Beware of these people. When you change your oil properly, your dip stick should not show dark engine oil.Went here for the first time because the reviews were good. They changed my oil and showed me my dipstick which showed the oil was still dirty and said that it is normal (its not normal because they most likely only drained 50-75% of the oil to save on their expenses and mixed new oil with my old oil) and that they suggested an oil cleaner. I declined that senseless recommendation.Also, there was a small leak at my oil drain plug. They over torqued it while putting it back on and stripped it. Glad they didnt screw up my oil pan threads at least.I had to fix all of those issues that they caused. They are the reason I started changing my own oil going forward. Save money and no potential low lives trying to nickel and dime you. Its eye opening how many ways they can save on their expenses while stealing from their customers.

I got my car fixed shortly after calling them, a few months ago, on a Saturday. Im really late to post my awesome experience and review for them, but they definitely earned it, plus some! There were so many issues they found and went above and beyond to repair in a timely manner. They even put my hubcaps on for me and gave me an awesome & cheap place to get my wheel alignment fixed. On top of that, they do military discounts and used the light bulb I bought to fix my turn signal. Ive been to several places since I purchased my old car in August 2020 and theyre the real deal that actually looked at everything, told me what all was wrong, and fixed it all at the same time! I wish I would have came to them from the get go. I probably would have saved a couple of hundreds, or maybe even thousands of dollars. Having an old car isnt cheap and being a female, its hard to find reliable and honest maintenance people and facilities. Im fortunate I can drop it off and leave it, if neede whenever I need work done on it again since they are so quick and not far for me to get to.Adding to....came back to get my light fixed/replaced and was able to get right in w/no issues or wait. And again, the price wasnt bad. Now I can drive safely at night w/o fear of being stopped for my headlight being out or causing issues w/other motorist!

I went in for an oil change. They did everything while I sat in the vehicle. They checked and topped off all fluids, and checked / added air in all tires. Very professional and friendly.

Came here to get a State Inspection on my vehicle. Customer service was nice,roughly a 20 + minute wait but their was a line of cars and right before lunch so I cant fault them.

I’ve used their service for the past 3 years on both my vehicles since moving here to El Paso. True professionals and are quick with the job. Have never has an issue and will continue to use them as a trusted place to get an oil change and state inspection.

Whether Im going in for an oil change or an inspection sticker, Paul and his crew are always very polite and efficient.  The shop is always clean and organized.  I like coming here because I am able to bring my own oil and oil filter and I pay for their labor only.  Auto Express Lube does provide its own filters and oil but I tend to purchase higher quality filters and I only use full synthetic oil on my vehicles.  I do this because I always get a rebate for my oil and filter and I am able to save money on my oil changes this way.I highly recommend Auto Express Lube.  I have been a customer of theirs for several years now and will continue coming back.

Would give it 5 stars but the service was kind of slow. Besides that, the employee was respectful and kind. They dont try to lie either and they charge very decently as well. I would recommend, though do not go if you only have an hour to get your oil change.

Went in for an inspection sticker left with a smile. Dont mean to be corny but thats what happened. They told me everything that was wrong with my car and if I wanted to service it there. They werent pushy or telling me things that I didnt need. When I just said I just wanted the inspection sticker they just told me what where some of the alternatives and suggestion if I was going to get it serviced somewhere else. Honest people thats all you need to know.

This place is great! They are very honest and are quick and efficient. It is very hard as a woman to find a place where they will not take advantage and try to talk you into buying things that you do not need. I finally found a place that cares and tells me the truth about what my vehicle does or does not need. Went for just an oil change, yet during the oil change I was approached numerous times about other potential issues to fix in my car including an air filter that wasnt even in that bad of shape. Now my car makes a loud sound when I put the air on. Will not be going back to this place. Total time spent while waiting for just an oil change was 1 hour. Perhaps they would have been quicker if they werent trying to sell me other stuff I hadnt asked for. Now I need to take my car in somewhere else to get my air noise checked. Stay away from.
