I had the shocks and struts replaced on my car. They did an excellent job and were straightforward about the price and time for completion. Austin is very honest and always has great customer service. I continue to take my car to him for all oil changes and any other services needed.

We were passing through on a road trip and had a check engine light, and they were super helpful. They ran the diagnostic, correctly identified the error, just happened to have a recently hired employee who was very familiar with the issue, just happened to have the part in stock, and repaired it all within one hour and we were on our way again. I came to A&W Automotive because my starter wasnt working, but my battery was 100% charged. I called around to get quotes from different places and they had the best price overall. I had my car towed to the shop and Austin had the diagnostic done. He later called me to give me an update and the day after my car was fixed. A week ago, I was in town visiting my daughter and son-in-law and knew something was going on with my van. I took my van in first thing Monday morning to get looked at and fixed. The manager seems honest. Really cool guy, but watch out, because they might disconnect something else to make more money. I took it to another mechanic, and he found a hose disconnected so my inspection would not go through. I will not recommend this place to my friends especially single females.

My car had broken down and was sitting for awhile since my previous mechanic was backed up on work. I read the reviews and decided to give them a shot and am so glad I did. Austin was very helpful and explained everything out to me. The pricing was fair due to the amount of work needed done and my car feels so smooth now that I have it back. Any other needs I might need I will be taking it to them since my previous mechanic is usually backed up and Aand W automotive got my car back to me fast and in good condition. Had two repairs accomplished at ANW . A serious electrical problem in my sons 2013 Takoma developed . Dealer threw up their hands said couldnt find source of problem . ANW to the rescue problem was diagnosed and repaired . John went out of his way to be helpful and used extended warentee to help pay for repairs : The second problem that developed was in sons 2001 Lexus leaking oil and power steering failure both problems repaired promptly and very satisfactorily. Im so glad I found this auto shop on Google. They quoted me several hundred dollars less than competitors and were the only business I called who said they could get my entire AC system replaced in a day as long as I scheduled a day or two in advance so they could order parts. (Important for me because I was on a road trip). As a woman Im often highly suspect of mechanics trying to upsell me, but I am very confident that Austin and his staff are honest people. In fact, when I came to pick up car I learned that they had fixed an AC system leak that wasnt a part of the original quote, and at no charge! I also noticed they even went above and beyond and cleaned the (very corroded) terminals on my battery. Definitely recommend this business! Thanks A&W!
