The tech was very friendly,courteous and fast. I just needed my inspection sticker done . There was already a customer in the waiting area,so with covid19 going around,I wasnt allowed in the waiting area. The tech provided a chair for me and I was able to wait outside.Thank you

Horrible service. Mechanic messed up my vehicle during an oil change. Won’t take responsibility for it. Talked to owner was very rude. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend taking any vehicle to this shop. Worse place I’ve ever taken my vehicle for an oil change.

This is an awesome establishment, I was very much satisfied with the service I received from the staff and the owner as well. They were all professional and respectful and got all the services I needed done quickly! They told me exactly what i needed done to my car and did not try to push anything i did not need. The prices are very good as well! I will continue to be a customer here.

Don’t get confused with name. This is AC’s Auto Express, not RC’s.Have been doing business here for several years, and seen it change owners three times. But, the great service and great price have still been maintained with every owner. Tony who has done my state inspections for the pass several year is a complete professional. Glad to see he remained when the new owner came in.

I typically visit the location on Talbot, in Canutillo. The workers are a nice bunch of guys. If youre looking for an honest mechanic, look no more. The dealership gave me a LONG list of repairs that my vehicle needed, but after the mechanic looked it over I needed less than a quarter of what the dealership claimed. They even took me under my car to point out the problem so I could see for myself. RCs will be my regular mechanic from now on!

I found this place out of the blue after the guys at Martin Tire couldnt help me (not even offering air for my flat tire). I told the man who offered service I just needed use of his jack or air for my tire. I told him I had no money and only enough gas to maybe make it home. Ruben Cabralez was nice enough to look my car over. Evaluated my car from top to bottom. Put air in all my tires and when I didnt think there were any honest mechanics out there --- he put enough gas in my car to get home with ease.RCs Auto will be the only ones who work on my car from now on and I would advise ....If you need an HONEST Mechanic look to the guys at RCs Auto.

Terrible service. Owner is a prick. They dont appreciate you as a customer. Find any other place. I guarantee it will be better than here. Lazy fat workers too

Theses guys are Jerks and disrespectful to women veterans. The owner Angel, refused to inflate my Tires and then cussed me out when Iinsisted he inflate to manufacture standards. Told me to get fired out of there and refused to give me his last name. Dangerous amd disrespectful

Worst customer service!! The owner started yelling, and when I told him not to yell he told me I can yell as much as I want this is my shop. Never going back!!!

Guy said the vehicle needed transmission fluid when it did not.It only has 30,000 miles and I checked it at home.They also left the brake fluid cap unsecured, thank goodness it was noticed when the engine air filter was changed at home upon arrival from that place.
