not a car available for when I had a reservation for, but Enterprise communicated with me to let me know what was going on, and had a car for me as soon as one was available. When I needed to extend my rental agreement for a few days, they made it very easy for me to do. They were very friendly and easy to work with. I will continue to rent from Enterprise.

Adam was competent and courteous when he assisted with my reservation delivery. The automobile was clean and more than expected.So now, when the topic of a rental car is mentioned in conversation, Adam and Enterprise Rent-A-Car will always be highly recommended.

Against my decision to not go through Enterprise Rental ever again...I went back to the Dunlap, IN location. I have to say Im SO GLAD I did. Thank you ADAM WRIGHT for helping me. Rental car agencies need to wake up. You should not be required to use a credit card to rent a car. Used to be able to use a debit card but if you haven’t changed the address on the license you’re out of luck. Enterprise just lost a long time customer.

Great customer care! I have been using Enterprise for many years and have never been disappointed. I am a big guy and had stopped by to ask questions the day prior to my rental. The guy remembered my name and when he saw it on my reservation he made sure i had a comfortable vehicle for my trip. Thats great customer care and awareness .

They were nice enough to work with and the vehicle they gave us was super clean and ran great. The problem was that they flat out refused to give us a comparable vehicle to the one that was in the shop due to a recall issue (and the dealership had requested, specifically, that we be given something with comparable seating). So while our 7-seater SUV was in the shop, enterprise gave us a sports car as a replacement. Talk about inconvenient when youre dealing with 4 kids, all still in boosters/car seats. And this was with vans and SUVs available on their lot. It was very disappointing to say the least.

Ive rented from them several times. Folks here are always friendly and helpful.My only complaint: they dont give the cars out with full tanks of gas. My most recent rental came with just a quarter tank... mildly annoying to try to match that level again before you drop it off. Why do they not just fill them up if theyre returned unfilled?

I am renting a car for work more often than I used to, and even before the pandemic, this location is convenient with the nicest people working. I have not had any difficulty making a reservation online or by phone, pick-up has been super quick and easy, and drop-off even easier. The cars are always clean, run well, and the check-in process is also super quick. I really appreciate the extra car and attention to the cleanliness and social distancing, especially being in healthcare. I am definitely happy my company allows me to rent from here!

Rental went smoothly and seamless. The rep I dealt with at pick-up (can’t remember his name for the life of me but was a younger guy) did a phenomenal job. I booked through the app and had no worries at all as this location has always done a fantastic job for me.

Everything worked out perfectly. The Service representatives for grreat! I was even given a free upgrade which was great due to the length of my trip.My only problem with my rental was that not enough time was spent on the prep. The car was not as clean as I thought it should be. More important, the windows.

I was not pleased with the reservation process. I reserved a large suv. Online it said available. I received a call Monday that it wasn’t and the o line should not have let me reserve it. Was instructed to call around to the other locations to see if they had one. We called our Goshen site and they said yes we have one I’ll transfer. Great works for me super appreciative of the help. Three days later another call said we could get you into a Flex but not a large suv like a Tahoe. I asked if we are guaranteed the Flex can we get that. We needed the extra seats on the way down, but more cargo coming back. They said we will call back and let you know if it changes. Never received a call. Went to pick up the Flex or Tahoe and was told nothing available here’s a Maxima or Malibu for you. I had three adults and two children in booster seats. Was told how much this car would save us on gas and rental fees. While that is a good sailing point it wasn’t what we needed or reserved. We had no choice but to make it work. It is hard to imagine that this is the service one should expect when dealing with Enterprise. How can one recommend them based on the less than stellar services we received? My work partners with them through our insurance policies and I am not sure what service our customers are getting either.

Ive rented cars from u several times now. Had a car for a month this last time had to bring it back after hours on a sunday which i asked to do then u turned around and charged me for another day bc i brought it bk after hours on a sunday when u werent even open. I will never rent a car from u again and i wont be recommending anyone to rent a car from u.

We werent to happy with the staff of the location we attended. We booked a reservation online for a F 150 15 min before we were scheduled to arrive we received a phone call saying they didnt have what we reserved and that they would get us in something for possibly the same price. When we arrived they couldnt find our reservation gave had to wait for a vehicle and than received a dirty and scratched up vehicle with a broken mirror and window. Salesman wasnt very polite either very short and acted like our business was more of an inconvenience rather than being attentive. When we returned the vehicle We mistakenly left a few items in the car. i contacted the company about getting the items returned and have heard nothing back from them . i personally will go through enterprise again but will not be returning to the (U.S. 33 elkhart Indiana) location. 2nd bad experience with this location. Arrived at 330 left at 518, as they were helping others around us. When we arrived to pick vehicle up, they didnt have the correct size vehicle, so they downsized (intermediate to compact) with no price decrease to deflect the change. The car smelled like smoke, the windows were cloudy and the floor was dirty. I had to sweep. Clean windows and by airfreshner. They held extra money on our card, which they have never done before (took 3 days to refund). They charged us for a 3rd day and also charged us for gas. We didnt use the vehicle a 3rd day and we put the gas level where it was when we rented it. I trust no one, so of course I had my phone on a recording app recording when the guy said the later time would be at no charge, the walk around inspection of the car and the reading of gas mileage. I do not recommend the the US 33 Goshen/Elkhart location.

Not good I didnt even get the car cause when I got there they wanted every piece of information you can have address verification insurance verification bill verification employment verification I showed them two verification forms and still didnt have enough and I had someone drive me 17 miles to get there

Horrible experience with the Goshen/Elkhart location. They changed our reservation from an Intermediate SUV to a compact SUV with no decrease in price(because he said ours needed an oil change). During the walk around of the vehicle the guy said the fuel was at an 8th of the tank and even pointed out that it showed fuel range at 270, but they charged us for not filling it to full. We explain to the guy we would be dropping it off a little later than 12 because we go to church in warsaw and would go to lunch after service. He said that would be no issue as the office was closed on Sunday. We were charged for a 3rd day that we didn’t use. I do not recommend the US 33 Goshen/Elkhart location. They have yet to reach out to me to make this right.

I had hit a deer, and was really upset about it. When I got to Enterprise, they had a brand new vehicle ready and waiting at the door for me to pick up. The new vehicle was very nice, and spotless! They also had a key drop-off slot to return car after hrs. They were really nice people. They even showed me how to work the extras in it, and familiarize me with the controls. Helped alot. Great place!

Rented a dodge caravan today (May 30,2020). Got the van brought it home and it was so nasty dirty! The back seats were filthy, and crumby With COVID19 going around you would think this place would do better at cleaning up the cars!!!We had to sweep the car out. I called and Adam said we could bring it back THEY CLOSED IN 15 minutes I’m from goshen and when my husband picked the car up he had to get a ride there because I was at work so there was no way possible we could have found a ride there and then drive there in 15 minutes. Very disappointedI bet we don’t get NO CREDIT OR DISCOUNTS AT ALL!!! So with this said I give them a 2 star, and that’s me being nice! Won’t rent from this place AGAIN!

The car was great and the rental agent was very polite and efficient at getting me in the car and out of the lot. The only negative I have is it would have been nice if someone would have showed me how to operate the A/C and defrost. We figured it out but struggled with it for 3 days

Return the truck to them. They were very rude.They kept billing my credit card after they received the truck. I tried calling them. They will not talk on the phone. Only in person or email. And in person and email they would not help me. Even when I drove to the location and showed them the truck in their parking lot. They were to lazy to check it in. They kept billing my credit card. Only after I called the State Police and reported it being stolen, they finally quit billing me. Horrible experience.

Rented a VW intermediate SUV in Alpharetta Ga for vacation up North to celebrate our daughters High School Graduation with family. 2 hours into our trip, the AC quit working. Limited temperature control inside the vehicle and no fan made for a very unconfortable overnight driving experience. We were able to connect with Montana and TJ at the Enterprise in Goshen, Indiana and they immediately put our family into a comfortable Toyota Highlander. Their customer service exceeded our expectations! Thanks for salvaging our trip TJ and Montana! Thank you Enterprise Rent-A-Car for setting the standard in customer care!

They were very friendly and helpful when I needed a rental car right away so my own car could be repaired. Courteous, professional and explained everything efficiently. The car was clean and the return process was a breeze.

Ive rented from this location on multiple occasions the way they treat their customers is a absolutely astounding. From making reservations to their roadside assistance they go above and beyond to making this the place you trust for renting a vehicle. Hands down I highly recommend them to anyone!!!

In the past my experience has always been good. This time however, I was given a car with two bald tires. I did not notice this when I picked the car up. Driving to my destination the left front blew out. While changing it, checked out the right front. It was about to blow out also. The call center representative was top notch, the tow truck response time was short (I got lucky), managed to make it to an Enterprise location that was open and exchange my vehicle. The representative at the site was very polite and professional and had a vehicle for me. In the past I have never checked the tires, only for body damage. Moving forward I will be checking the tires too. I only lost about two hours travel time.

Great place to rent a car. I was in a accident and it wasnt my fault but I only the bare minimum for insurance. The lady that hit me insurance was covering it but they didnt cover the insurance on the rental so the gentleman that helped me did everything he could to help me get into one. Drove off happy.

The people here are always friendly and efficient. The only downside is they often seem to be understaffed, especially in regards to having available drivers. Its not emphasized, but their famous well pick you up slogan is supposed to be requested in advance, so it isnt necessarily going to happen spur of the moment like it does in the ads. Aside from that, its a good place to rent a car. I usually book online and always get the vehicle I expect.

I rent cars frequently from the 23283 US 33, Elkhart location. I have also rented from several other Enterprise locations and find this location to be outstanding. The manager of this location is the best person in customer service that I have ever seen in any business, anywhere. The manager and the staff go above and beyond to serve the needs and preferences of each customer. For example, I prefer a vehicle with a CD player and they always work with me on that if they have one on the lot. Also, they always remember my preferences. The cars always clean and ready to go and they work quickly so there is not a lot of waiting in line. They are always efficient, courteous and helpful. I would give more stars if I could.

Great experience from beginning to end. Suggested a vehicle which worked out great. The process went smooth and seamless from A to Z. Returned the rental, found out I had left my lights on my Jeep for 2 days and truck was dead. Rental agent came out with me in blazing heat for over .45 mins to help me to get my vehicle started.Definitely 5 Stars and highly recommend!

The rental was for my wife and her 4 sisters who did their annual Sisters Trip for a week. They live all over (AZ, PA, Canada & here) so it was important they get the right vehicle with room for all of them. The Enterprise people were pleasant, professional and courteous. One of the sisters left a very expensive pair of glasses in the mini-van and LIZ who was so helpful throughout found them and let us know. They went overboard to see that everything went just as planned! Thanks to the Dunlap, IN Enterprise crew!

Fast, low pressure rental. Was cheaper than original quoted and we had a brand new Dodge Charger to drive around in.

I work for a large oil company and have my choice of rental car agencies. I always choose Enterprise for their courteous and efficient service. My local Enterprise always has my rental ready and the employees are very courteous and take the time to thoroughly inspect the rental and answer any questions that I may have. I also choose Enterprise when I am traveling for pleasure, I have always been satisfied with the service they provide.

The staff is awesome and they treat you like family there. I am a repeat customer and I just walk in and they know my name. Amazing group and Kenny is an awesome leader! Dont change a thing!!

I travel frequently for work, and must often rent cars. Enterprise is the only company that I want rent my cars from. Their service is excellent, and they make me feel welcomed each and every time I visit. Cant recommend them the US-33 Enterprise in Dunlap enough!

The agent explained things clearly and gave good information. The opportunity to turn on the satellite radio enhanced our trip. The vehicle was comfortable and clean. From the reservation, to the pick up, to the return (after hours), it was a good experience. This was a step above the typical rental experience--thanks, team!

Right as we pulled in there was nothing marked for custimers to park period. My husband parked in the only area that did not have a reserved parking sign. Right away one of the employees came out telling my husband that he couldnt park there that he had to move now. In a very unfriendly way. Then we looked around an asked the guy where were even supposed to park. He told us that we might as well just park parallel that he didnt want our vehicle in their way when moving their cars. We walked in an not one person working acknowledged us. A younger man walked in the same time we did and he to was ignored. When he was taken care of I thought the way he was spoken to was just very poor professionalism period. Like the man working behind the counter was so irritable with all of us just simply being there. When it was my turn. He acknowledged me harshly as well and I gave him two forms of my drivers license. One was my paper copy of my valid drivers license and another was an older one original hard copy . He told me my paper one wasnt something he would accecpt or allow. I explained to him that my DL was sent in to be reviewed with my passport application they required all original documems. He rolled his eyes at me! Um ok? I asked why he was unwilling to let me use my paper one he stated itd becuase my drivers license number wasnt visible. I thought no problem I have an older copy with my previous last name. That has my my DLN. he refused to accept it. Even though my drivers license and all my information along with my insurance was all sent over to them through Farm Bureau I told him we lived an hour away and ive been trying to get approval for over 2 weeks from my insurance to finally have a vehicle since i cant even take my kids to school or make it to any of the 4 appointments my kids and I had that we unfortunately had no vehicle to make it . Im really disappointed and very upset about the wasted gas and the 2 hours of driving there and drive back with a very cranky sick 22 month old toddler. Now I cant even take her to her appointment tomorrow unless my husband stays home. Which obviously thats a very huge deal considering my poor husband missed so much work already due to the horrible car accident he was involved in that put us in this situation to begin with. The poor guy was litterally hit head on by a SEMI!

I think this place is great, excellent service great vehicles, and the salespeople are amazing. .... They never fail me. Everytime I need a rental they have always done a great job...... Corporate enterprise really limits these independent locations but after 3 days trying to go 11 hour drive I realize they are good people and I apologize for giving them a hard way to go. The airports are car hogs and they can’t control that. Thanks Jacquine for trying and putting up with my attitude. Will see you Friday when we get back.

If you like driving around in a car that is dirty. And Im not talking about the outside its the inside !! The windows were so bad I had to clean them all !! They need to have a better detailer

The customer service was fine. I just forgot to ask where the release button was for refueling the car.Spent 15 minutes looking in the owners manual at the gas station, before I realized that I had to get out of the car and almost stand on my head to find the release. I would use Enterprise again if I ever needed to.

I was very happy with the car and service. The only think that I have to complain about is that I did not receive my deposit back in a swift manner and it cause my account to bounce which cost me more money. I also dont remember them telling me that it was a 200.00 deposit to begin with otherwise I would not have taken the chance with my account. I rented vehicle on Saturday returned on Sunday and did not receive my deposit until Wednesday. I feel that the should have been returned as soon and the vehicle was returned

Our experience was not as good this time around with Enterprise. We rented a van and when we picked it up it was incredibly dirty inside. It took my husband over a half an hour to wash the interior of sticky material and dirt. He then had to sweep it out because the stow n go area and the floor was covered in crumbs. When we were on our way home, we ended up having to exchange our rental because of a tire issue. The new van had biting ants all over in the van, which we didn’t discover until a few hours into our trip. We use Enterprise ever time we travel and this was just not a good experience for us.

I recently rented a car for a work trip. This was my first time renting other than through insurance. I made the reservation online for an economy car. When I went to pick up the car I was greeted promptly and they asked for my license and card. I gave them both. She grabbed the keys and said we were ready. I asked if I needed to sign anything, she said no. She handed me a paper as I got in the car.Later that evening I took at a look at the paper and realized I had been charged the wrong price for the car, not what I had authorized online.The next day when I turned in the car, I pointed this out to them. They were friendly and changed the price, as well as removed the perks that had been added without my approval. I couldnt help but wonder at this policy of adding and changing things without my approval.That evening I went to use my debit card to pay for something and it got declined. Got online and saw that Enterprise had charged me $200, rather than the $39 the rental actually was.I called Enterprise the next morning. They said they charge a $200 security deposit. I asked why I wasnt told this. I would have transferred money or used a credit card if I had known this. They said they usually tell people. I said no one told me. It seems silly and petty, but I did not agree to being charged a $200 deposit, nor did I sign anything approving this.Im sure this is par for the course, but since it was my first time, this was not knowledge that I had. So Im out $33 in overdraft fees when it could have easily been avoided. I cant believe there is no policy that they have to tell people or have people sign acknowledging this.Im disappointed in this situation and how it has been handled. I received a formulaic email asking to rate my experience, so since they asked...

I rent from Enterprise several times a year all over the country. For the past 6 years I have always rented a 15 passenger van to take family and friends to the Indianapolis 500. At Enterprise you are always met by the best of staff and managers and the Elkhart facility was no exception. I own a couple of small FM stations in Kansas and have many times interviewed and hired Enterprise employees because of their training and ability to deal with the public. Nationally Enterprise is recognized for this and I feel the manager of local facilities like the Elkhart office, it starts with the manager and his employees. You are thinking a but is coming and yes it is! This year the vehicle was not ready to be picked up. It had to be washed and was brought to me with dirty windshield and water dripping everywhere. I always turn down the insurance feeling it is a rip-off from any car rental company and was told this year I had better check with my insurance to see if it covered a 15 passenger van, I was worried and checked and it was no problem. In my walk around I pointed out a huge indentation in the sliding passenger door on the right side. It was noted. Little did I know the door couldnt be opened from the inside and to close it you had to virtually slam it shut 2-3 times to get it to lock in place and the warning light to go off. With all the emphasis on insurance and want would be considered damage to the vehicle on return, I found it strange that a vehicle would be rented that wasnt in excellent condition. In fact, I felt the vehicle wasnt safe due to the fact the sliding door couldnt be opened from the inside. Maybe a small item but what you pay for rental cars these days you should have a vehicle where everything works.

Liked the car, rate was ok. Problem was only one key, which we were not informed about until too late to change vehicles. The key got locked in trunk and we had to pay $58 to get it unlocked. Very disappointed they did not provide or at least inform us of the one key issue.

Always helpful and courteous, friendly when they pick you up from home, prompt every time. I always rent from this location as the staff there are just excellent.

Rented a truck while mine was in the body shop. Insurance paid for everything but 1$and some change per day. I agreed to pay that amount but declined all other insurance because my insurance would cover rental damage. I had to put down 50$ security deposit. 2 weeks after I turn the truck in I get a bill saying I owe more $. I called and talked to the same person and asked y i was billed for an insurance that I never agreed to. Couldnt give me an honest answer. Still waiting on a check for the remainder of the security deposit. Its only been a month and half.

The current manager Kenny is so nice, helpful and dedicated to making his customers happy. He picks you up on time and makes sure your vehical is clean and ready when you get there. He always offers upgrades and accessories to make your trip safer and stress free. If the vehical you want isnt available, he will do his best to accomodate you. The location is perfect and easy to access. Theres little to no wait. If you make an online reservation and the car you want isnt available, as soon as hes aware he will call you and make every effort to get you what you need and on your way. I wouldnt shop anywhere else. The hospitality is what makes me keep going back.
