I went in on thursday, by friday one of my nails had broken not to mention the guy that did my nails cut me 3 times and put super glue to stop the bleeding. Not worth the price

Always go to this place and have Always been very happy with my nails but today not so much i noticed the more i gave them service more they were charging me. And i ask for this (1st picture) and they gave me nothing like it.

My nails were done exactly how I asked them. But just a little concerned with sanitation the work station wasn’t cleaned after client sat down and tools were used on them then I was proceeded to sit down right after didn’t even see the nail tech wash hands or even put hand sanitizer on nothing …. And not only for me I know others may not care but even without the pandemic I feel that’s a must

Its my second time getting nails done. Actually I got a refill and changed color. After checking in, the wait was long, but they had the t.v. on to pass the time. Lin was my nail tech, I told her it was my 2nd time and what I wanted. She explained what she was going to do and worked fast. So fast, it was almost rude, but being new to this, I assumed it was normal, plus it was almost closing time. Luckily, my friend sat next to me to guide me because I have hearing loss. Even with hearing aids it was hard to understand Lin because of the mask. They seemed a bit understaffed, very busy and none of the clients waiting left, which tells me Top Nails is doing something right. Overall, Lin did a great job with my nails and was professional. I am happy with the results!

Took both of my daughters in today and for what is being charge on a manicure and gel the least you can do is finish up the job and rub the lotion on the clients hands like every other place and not just hand them the lotion for the client to put it herself. If that was the case she could of done her nails at home. Asked for an extra coat of gel and told me NO, last time I checked if Im paying I should get what I want but I guess he just wanted to rush and finish with one of my daughters to go to the next client.

I get charged different amounts every time. Sometimes $50 sometimes $60 for ombré tip. Most of them are rude. Tried giving them chances but pricing needs to be consistent. And work on being nice to everyone

If half a star was an option thats what theyd get. I went in to soak off acrylics and get a gel manicure. He broke a nail taking off the old ones and I asked him to put a tip on that one to make them all even. He then filed the tip to oblivion, (left ring finger), so Im not real sure what the point in it was. 2 of my nails were filed crooked so half is square and the other round. He took 20 minutes trying to ombre 1 nail until finally calling in reinforcements. There are bubbles in the polish and dont even waste your money on the unicorn I cant even tell its on there and where thou can see it, its patchy! I sat down at 12:15 and didnt leave until after 2! I was already running late so I just paid the $60 and left. Unhappy doesnt even begin to describe how I feel.***UPDATE***Went back because I wanted to give them the opportunity to fix it. I explained everything and was sat down for them to start fixing only the ring fingers. Was given attitude when I told them I wanted the whole thing redone because there was literally nothing acceptable about the job the previous day. Considered throwing in the towel but apparently they have a no refund policy. Hahn ended up getting stuck with me and I actually left happy. Even brought back a tip for her.

I feel like they knew we were out of town and over charged us on 2 pedis and 1 mani, for 165 it was my 1st time EVER doing a pedi did think the gel nail polish came with it I guess not and I was NOT satisfied my big toes hurt more than ever also the manicure the nails were shorter than expected not only that most of the nails were crooked

I was charged double what I expected when I only asked for a full set 25$ and they didnt say hey this will cost extra and trust me it was nothing fancy or even gel cus I know gel cost more and it wasnt even the color I asked for so 50$ for acrylic nails no designs or nothing a plain khaki color. These people will add to the cost for any reason and not tell you until theyre done. Rip off for real Dont Recommend

Very uneven shaping. I asked the lady to please fix the shape and she said “later” that later never came she left most of my nails very uneven this finger in the picture looks like I’m missing 1/4 of my nail. I did ask for coffin but this is NOT coffin.

In less than a week my gel was chipped and pedi polish is coming off too. Not a good experience. I can usually go with my gel and pedi at least for a good three weeks. The products are no good. I will never go back.

We called to ask if they could get my cousins money back or reshape the nails because they were bulky. the nail was fatter than her toenail, they said to come in so they could see, so we went and the lady was rude and refused to even file them, or give her the money back. We then walked to Best Nails and they fixed it & were incredibly sweet and friendly.

I recommend it 100%.

Do not waste your money on this dirty and unethical place. Took my wife to get a fill which was going to cost us around 35, instead they decided to not do a fill and just change her nail color. We told them that we did not ask for that, that we had asked them to do a fill and they said that it was then going to cost us 45 halfway through their sloppy job. The owner tried getting aggressive and was yelling at us when we called it out. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

The lady spent only a good 15 rushing minutes on my nails. The paint didn’t fully dry In between coats and wasn’t fully painted right. Won’t be going back.

Go elsewhere I can’t believe I paid $40 for this work they actually did a full set and thought they looked nice. Never going here again, save yourself from going to this place. So unsanitary as well they brush on oil from a brush in a container when they are done. It should be in a drop container so they don’t contaminate the cuticle oil. They told my boys to sit down and behave when they were just laughing and playing with there toys in the corner of the waiting area.

Overcharged, no customer service skills. Even mentioned the issues to the young man and he didnt even apologize (& I even tipped him! ). Will not return.

My mom and I came in with a gift certificate. The man in the front when shown the certificate proceeded to suggest that the certificate was fraudulent and fabricated by us. His reasoning being that the signature on the certificate wasn’t his and only he authorized the certificates. After sometime of back and forth another employee stepped in and said it was his signature. Which is weird because the man at the begging had just told us only he authorized the certificates. Overall the service and pedicures were subpar with extra fees as far as the eye could see. We’ve encountered shady business at this place before. Would not recommend what so ever.

This place charges for everything they do the length the shape of your nails. There prices are fraud. The manicure and pedicure will never be what they have as a sale. If you dont agree to something that is a higher price they do a terrible job. Stay away from this place.

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE! I wanted French tip gel polish on my toes & the lines werent straight! It looked like something I could do at home! It was awful! The manager was so rude & refused to give me a discount & made me cry in front of everyone. She said she could take the gel off but I would still have to pay for a pedicure. & I refused to pay anything so she took everything off half ass. Im so upset & WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS AWFUL AWFUL COMAPNY AGAIN!! If I could give negative 5 stars I would!!!

So a friend I decided to go here opposed to our usual spot. WORST DECISION EVER! I initially went in for a pedicure and fill-in. The pedicure was rough and uncomfortable and super quick she scrubbed each foot a total of 3 times and rinsed it off. My feet are still rough then she sat me down for a fill-in and I changed my mind and payed her $22 for a terrible pedicure. The entire pedicure everything that came out of her mouth was about up selling me to spend more money, now I get its her job to make more money but she wouldnt stop trying to get me to wax my eyebrows, get gel polish for an extra $15, get a spa pedicure for $30. What Im trying to figure out is why would you attempt to change my mind to get a spa pedicure when you cant even do a regular pedicure properly. Not to mention I had a friend who actually proceeded with another worker and got a fill in. She mentioned that she was continuously getting upselled. She had an acrylic nail that cracked that actually needed to be removed and the idiot just threw gel on top of it, and since she decided to only get the tip painted you can see exactly where her nail was cracked. To top it off the paint job was not clean and neat. Its as if everyone is rushing and offering you extra services just to get more money out of you. I will never go back to there not to mention their polish station is limited. Wish I wouldve read the reviews before I went.

Took my niece here for our day out together as I am visiting from N and they did a beautiful job on her nails and toes. BUT they asked HER not me (the paying adult) if she wanted a design. They then charged $10 for that design and $25 to just merely paint her toes and nails- not a pedi or mani and she is is 8. Next morning, half the nail polish was peeled completely off and by that next night all 10 fingers had nothing left. What a waste of money and way to ruin a special time that was supposed to last.

Best place in El Paso to get a Pedicure. I have been through different places in El Paso and yet this is still my favorite. I get everything I spect from a Pedi!! A little pricey but worth it

The lady was extremely rude. Its one thing to not speak English the whole time they are in front of you but besides that, they go out of their way to be disgustingly rude. Plus they charged more for a pink to white tip and all I got was a regular one color set of acrylics. Horrible place, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

If i could rate this zero stars i definitely would.went in to get my nails done, i told the man doing my nails, from the beginning, rhat i wanted my nails a certain way. he said ok. throughout the whole time of him doing them, he continued to disregard what i was telling him to do and kept saying hell take them off i still remained calm and said no you dont have to, just try to fix it. he started to act up when HE was still not doing what i had asked and continued to keep getting mad at me when he was the one messing up. long story short, i finally lost patience with his HORRIBLE attitude and horrible job on my nails. i proceeded to tell him that he is just completely disregarding every concern i have an he got mad at me and i asked to speak to his manager or owner and he said he was the owner. so i told him he has horrible and unprofessional skills and that hes loosing a valuable customer (ive been going for ever now) & i just stormed out.also while i was there, another woman came in and said she had limited time because shes on break and if he would have the time let her know if not. he told her yes. so she stayed. TURNS OUT he didnt have the time and she also stormed out and she told him that she specifically asked him to let her know if he couldnt do it.so its just showing me that whoever this man is the proclaimed owner is completely unprofessional and is willing to argue and loose customers because of his lack of communication and reasoning. definitely DO NOT recommend.

My gel mani looked good but within 5 days the polish started chipping to the point that i could peel it halfway up..Horrible!!!....I will never go back. Plus the people that work there are rude.. who knows what they are speaking much less what they are saying. Worst pedicure i have ever had! The lady performing the pedicure was rude and got angry when i didnt have the correct change. I paid with a hundred dollar bill for a 65 dollar tab, and she acted annoyed that i needed change. Within 2 weeks my pedicure was chipped and i lost polish on 4 of my toes. Will not be going back! Rude people and terrible services.

I have never had such a bad experience at a salon before. I went in to request that they remove my overlay and the nail tech Tammy was beyond rough and careless, after she was literally tearing off my nails she tried to soak my cut up fingers in acetone. I refused to let her continue and will never return there again. And FYI I only picked one star because it makes you before you can post a review-

The first time I went here, Brandon helped me and my nails came out awesome. This time, the lady kept filing my skin with her electric filer and broke my skin (the implements were not sanitized and I wonder how many other people she made bleed like me. Thats scary). They came out alright but not as good as the first time. Also, all the employees had their drinks and food out and it was pretty dirty in there. To me, presentation is everything but it seems that every nail place Ive been to is pretty dirty.

Awful just awful... I went on Friday for a pedi and spent more than I wouldve like to. The following day the nail on my pinky toe was peeling off!!! It was gel but looked like regular nail polish. I called and went back to get it fixed receiving the same service as everyone else has mentioned. 2 days later the another one peeled off.. DONE. I might be just 1 customer but Ill never support that business again.

The scammers ...charged me a different price for manicure...please dont go there .highly disappointed in them.

I usually go to Sola on Vista Del Sol and Zaragoza, but I was in the area and came here. BIg MISTAKE! They advertise a $22 pedi. But then when ur on the chair they tell u it doesnt inclue much of anything. They get upset when you refuse to up grade. HORRIBLE experience. At Sola u pay $15 for a good basic pedi and chair massage. Plus no hassles.
