Really enjoyed my experience here. I made my reservation online which was super easy, showed up when instructed to by the app, checked in via the kiosk at the front desk, and I was in the chair within 2 minutes. My stylist was great! She did a great job and was fun to talk to. I opted for the MVP package which I think was a great deal. The shampooing, hot towel, and massage really made the experience a pleasant and memorable one. Totally recommend these guys.

Fantastic! Erica was excellent. She was friendly, did an amazing job, and really is what sports clips is all about.

Sport Clips is an all-encompassing barbershop, however, a hidden tip I learned to work there you only need a cosmetology license. They cannot perform Barber duties unless they have a barber license & certificate equivalent. This includes shaving of the face & line-ups utilizing a blade. The massage & hair washing comes from the basic $26 haircut, not including an optional tip. The haircuts are good & the session does not take long especially while watching whatever game they have on 🤙🏾.

Waited 15 min in parking lot which was my choice. I called and let them know I was there. Website showed I was on deck and 0 min remaining. I went inside and screen inside showed two people, myself on deck, and another person at 5 min. A third person came in and was taken right away. Stylist pushed some buttons on pc and I went from on deck to 23 min away. Instantly put to the back of the line without asking any questions. This place plays favorites and caters to the buddy system.

Worse place, jassica doesn’t know her job. I asked her to do v shape she ruined my long hair. Very bad place.

Made an appointment online and when I got there at the time of my appointment my name wasnt on the list and i was told they never saw my name so they cant do nothing about it and to make another appointment which would take atleast another 30min. This would be the second time Ive made a appointment online and my name hasnt shown on the list when I got there at this sport clips.

Very un organized. My goal was to be first through the door to get in and out. I have been to other sports clips in the area and the first 5 minutes after the business opens up typically does not allow you to do any online check-ins. I was waiting outside the door to be first in a chair and somehow i was already in a 168 minute wait once I finished checking in. Some how one of the stylist didn’t finalize my check in. I asked why isn’t my name on the board and she took down my information again and said it will be 5 hours wait. They have no idea what is going on and tried to squeeze me in if no one else shows in between hair cuts.

Great place with great service

When I moved here from Washington it took forever to find a place that could cut my simple but apparently hard cut. Found this place one day after school and kept coming back for almost 2 years. Amy was the only person that could cut my hair and not have the cowlicks stick up.

Haircut is ok. Very Pricey and their check-in on-line is kinda lame. Arrived at given time to learn i still have a 30min wait. But i am a last minute haircut guy so it is what it is. Nxt time, with better planning, I can go to a Barber Shop for the price.

Great haircut but much higher prices than competition. Normal high sales pressure to buy products. They also make sure to remind you to tip. I found that interesting.

Thumbs up. This location I went to I don’t live in the area, I usually go to the one out in Folsom. They go far beyond what you expect. They greeted me all at once when I walked in and they all said bye when I left. I will be back when I’m in the area

I recommend this place 100 times over. The staff Is always amazing and professional. They will go out of their way to make sure you get your perfect hair cut. Def use the app tho to schedual your appointment, if you just drop it, youll be waiting for a while.

Worst place you could get a haircut. My 26 year old brother went in to get a taper fade and the woman Erica butchered his head. It was uneven in the back and he even had a bald spot after. Instead of owning up to the mistake they tried claiming that he suddenly developed alopecia and that they weren’t going to reimburse him. I just saw my brother right before his haircut and I’m pretty sure either me or my family or his fiancé’s family would have noticed if he had a quarter size bald spot on the back of his head. The manager knew it was a bad haircut and offered to even the hair but couldn’t do anything about the bald spot. Of course my brother said no because what were they going to do next? Shave his entire head? Set him on fire? Who knows. Instead of reimbursing us the manager argued with us and kicked us out of the store. Would have been better taking my brother to a dog groomer.

Nice place. A little pricey but its one of the best place to get a haircut.

Havent been here in a while. My regular barber was closed for the holidays. Got a great haircut. The lady stylist was trying to sell me a little too hard.

The staff is great here. I would highly recommend sports clips. I have been going here for the last year with the same stylist, she knows exactly how I like my hair. No more explaining what Im looking for to different people Everytime.

Decent quality haircuts for the price. Can be hit or miss depending on the stylist you get. The upsell MVP treatment is well worth it for the shampoo and massage!

Waited for over a hour to get my sons haircut before leaving. We were told there was 3 people ahead of us after one hour one person was called back. They really shouldnt take walk ins if it means waiting 2plus hours. Highly recommend making appt if you plan to go here

Realistically they dont deserve any stars.They butchered my sons head left him with a bald spot and tried to diagnose him saying he had alopecia. I know the manager knew her employee messed up the haircut because she offered to fix it, but would not reimburse him.Btw Miss manger its a cosmetology certification not a medical degree that you have.

Didnt like this one as much as delta shores..its like tucked away and forgotten here lol. The delta shores one seemed more lively too, even tho every chair was full here at this one it was pretty quiet. Could have just been a quiet crown tho who knows. Im happy with the haircut and I forgot her name but the neck/scalp massage was worth every penny! I only goto sport clips now they are that pe fect medium between great clips and a high end salon.

Professional and online check in

I have been getting my hair cut at sports clips for a very long time. I am active duty military and have always gotten the same cut. Medium fade with a hard part. This sports clips tells me there is a 5 dollar charge for the hard part. When it’s all said and done I paid 30 dollars for a haircut for sports clips. At other locations I have never paid more than 18 plus tip. I could go to a barber and have more than a mediocre acre using a straight blade and not have to pay 31. Not only will I not come back to sports clips at this location ever again, my four sons will not come here and I will deter any of the other military members I work with from going there. Very disappointing!

They messed up my cut making me half bald . They have me the MVP for like $30 like I only went because it was the only place open. They kept offering me different styles like I said low bald fade she gives me arm cut like no and vip like I dont think so very disappointed . I look like they dropped the clips while playing sports smh

I had a great experience with this place I got the MVP service friendly staff, I really like the fact you can watch baseball and get your haircut at the same time. The massage was excellent I felt so relaxed after leaving great place overall.

Terrible...bunch of snobs. Forget about being able to see the stylist you want, as they are so inept that they cant even follow their own system. They passed up one guy that had been waiting for a long time, then they passed me up for someone that had just came in. I am a big tipper....say goodbye to that girls.

I waited more than an hour as guys had appointments. I guess they dont want walk-ins anymore. I am going to find someone else to cut my hair. Sure seems that this is the direction theyre headed.
