Super RUDE, made appointment with app. Showed up 10 minutes early to be told they were closed. Show them the appointment on the app to be told sorry “I’m tired” can’t do it! As I was leaving she told the other hairdresser she would of gave us a free haircut but we had attitude. NOT professional, rude and mocking customers is not okay! You should of honored what your app did! Will NEVER take my 3 boys back to this spot!

This place is great! The staff are focused on great service and maintaining a safe environment. The MVP service was awesome. My son and I got haircuts and they turned out really good. The stylists here know what they are doing. Ive received a haircut nearly everywhere Elk Grove over the past 15 years and this was my best experience ever.

Checked in online. Said they would be ready in 46 minutes. I showed up there at the time it said too. I noticed I was number 6 and had another 43 minutes. I left.

Very nice place to get a hair cut. Debbie did a great job not only did hair cut but also did shampoo, massage and fixed my hair the way I wanted.!! Definitely coming back again and I will also recommend family, friends and people who read this review. It is bit expensive but it is worth. You get what you pay does really apply at this sport clip.😀😀

Good service. Just relax and they take care of everything. Clean hair cut with a wash and a massage. Debbie was an amazing person to talk to. The cuts can be expensive however but the experience is just different.

The old lady with blonde hair was very rude, the other ladies were so nice! She made me feel very uncomfortable she did a cut on my sons hair she was rude to both me and my 12 yr son and she sucks at cutting hair! The place is nice and clean, everything else was great, they need to fire that lady !
