Love the place and quality of products. But they cancelled my appt the same day and wanted to book me again 3 days later. It was disappointing

First impression: this place is super cute! I got a pedi and a gel mani (2 different girls) the girl that did my gel mani did an OK job, she didn’t shape them right and the gel came out thick. I don’t know if I’ll go back for nails, maybe for waxing with Chantal, who was absolutely amazing!

They take their time with your nails. The entire staff is friendly and so nice! Incredibly cute place on the inside too!

Omg… I don’t know what they do here but my nails were going in week 3 before I slightly chipped one traveling and had to have them redone. The picture is from my nails on week 3!!! I don’t remember what the heck I paid… but it sure was worth it!! Never seen anything like it.

Cure is AMAZING. This gel mani might look clean and simple (I should have taken before shots), but they completely revamped my broken nails! I had a cracking dip manicure from another salon and it was making my nails break and split. I went in and my nail tech consulted with me about the best option for my nails to help them grow and become strong again. The cleanliness, attention to detail, and quality was exceptional. They gave me a tour of the salon, served me tea, explained all about their naturally-based products and skin care, shared info about their other services, and were totally lovely the entire time. There is a hand scrub and mask option, as well, which is unique to this salon. I will be going back for sure for more services soon! Best nail experience to date.

Times have changed. Under new management, the price is no longer worth the service. I have been coming to Cure loyally since it’s opening and will no longer be making the trip from Central El Paso. After arriving a few minutes late due to traffic, management was rude regardingchange in service from pedicure to “color change only.” Though the color change was a lesser price (equal to other establishment’s full service), the manner in which it was completed was not pleasant. When asked if they could file the top of my nail for an even canvas, the nail tech went to alert the manager of this and they rudely informed me that this was not part of the “color change.” Of course, I filed them independently before the coloring started because…why am I going to get a color on a crooked nail? Needless to say, this place is no longer worth the drive or cost. Customer service is poor.

I booked The Cure manicure for the added benefits. I explained to my tech that I have Beau’s lines on my thumbnails. My tech gave my nails life. I wanted to cry. My nails are polished, and they look normal again. I am very grateful for her. She has a new regular client.

I am extremely disappointed by the manicure I received at the cure a week or so ago.I used to come every three weeks on the dot before COVID hit. I took a break as a result and when they reopened I looked to rebook with Ashley. I found out that she was no longer working there and was hesitant to come try someone new.Eventually, I came back because I really liked the durability of the gels and hoped that I would receive the same outstanding results I came to expect from my original technician Ashley.I really loved Ashley. She always did an incredible job including helping me grow out my nails that are fragile. Her work was outstanding. Her manicures always lasted on average 3 weeks and the gel never chipped.This time around the results were totally different. The gel chipped in 4 days. My nails look like I have been growing them for a month now and one broke almost immediately.I am very unhappy with this. I thought about booking a Russian manicure in order to give it an other try, but became hesitant of keeping it and with a lot of thought, I decided to cancel the appointment.I also recommend the salon to so many people and now I feel foolish. I said the price was worth it. I dont feel like it is at this point.

I absolutely LOVE this place!Aside that the place is so mystical and cute, the staff is always so nice. I always go without a plan of what I want my nails to look like and they always assist me in picking something just right for me. I actually won the facial giveaway, and that experience was like no other!! Im definitely getting that facial every month now. My skin feels amazing and the women doing my facial was so nice and reassuring of everything she did. Cant wait to go back!

I just had my first Brazilian wax at Cure and it was awesome. My wax specialist was Amy and she was amazing! She made sure I felt very comfortable. She was very detailed and I was left really smooth and no hair. She made sure to give me instructions for aftercare which were very helpful. Cure is a really beautiful and sanitary place. I definitely recommend it to everyone. Not only that, their pricing on all services is really great!

I came in for the first time for an eyebrow waxing. Thought I would try out this location since it is near my house & we are new to the area. I walked in and not a single person greeted me or asked if I needed help or what I was there for. I sat down on their chairs & waited for almost 10 minutes! The nail techs were busy working but not one person bothered to take a second to ask me if they could assist me. I was extremely close to just leaving because in my experience at nail salons I’m always greeted by at least somebody! Even though my appointment ended up being free since I was a first-time customer, they completely lost my business in the future. Training needs to be improved for the employees...if you see someone walk in and no one greets them, take the initiative and do it yourself! Don’t just look at them & do nothing.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! I booked for 2 facials on Saturday and my god did I leave feeling great! Leena took care of my boyfriend and I, Ive had a decent amount of facials and this was by far the best. Leena was incredibly kind and provided us with the most amazing facials. The products they carry are unlike anything Ive had used on me before. Overall perfect first impression. Needless to say,we will be returning for sure! By the way, the aesthetic of the shop is mesmerizing. Highly recommend booking an appointment with Cure!

Everything was great! I was was greeted, at the door, with a friendly smile and welcome. I was promptly taken to my manacurist and began my pedicure. Wonderful experience and I would return again. Thank you for the wine.I would like to note, that swivel chairs would make it easier to remove/put on footwear. Im 6 tall and had difficulty maneuvering around the chair and basin.

Loved how cute the place is and definitely clean! I had a facial and it was great! Aleena walked me through every step and explained everything to me. So relaxing as well! Definitely coming back. My experience at Cure was indescribable! Every member is so welcoming, as soon as i entered i felt welcomed. I had Rodrigo as my nail tech for the day, and he was so great! As soon as i met up with himhe gave an amazing energy vibe, which made me comfortable he helped me pick a nail color and lead on to my manicure which came out fantastic. Along with my pedicure, which also came our fantastic. Prices are great and affordable and will definitely be attending more often! (:

Everything about my experience was spot on. This was my second visit to receive my free eyebrow wax & I loved it! She did a wonderful job & was so meticulous my brows look flawless. I then got the Russian manicure & it was as fabulous as they made it seem! I love the staff, the ambiance, the products! Brazilian waxing hurt, took a while to heal, and grew back within days

Absolutely love this place! It is my go to for self care in El Paso. All of the staff is extremely friendly and make it a point to remember exactly who you are each time you come back in. I can’t even mention just one person in particular because they are all AMAZING at what they do. The owner, Leena is great. She really engages the clients and makes you feel comfortable and happy while you’re there. You’ll never leave this place dissatisfied I can guarantee you that.

The service was excellent, I love my toenails. I tried the dip for the first time for my nails and although Ashley did a great job I feel like they look a bit too thick. I will be returning though and Ill get the gel next time. Both girls Ashley and Katelyn were really nice, professional and did a great job. Ive never had the dip before so I blame myself for not knowing how it would turn out. I really needed a day of self care and that did it, thank you for your services :)

Thank you so much for making my daughters day! Her AirPods were stolen from her locker at school and she was so sad. Our nail tech Jessica went above and beyond to cheer her up. I’ve taken my daughter to other salons around town and Cure has been the best experience.

Love this place! The owners really care about the quality of products they use, and tailor their services to ensure there are virtually no chemicals. Manicurists are all lovely people who are friendly and accommodating. Not a single thing to say that isn’t fabulous about the people, or the pampering. Ambience is excellent, as is the customer service from start to finish.

If I could give them NO stars I would. My sister booked an appointment for me for gel/dip and I showed up early to get my nails dipped as planned and they told me dip was not being offered. Considering COVID I understood, however their website still offers it. They need to edit their website! I decided okay, I will get my nails gelled instead. I mention to them that I need tips added because my nails are all different lengths, they then go on to tell me that “we didn’t schedule it correctly” and that they could not take me because it would take too long.. they lost 2 customers due to the unprofessionalism and inability to try to meet in the middle as I have. I tried to still find a way to keep my appointment even though I had originally planned to get dip instead of gel. Bad experience. Don’t book an appointment...

I took my daughter here to get a facial and eyebrow wax. She said that they were excellent with her treated her very well and was so relaxed. They have a great first time customer special I am definitely bringing her back and made an appointment for myself .

I had my nails done and lip waxed here. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! Eliza did an amazing job with my nails. I tried a product that was new to me and she kept assuring me how much I would love it and she was right! I was also waxed by Amy and she was so warm and made it as painless as possible.

This new spa is amazing. It’s extremely clean and fresh and the nail technicians are so awesome. Upon arrival, Mark knew who I was and I was immediately greeted by my nail technician. He was the best - very friendly and even helped me select my nail color. He did a fabulous job on my pedicure and manicure and I will definitely be going back. It’s very refreshing to be in a professional atmosphere that’s bright and cheery and clean. It’s also conveniently located in West El Paso which is super for me.

Went in for a neck, back, and ear wax. Had a wonderful experience, Amy does a wonderful job of making you feel comfortable helping eliminate a lot of my anxiety about the anticipation of pain. I love the overall aesthetic of the salon. They give you a tour if it’s your first time there and show you what they sanitize and what they use fresh every time for every client. Everyone that I got to meet is super sweet too. I also love that they have waxing services too. I rated 4 starts because my fresh gel mani, started to peel in some areas on the third day in.

Hi everyone. I am a hard working momma of 3. I am NOT going to recommend this place because of their policies. I called at 4:32 to reschedule my wax appointment and Aretemisa (phone lady) said yes of course; put me on hold scheduled me and then told me :” oh but I’m charging you 30% for no show” they take advantage of customers and it is very uncool the way they treat customers.

Cure did a great job at ensuring clients were safe. Taking extra measures to ensure that. Very detailed in their mani and pedi work. Worth every penny.

This is without a doubt the cleanest place in town. So that’s already a win for me having a background in patient care. What really drives it home for me is the awesome staff and the impeccable technique! I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done!

Amy gave me the best waxing experience I’ve ever had. She is so nice and she does an incredible job. I recommend going with her for any waxing you’d like to get. She does an amazing Brazilian wax and leaves you the smoothest ever!

I was charged the 25 dll for no show. I understood that but with the ways things are now and me working crazy hours in the medical field they could have atkesst called more than once to let me, I wasnt able amd I just forgot they used the card on file which they should not have incase of a preach sell they overdrafted me, I only go because of the eye brow tech if not i would not but this will be last time i do.

Impeccably clean! I didn’t have to wait for my appointment and the measures that have been implemented since the onset of COVID made me feel very safe. Jessica and Abby were great and I am so thrilled with my Russian mani. Jessica is a rockstar!

Pedicure wasn’t bad but was not the quality that I am used to. Gel manicure was worse. When I got home I had to take some polish remover to remove the polish around my cuticles. Young lady kept looking at her phone the entire time I was there. Felt like my service was rushed.

My first time doing a peach and cherry wax at cure. Did it with Domenica. She was really friendly and keeps you comfortable through the whole thing. I just felt she was too rough since the beginning. I’ve gotten this type of wax before in other places and I noticed the difference. Cure overall was really nice.

I went in for a Brazilian and Amy was the absolute sweetest! I always get really nervous before a wax but we stayed talking the entire time so it didn’t hurt at all. The best waxing experience I’ve had by far. Will definitely be back 💗

This place is amazing, I’m almost at a loss for words. I came in for a Mani/Pedi for my birthday and let me tell you, I got an experience. Vanessa was my tech, and she’s amazing. She took her time, and my nails came out so beautiful. My nails were REALLY damaged from previous acrylics, and with just the dip powder alone she was able to make them look like new. I would 10/10 recommend this place to everyone, and will definitely be coming back to see her. Thank you Cure!!!

Absolutely loved my nails! I had the Russian style manicure for the first time today with Salma, and I’ve got to say that I was extremely pleased with the way my nails turned out! She was so attentive to detail, and left my nails looking beautiful and clean.The manicure was not painful at all, although it might look intimidating at first, it was painless and fast, and would definitely recommend over other types of manicures. I am very particular with way I like my nails, especially gel nails, and I can definitely say that my standards were definitely met here. Service was great, I highly recommend this place!

I went to Cure with the First Time Offer (Mani/Pedi and a wax) and I was very happy with how I was treated there. The technician was very kind in helping me pick a color that suited my skin tone, and even offered beverages as I got my pedicure (they serve wine). I felt very comfortable there to chat with the technician and other customers there.They use organic ingredients in their products. I did ask the technician if the products contained avocado oil (Im allergic to avocados) and she was unsure but she went to find out before we even began to ensure I wouldnt have a reaction.All in all I was very pleased. I did not get the wax per the offer as the lady who does them was not in the salon, but I was informed I could come back at a later date and redeem the free wax. The experience and atmosphere was wonderful and even though I did not get the wax offer at the time of service, I still give them 5 stars. Honestly I am thinking of joining their members club due to their hospitality.

I had a request to do a marble design with dip powder which is a relatively new technique and my tech Vanessa did a beautiful job! She is absolutely amazing and she is the reason why I will be returning as a Cure club member. The owners are super nice and you get treated like they truly value your business.

I went for my first Russian manicure, and Jessica M. has converted me! Initially, I was a little nervous that it might be painful, but absolutely not. Jessica has the lightest touch and my nails turned out beautifully. I did not realize what a dramatic difference the Russian-style makes, and was pleasantly surprised by how good my nails looked with the first clear base coat.

My appointment was convenient. I was attended to fast. I was in and out in no time. My nails exceeded my expectations.

I just went to Cure for the first time today. I called last minute and luckily they were able to accommodate me in the next 15 minutes! When I got there I was greeted by the front desk and introduced to my nail tech. Coincidentally, it was the owner Leena. She gave me a tour of the salon and explained to me why they do things the way they do. My number one favorite thing about it was the pedicure bowls, they are not the bacteria harboring jet kind they are marbel bowels that can be cleaned properly! In the cosmetology business myself, I know how uncleanly some nail salons can be, that was not the case with this one! Number two favorite thing is there is NO SMELL in this nail salon. Since they are an acrylic free nail salon you don’t have to breathe any harsh chemicals! They make all their scrubs, lotions and masks in house so you know they’re natural, vegan and cruelty free. My first experience there was like no other, and I will definitely be returning and referring people!

Not the “cure” for the two of us. I sat with my feet in cooling water for 20 minutes before my technician showed up. We had appointments for 2 of us therefore my DIL was done way before me. Shortest pedicure message on record/ scrub didn’t dry before hot towels were put on. Cut on my cuticle- a couple of rough nails ——— technician never came back to remove cotton from between my toes/ another technician came and put the drying oil on and took the cotton off.Nice place but not a great pedicure!!

The aesthetic of this place is too cute, it looks like something straight outta your wildest Pinterest dreams. They give you a tour of the facilities and educate you on their process and products. I was able to tailor my pedicure to my specific needs, and the prices didnt break my bank. Jess was awesome, loving my pedicure! 5 out of 5, definitely recommend.

I went to do expensive nails ($60) after they charged me $25 for a no show fee the day before and I wasn’t aware of. Then I was offered a coffee and was brought with tons of sugar, I don’t do sugar, front desk lady offered me a new one and literally i saw the coffee sit for 15 min while she was on her phone. I had to call her from my cell phone to remind her. I am a busy mom who runs on coffee and was expecting a coffee at least to sip while getting pretty nails. Total FAIL at CUSTOMER SERVICE. ❌☕️
