Literal been waiting for someone to come and ask me what I need for 20 minutes and counting. The last time I came I had to get out after 35 minutes of waiting in my car for some decent customer service for the reason of me being here. Ridiculous.Update: 2 minutes after writing review. I walked in, big white man with blue eyes in the front. I let him know I was waiting outside for a couple minutes and he said “we’re not a tire shop. X2” while I was speaking. Wish I can give a 0/5 rating. He’s a little rude. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I bring my car here regularly. These are great people who dont rip you off with unnecessary repairs.

Was vacationing in the area and in a tight time frame.I communicated the urgency to the manger (Brian)who went out of his way to move a 3 hour wait to 1 hour.Gustavo the tech did a great job and was just as courteous asBrian. Leadership greatness obviously rolls down!If I lived in this area this would be my mechanic in a heart beat!!!GREAT JOB BM!!!!!!!

Front guy not to friendly. I think he needs to be more respectful on the way he talks to older women but my window was fixed sooner than he said it would. Not sure if I will recommend.

First I went in with a busted AC, and my ABS light/ Parking break light on. They diagnosed the AC on the first day as Compresser needed replacement, and told me to come back for “diagnostic professional” to look at the electrical. I went back and they said it was my instrument cluster and needed to pay close to $800. I went for a second opinion with a MOBILE MECHANIC, and he replaced my Blower Motor Resistor, and a fuses for $120 including parts and services. They aren’t an ethical business and especially during these hard times they continue to try and screw people over. DONT GO TO THIS BUISNESS!!!!

Well like most mecanic businesses they just try to upsell. Theyll give you a big story of how the expensive service is the better on due to lifetime warranty but autozone and oriely have lifetime warranty on their products as well. Your still gonna have to pay for labor and thats were Theyll get you again. Its an over priced brake shop with with good sales people. They dont give you service they sell you there name.

Had a question about a/c service, as soon as I mentioned it, employee said a/c machine doesnt work. This is the second time brake masters tells me a machine doesnt work. Please fix your equipment so you dont lose customers.

The crevice was good. The only thing that I did not like was there were some employees not wearing there masks properly. they also aloud some customers to be inside without wearing masks in side the building.

Have to leave it for them to examine it and give you price, a bit over priced on labor .

The slowest service Ive ever had with an alignment. They werent really that busy, nor was their appointment online fully booked, but I was told otherwise. Waited for 2 1/2 hours for an alignment. Keep in mind, I did set an appointment at 10am which is why I know it wasnt fully booked. The website shows a list of available times and mine and another time was booked. I understood I came late because I was on an unexpected phone call for 2 hours prior so I arrived a few minutes after. But for a simple alignment for a 2 1/2+ hour wait?? I only came here because Discount Tire recommended this place specifically. I honestly would have and should have gone somewhere else. The way the staff drove around the vehicles, to throwinh around the keys, to how the staff welcomed paying customers, and the overall motivation wor work was also sub par. Worries me about the quality of the job on the actual vehicle. Probably will get it checked at my own shop once Im back in East Texas. Disappointed.

Wow what can I say went in today for an a/c diagnosis for my wifes suv. The service at this place is awesome, within 3 hrs they had fixed and installed new fan assembly. Very satisfied thanks Brake Masters.

My go to place for service with reasonable prices of Coupon offers. Small set back is the appointment request option, always working on the previous appointment when your on time 8:30am, its now 8:45am still waiting in line to be asked, 9:30am Car is still in parking lot, so dont bother scheduling. Its 1st come - 1st serve and walk In based. Plan to stay a Long While or drop off.

BEWARE: places like this will take advantage of you if you let them!! Always get a second opinion. They wanted to charge more than $500!AND! FOR brakes that I didnt need!!I went with my regular mechanic afterwards and he cleaned my drum brakes and they were like new, he compared them side to side with new ones and the difference was hardly noticeable. And they wanted to change the front break pads that I had replaced not too long ago.I usually do my own maintenance but I had never worked on drum brakes but I do know how theyre supposed to look.

Great experience these guys really know what they are doing. Bryan the tech who serviced my truck had nothing but solid advice and a great knowledge of how to best maintain my lift on my gmc sierra.

Took my car in for alignment and brake service. After leaving, my tire came loose and almost came off my car(I had to pull over and tighten my wheel), my brakes squealed like crazy, and my car still pulled to one side. I spoke with Bryan and all he could do for me was apologize and offer to realign my car/replace my control arms because according to him, my car probably needed new control arms.I cant believe the poor service, workmanship, and poor quality in brake parts. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop.

I have different size tires in the front than in the rear. When I left the front end felt too high and I checked and sure enough they were swapped. It doesnt seem like a big problem but I dont have time to go back and now thats a huge inconvenience for me. I couldve paid less anywhere else but I came because of the convenience and look at what that got me.

I have been going to this Brake Masters location for years now. Its always been the better option for me to get my vehicle fixed here then to use the money to purchase another vehicle. I know I will get quality parts and service at a fair price. Bryan and Moses do an excellent job managing and supervising at this location. I was absolutely pleased with Bryan Whitley’’a service, most than anything that he was honest on what my car really needed. I hate to go to places even for an oil change and I end up with a whole list of things that my car doesn’t need done. I want to thank Bryan (store manager) and Moses (Assistant manger) as well as anyone else who worked on my Tahoe. They were honest, professional and above all, they were fair. They are getting ALL my business from now on.

I went on 12/3/18 to get my brakes done. After leaving they said my new brakes would need to settle in, and that I may notice a sound, but it should go away. After a week of driving it, the sound of screeching every time I braked drove me nuts. I went back for a second time, and was told my rotors needed to be cut. After a second time of being serviced the sound went away. So right around 2/15/19 the horrible screeching sound came back. I went back for a third time now to voice my concern, they serviced my brakes. This time they say they dont know what was causing my brakes to make that noise, that my brakes were probably dirty so they cleaned them. The same day I drive back home, there goes my brakes making the same horrible noise!!! Im never going back to this location!!! Some brake masters!!!!

Friendly staff. Found out that I had a part that was bent and causing my tire to wear and was ruining it. Could not align the vehicle correctly. Fixed the bent part and was able to align the vehicle. Kept me informed of the progress. A shout out to Curtis for all his assistance!

I booked an appointment twice and each time I arrived there was a 4 hour wait. The worker at the desk was super unprofessional.Why make an appointment it it’s not honored. I took my vehicle to Viva Cheverolet got what I needed within an hour.

Ill make it easy for you. Bryan the Store manager gave me an estimate of $396.61. He said that I needed to replace brake pads both front and rear, resurfacing, labor, and a brake fluid flush.I did my due diligence and I went to get a second opinion. I went to Best Tire Service Co. on Dyer and Mundo told me that my brake pads were fine. They did some minor adjustments and resurfacing all for $65.00. My car no longer wobbles or squeaks when I brake and they did a great job.My advice, be careful with estimates from Bryan/Brake Masters and get a second opinion.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! My wife took her vehicle in for a brake job, and as she was driving off, she noticed excessive play in the brake pedal. She brought it back immediately just to have the manager tell her that the pads need a setting-in period of 200 miles...? I was out of town on business so I had her take the vehicle to the dealership. The technician called me and stated that the reason theyre not grabbing properly is because they were installed BACKWARDS!?.. REALLY? WHO DOES THAT??I called the corporate office and was directed to leave a voicemail. That was 4 weeks ago and they have yet to return my call. My advice is to take your vehicle elsewhere for brakes. If we wouldnt have caught that, my family could have been seriously injured in an accident. Brake MASTERS?? What a joke!

Best customer service ever...

Worst place ever. My brake caliper was left unbolted done I lost one of the bolts on the i10. I had to go to autozone get a replacement do the work myself. I go back the next day to make them check all the work they did it was like one ear out the other. They just checked the front not the back, because I got both done. Now I have to check this double the work. Top it all off the stupid warranty for life I lost because I will never go back to this POS place.

We have used Brakemasters on two major repairs they are awesome. They are dependable and have your vehicle back to you very quickly, and of course the work is guaranteed!

Got there at 7:30 and when they finally put the truck on the rack it was 10:00. The truck sat on that ruck withe the tires off for another hour. One man walking around one hand on the phone and the other in his pocket. They finally started working on it. All they were going to do is check and see why it was vibrating. Not even fix it. Then you ask them a question and they get all bugged. I rather watch paint dry. Next time Im going to Midas.

Took my 2007 toyota yaris sedan to get my stripped lug nuts removed, spent over 3 hours with them with a scheduled 0730 appointment.. could do NOTHING about it.. AND PROCEEDED TO SWIPE, STEAL my crosswrench as payment for a job NOT done.. dude Im a chick, damnbastards would steak from a woman that needs something vital for emergencies to remove a FLAT F****** TIRE!!!****EPIC FAIL!!!***

Very unprofessional. ...my husband has to take the truck back 3 times. ..it was still messing up...charged him over $800....they were referred to us...but Never again..and they give him a hard time. When he goes back. .hasnt been 2mos since they had fixed it....look elsewhere. ..wish I wouldve check reviews first. ..oh..and was there for 8 hrs first time...just to tell him they didnt have the part..till next day. .he was furious! !!!

Busy place, but great customer service and work on my vehicle

Moses and Bryan have to be the worst people I have encountered while trying to get service in my truck. They treat you like you are inferior. They lack communication skills. They are extremely unprofessional. I would never bring my business here again.

I havent seen such a horrible customer service around including the front desk personnel I believe his name is ramon, he shouldnt have a job dealing with people. Terrible attitude from the guys working on your vehicle as well, if i could give zero stars i would.

I have not seen such crooked business practices in a very long time. Businesses like this should not be allowed to exist and should be heavilly fined. I took my vehicle in to have a broken lug repaired only to leave there with my rim scraping against the brake caliper, wheel alignment problems and a very shaky steering wheel. I have never EVER had these problems with my vehicle until these nit wits put there hands on my vehicle. If anyone has brake problems please do yourself a favor, save yourself alot of money and headaches and take your vehicles somewhere else. Brake Masters are anything but Masters! Maybe masters of disaster! They dont even deserve the one star im required to give them to publish this review!
