Always have a good experience here with Bethany. Took time during first few visits to explain how my hair is growing and what is and isnt possible for styling. A year later, trips are qiick and easy, and the end result is consistent and excellent.

Atmosphere is perfect. Literally the best barbershop Ive ever experienced. ALL of the barbers are top notch. Extensive training both to get on the floor followed by ongoing mandatory education. A Cooper Alley owned barbershop which explains why its as great as it is.

In the area from out of town for work, walked in, didnt have an opening, put me on the waiting list... Less than an hour and a half later got a call they had an opening, went back, and got an amazing haircut from Jamal! If I lived here Id go there on the regular, great place and great people!

Love BarberLane! Since I moved from SF, Ive been looking for a new home to get my haircut. Ive been getting my haircut from Bethany for well over a year now and will continue to go back! The location is convenient, online booking system is alright and they use top notch products. I have no worries about getting a solid haircut from Bethany at Barberlane!

The best shave experience available. I got the straight shave and it was more than I expected. Friendly, relaxing and an experience Ill be going back to as often as I can. I highly recommend this place.

Walked in at opening. No time slots until later in the day. Was offered a time that didnt work. Phone immediately rang, staff member began scheduling another appointment with the phone customer. Left me sitting there without a courtesy excuse me. Im sick of SF area barbers where the next customer and next cut is more important than the person in front of you or your barber chair.

I was recommended to go to a new haircutter for a change of pace, but I dont really know why I did because the one I had was pretty good. Anyways, my haircutter was really very hesitant, and seemed to be afraid while he was working. I ended up with a really mediocre haircut, uneven on the sides, and is growing out pretty poorly.Idk, like I could have gotten the same job done for $15 at super cuts. Its just annoying because Im sure there are good cutters who work there, but this was not one of them. He also kept telling me my head is round, not in an aggressive rude way because he was explaining why he was doing what he was doing, but he kept telling me my head was round which was kind of weird.tl;dr you can get a better haircut for cheaper elsewhere
