As a representative of the company Meghan has always gone above and beyond to address any issues or questions that have come up. She has always been able to place tenants quickly. My company also does some maintenance for American Heritage, and the payment for these jobs is always quick. Meghan, from the very start, has been helpful and responsive. In a difficult rental market, she helped us find a home that fit our needs, has always been quick to address any problems that have arisen, and has been a pleasant voice the entire way. We looked at many properties upon moving to Lancaster and we feel very fortunate to have landed in a home managed by Meghan. After 10 years of trying to find my own tenants for my rental I decided to call Meghan at AHPM. After leaving a message she returned my call within 15 minutes. Other property management companies never returned my call. She met me at my property the next day to look at apartment. Even suggested I wasnt charging enough. Meghan was amazing and communicated every step of the way. She was able to fill the apartment faster than I expected. Her response time to emails and phone calls have been amazing. She even reviewed my lease and helped add some additional helpful information. I WILL CONTINUE to use Meghan to fill any vacant apartment that I have in the future.

I have greatly enjoyed working with American Heritage Property Management! I wanted to rent out my house but didnt want to have to try and work out the details of finding good tenants and dealing with the stress that accompanied that all. Sometimes you do run into delays when submitting work requests but a friendly call is all it has ever taken for me. The apartment is great and fits my needs exactly and has a great price to match. Ive never had an issue with my property manager and she has always been very helpful and understanding. Most of these bad reviews are solely based from bad tenants that dont pay their bills. I have been renting from American Heritage for going on 4 years now and never had an issue. Communication is key. Pay your bills when theyre due and dont cause issues and you wont have any problems.

I have been renting for about 4 years. I have lived in two separate properties and my experience has been very good. During Covid-19 we had a hiccup with finances and they assisted us with the completion of forms for government funding to help catch us up through the CARES ACT. We are very grateful for their professionalism through that. They also are very responsive to emergency calls and maintenance issues.

Ive been renting from ahp for about 3 years. Its been great so far! I moved here from a distance about 2 hours away, my husbands job moved us up here. I had about a month to find a decent apartment, Mehgan helped me find the spot im in now and its been perfect! So easy, filled out an application was accepted and had a great new apartment within a week or two! It made the whole thing alot easier!!! I was having so much issues trying to find a place within the time we were given until I went with American heritage! Also anytime I have a mantinence issue they immediately attend to it! Ive had no issues at all so far!

Horrible manager. Became property manager in August 2018. November 2018, the area had the first snow storm of the season. Residence didnt get blowed out until five days after first snowfall. Multiple tenants tried contacting Lindsey and there was no response. Later, it was explained that the snow removal company didnt get info on property to plow. Later in the winter, again delayed snow removal. Ice accumulated and it was explained that tenants were responsible for ice treatment and walkways to be cleared.For two years before this property management, there was never a problem with snow removal or ice treatment. Only one reason why I and others left the property.

Management is excellent. The property where I live is kept in impeccable condition. Should you need a repair its taken care of right away .

I was a tenant with Meghan first and with the delight of that xperience I decided to move my properties to her to manage. Very helpful and always willing to help and get things done quickly.
