Customer service is #1 here! Came to get a new tire as soon as they opened. The tire that was put on was smaller than the original. I didnt notice it until early afternoon. Called Martin Tires explained what happened and Marissa helped me get the correct tire on my car, at same price! What made it such a positive experience was the awesome service! Always a plus!

Time to wait is way too long just to get a tire inspected. Took a little over 2.5 hours just to get a flat tire inspected. Then another half hour to get the new tire. When they pulled my truck in I noticed the raised the hood. I asked about that and they said they inspect fluids. I didnt need that at all since I inspect my own fluids, but fine I didnt say anything else. I told the guy my tire lock was in the glove apartment. Luckily they have a window because I had to check why he opened my center console. When I approached, he said he thought they said it was in the center console. Then he just threw everything out of the glove apartment onto the passenger floor to get the lock when I could have gotten it for him, since I was already there. It might not have been intentional but it sure did seem like it. I started putting everything back and he said he was going to put it back. I thought to myself yeah like he threw everything out. Total time was 3.25 hours.

After reading the other 1 star reviews that literally mimic my situation, Im convinced there is some shady business practices going on. I had to special order 4 tires because of the car I drive. I thought it took a bit longer than usual and even felt it was being done on purpose. A few hours after I had them installed, the tpms was already reading low air, I didnt think anything of it. I went back to get them filled and went about my day. I dont drive my car every day and store it less than 5miles away. Today the passenger rear was 20 below psi and I found a brand new screw in the unrepairable RedZone. Meaning that the screw got into the tire literally right after I left location. I noticed the person who worked on my car kept staring at me and even went to go whisper to a few others and he left. Theres a lot more I need to say but I figure they target individuals that get pricey tires but fail to get the road hazard protection. Why didnt they see the nail when I returned to get the pressure checked just a few hrs later? I need to speak to someone. I guess covid kept revenue down or something and this is their way out. BEWARE!!!

The staff were amazing during my last visit. Brought my vehicle in for a screw in one of the tires. They quickly pulled my vehicle into their bay and began looking at it. Not long after they called me to the counter and told me the screw had been removed and it did not penetrate the interior of the tire. I was not charged for the visit. Greatly friendly and helpful staff!

Got 2 50K Blackhawk tires, balance and rotation for $200. 2 hours total time. Friendly staff. Overall, pretty good experience.

It was so easy to go in and drive out with new tires! Rick helped me on the phone. He had everything ready for me as soon as i walked in. David explained everything, took care of my transaction including warranty. Josh and Brian mounted and balanced the new tires in a fast manner! They also checked all fluids and filter. Also topped off washer fluid. Definitely recommend to anyone!

Great customer service. Had a screw close to wall of tire. They could’ve told me it was unrepairable and I would have believed them. Would’ve bought a brand new tire but they called back and mentioned it was close but were able to repair. 👍🏼 Service rep was great!

Took almost 2 hours for an oil change, I was originally told it was gonna take no longer than 45 minutes. They didnt have my cars oil filter and lack of communication with the place where they had it happened. I went to the counter to ask what was taking so long and they told me that they were waiting for the filter to be delivered. The place were they had the filter was only 2 blocks away. If I didnt ask what was going on, I would probably still be there right now.

This is hands down the best place in El Paso to take your vehicle for whatever work they offer. Very fairly priced with the best service. I have been to other places that are commonly known (one being directly across the street which I’ll never go to again), but they do not compare to the service the Martin Tire gives every single time. They absolutely stick to their timelines and keep you informed the entire time. They are very good at dealing with foreign vehicles where some places do not know how to put caps back on which cause leaks. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their products and service. I will never go anywhere else.

Like being trapped in a Twilight Zone episode where everyone is slow, confused and moving like it’s day one on the job. Too much competition in the area to be dishonest and aloof with your clientele. Don’t get burned like I did by a shop that doesn’t value your business or your time.

Yesterday I visited the store due to a flat, a huge bolt had punctured my tire. The tire was actually one Id purchased less than a year ago. Unfortunately, I did not purchased the warranty, but (whom I assume was the manager) helped me with a quick patch at NO CHARGE! Fast and friendly with amazing customer service. Went to buy 2 tires and they did my rotation. The thing is that there was a huge nail on one of the tires!!! Weird they didn’t noticed! Never coming back!Plus they got me the wrong tires, had to come back to get the correct ones! That lady needs to hear what the customer is asking for.

Went to get a nail out of my tire and get it patched, instead they told me there was too much damage on the tire and that they wouldn’t patch it, but if I wanted a new tire they could get me one the following day. Went down the street to another tire shop and he patched it up and said they just wanted to get some money out of me. Kinda sucks because this is the 2nd time this happens. The tire had the nail in the center so I do t see what the problem was.

This is the second time I take it for An alignment and going back home I can’t tell until I go to work and get on the freeway and noticed that it still shifts to one side. I work the same time so you guys are open. This just makes it harder for me to go on a Saturday because you guys are always busy. Let see, was able to get my vehicle in quicky, the tire that needed to be looked at to see if it was repairable or if need of a new one was off the vehicle very quickly, then it took about an hour for them to talk to me only to say they can not take off the tire from the rim bc it might tear. Again, it took almost an hr for them to visually look at the tire only to say they can not touch it without damaging the tire. Now you might say how i know this. Bc i visually saw thenm take off the tire from my vehicle. Then left for almost an hr only to be called in to be let awar that they can not touch it. Horrible, horrible experience and waste of time

I was able to make a same day appointment at 11am. They took my car in at exactly 11am. Explained the process and gave me an estimate on about how long it would take. They explained to me why they did to my car and finished promptly.

This people are rude. I called to ask a question in concern for my wheels because I wanted to balance them and I just painted them and I didnt want them scratched. Right away the guy dismissed me by saying that they wont be held accountable for anything that happens to my wheels while they work on them.

Brought my car to get tire fixed. The next day, my tire goes flat again, tire was not fixed. I was charged 15 dlls for the supposed repair, come to find out Discount tire does not charge to fix tire repairs. Discount also patches up your tire, Martin tires does not patch up your tire. Only reason I came to Martin was because it was closer to my employer.. will never go back to Martin.

I have been Martin Tire’s customer for over 20 year. I will not go anywhere else. Customer service is great and recommendations of the kind of tires you need for your vehicle, your city car or your traveling car, are very accurate and they always think about safety first. Took my truck to get a wheel alignment. They said it needed some extra work to be able to do the wheel alignment. They charged 2 hours at $110.00 per hour but it only took 1 hour to do this extra work. When I asked they gave me every excuse under the sun. They said they had there best mechanic on the job too they were charging this because they were using snap on tools. You get to charge $110.00 per hour because its a shop! The shop, tools & expertise is included in this rate! You dont get to charge 2 hours when it only takes 1 hour. Thats over charging the customer!

Martin Tire personnel are always attentive. I had a small issue; a changed wheel due to wheel damage. I went to Martin to check the balance on the remounted tire and new wheel. Because i had purchased the tire from Martin Tire there was no charge. It was a small issue but a necessary one. Thank you Martin tire for your attention to detail.

Usually get great service but that changed when i went for a tire balance. The younger tire tech with glasses takes FOREVER to balance them. Moves very slow and everytime someone passes by him he tries to strike up a conversation. Took 2 hours just to balance them from start to finish

First time at this location on Lee Trevino, I was there one hour before closing time and was greeted immediately by Jonathan one of the service salesman. The tires I wanted werent on stock and he made an effort trying to get them but I wasnt overly impressed. I believe more couldve been done to make a sale. Another salesman Mario was a lot more friendly and even threw in a 10% military discount. They dont price match competition prices on services just on tires so I recommend you shop around, their alignment costs $70, kind of pricey when you can get the same services for $49.95 from Brake Masters.

I have always rated Martin Tire very highly, their sales service team always provides exceptional customer service. I recently went in for my usual oil change along with a tire rotation on my 2016 Chevy Pickup. I asked the service counter person to also check my brakes as well. I received a call 30 minutes later and he mentioned I needed major brake work and that my brake pads were at 15% left. He also mentioned that I needed 2 new rotors. I got suspicious and decided to have my brakes checked by independent mechanic where he showed me I had plenty of brake pad left (70%) and he also showed me that my rotors were fine. I hope management will read this and be aware that your mechanic was unprofessional and deceitful in his claim that I needed a brake job. I will continue to shop at Martin Tire, but I wont ever trust your mechanic.

Martin tire has been great to me and my family for several years. At first I picked the location for the convenience of a few restaurants being walking distance from the Martin store, but have also waited in the waiting area and was not a bad experience. More than once Ive asked if they have time for my vehicle that way I can return a later time and they always find a way to get us in. Great staff great prices and services. Having purchased road hazard coverage on the tires as recommended on my previous visit when we replaced the four tires this definitely came into play. My tire only had a nail in it and after checking out the puncture on the tire Jonathan had to replace my entire Tire simply because the patch will not hold on the side or the edge of a tire for my safety and for my family safety I was given a new tire.
