I’ve been going to Vince for over a year and have ALWAYS received professional courteous service. I always make an appointment and have waited at the latest 5 minutes when he’s finished someone else. I was recommended to Nails Glamorous by my friend that’s been coming here for 3 yrs ! Highly recommend this place.

Denese is in my opinion their best nail tech. I will never stop coming here. I love it! Theyre so nice, theyre prices are fair compared to the amazing work they do

Its a very unprofessional place! I cant believe that someone who knows how to do nails cant simply do you a simple glitter nail just because they want to say no. I honestly got into an argument with the girl i asked to speak with the owner, apparently it was her mother so nothing was done about it. So she kept screaming she didnt need my service to go somewhere else having such a bad attitude her mother the owner standing next to her wouldnt say anything to her so she kept saying stuff. I told her no wonder she feels free to do whatever and treat anyone how she wants since her mother wont do anything about it. Surely am i not ever going there. You cant go to a place and not get treated right just by being the owners daughter.

Good work and nice selection of colors. What turned me off about this place was the liberal use of the word dyke... If it wasnt for the hateful speech Id go back.

I never do this! I want this to be noted but this place deserves it. Yesterday me and my mother walked in to get 2 sets of full nails and correct me if I am wrong but every full set is between $35 to $50 any other nail salon would of been thrilled to get clients especially when there is only one other woman getting her nails done and there are about 2 or 3 nail technicians available in the back that are walking up to you near the counter who you can see that are clearly disgusted and/or upset about having to do their job. They turned us away because they had an appointment in 10 minutes I asked the nail tech if they really would turn paying customers away she looked up and said yes. I am extremely upset because they didnt even try to accommodate they flat out refused us service. I understand that appointments are priority but when you have the staff why not? Or they could do what everyone else that works with customers does when they are unable to meet expectations for example I AM SORRY WE DONT TAKE WALKINS or another great example WE ARE SORRY BUT WE HAVE AN APPOINTMENT in 10 MINUTES BUT YOU ARE ALSO WELCOMED TO WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT TECH IS AVAILABLE for godsakes every nail salon I have ever been apologizes if they cant accommodate immediately and ask you to take a seat offer you water or something else in order not to lose a customer and they absolutely wouldn’t turn you away. What bothers me the most is the way they expressed their obvious disgust and their attitude as if they were better than us. Please if the owner ever reads this comment remind your staff /nail techs/ ignorant employees about basic human decency and manners and of course basic customer service. Thank you

It wasnt the best, they didnt ask what you wanted, and if you want that amazing manicure I wouldnt recommend the place.

Horrible service never coming here again told her my nails were uneven some were shorter than other she got upset ... nails are expensive and if Im paying I dont see the problem with fixing them and getting them how I want them .. horribleWhen I first walked in they wrote down what I needed which was the acrylic and eyebrows waxing they didnt even ask me about the waxing they charged me right away just rude
