Friendly staff and very efficient. Place was somewhat untidy with the trashcans overflowing and sinks abit dirty. A little pricey though, but got our pedicures done pretty quickly.

Toes look bad!! I have come here for pedicures and honestly it’s good price but not good job. The nail tech took about 20 mins doesn’t even really clean the toes. Wants to finish fast to charge. I’ve given them chances and come back but it will be the last time, toes look bad and feet are not done right.

The man is rude, and yes trying to get you out of there as fast as can be .

I normally use this place as a last resort. Went in with a photo and left with an embarrassment. Lady at Station 1 last night was really quick to charge me 60$ for something I didnt ask for. I was rushed, my shape was off and my nails looked nothing like my picture. Immediately had to drive back to remove the polish, fix my shape and remind myself to never come back.In the process of her fixing it, I let her know she cut me TWICE and said nothing about it. My blood was obviously on the nail file, just makes me think of how many other people were cut with the same file! Especially with COVID!They are great at pedicures, but acrylics I’m not sure. It’s really a hit or miss here. But with experience I know to not come back.

Worst nail salon I been to, Has soon as you walk in the place looks dirty. The guy I had was really rude and disrespectful. He was talking bad about his customer before me. When I showed him what I wanted he shook his head and said that’s a lot and I could tell he didn’t want to do it. All my nails on my left hand are shorter. I got red tips and every line is not straight. I will never go back. If I could I would give no stars.

This nail salon does not allow appointments, ok I can respect that. When I asked for my usual gal, they tell me it’s an hour wait. Ok, advised them I would return in 45 minutes. Manager said, you cant leave, must wait here for an hour. Told the manager, I live right around the corner, would return in 40 minutes & she said no you’ll loose your place in line. The salon was full, asked if they wouldn’t mind, I prefer to return, just wanting to take extra precautions during this time. My usual gal does an amazing job, takes her time & I tip her very well. Holidays, i tip her $20. Sorry Hang (hopefully I spelled her name correct). I now found a new salon to go to, Organic Nails off zaragoza. They’re hiring & allow customers to rerun & not lose their place in line if they return on time. I wish you well Hang!Long time customer gone

Han is the girl to go with here. she does beautiful nails, she takes her time and makes sure you like the end result i loveee her work! ive gone to this place for years now and my pedicures are done real good too.

I really wanted glitter and the girl doing my nails kept telling me it would look prettier without it and basically made me not get the glitter. She was very rude and I was upset I couldnt get the nails I wanted because she was just trying to rush me out since it was packed.

They have kids tell me to go sit with a nail artist, the nail artist was rude and didn’t speak in english so i didn’t understand what they said at all.they are always in they’re phones, and unprofessional.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years! I ALWAYS request Hanna, she always works so quickly and gives me an amazing shape (coffin) everytime. I won’t go to anyone else because I’m so happy with her work. I also get my pedis here and I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve tried a few other nails salons and I’ve never been happy anywhere else. But like i said I always ask for Hanna!

Went for a manicure and while the tech did a decent job on my manicure, he did not clean / disinfect his area or wash his hands in-between customers.

Entire staff was very rude. Nails came out crooked and eyebrows came out thin. I asked for them to be done a specific way and they came out the complete opposite. I will never go back here and I suggest that you do not either.

This is a one stop beauty shop. I really enjoyed my pedicure and got waxed while I was here. Will definitely be a return customer.

I come here all the time the staff are always so nice very quick. This most recent visit my mother stopped by came in to say then left. She’s a police officer she was on patrol in uniform. My tech became very visibly angry and finished my nails very aggressively even cut my finger badly with no remorse or apology just an “oops.” With a smirk

My husband and I came here while we were on vacation because it was recommended by a family member and we were very impressed by the services provided. They were very kind & prices were reasonable. The PI regular pedicure ($25) came with leg exfoliation/massage & I paid $5 extra for callus removal. It also came with hot massaging rocks! Of course it’s rxtra with gel polish but well worth it!

Poor manners horrible service! terrible quality job on both pedi and mani and over charged like crazy! Paid $55 for a terrible mani which to me is super ridiculous and paid $45 for a Halfassed pedi terrible terrible service not even clean due to what’s going on in the world NEVER COMING BACK AND YOU SHOULDNT COME EITHER!

All I can say is what a joke! was just there this morning for the first time. I asked for Shellack and the lady told me that powder would be better and talked me into it, then I picked my color and she told me a different shade would look better and went with that, then I asked for a yellow nail and she told me that that would look bad and made me agree to something different. Overall good experience on the nails, but then I was charged $40 for the powder and she didn’t even give me a hand massage. After I washed my hands I came back to sit at the nail station and she just walked over to the counter and gave me this look like I’m not rubbing your hands. For 40 bucks, you are kidding me!

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Went there for my first time and the lady was so very rude. Decided to give them a second chance, and I completely regret it. I asked for coffin shaped and they made them square. When I asked if she can make it more thinner she wanted to charge me an extra $5. Then I asked if she can cut the nail that outgrew underneath my fill (which they had done so before)she said she couldn’t. Never going again. Waste of time and money.

I came here because my friend raved about Helen, one of the nail techs so she recommended I go as well. First experience was absolutely great! She made sure my nails were exactly what I wanted and she took her time. Its been almost 2 weeks and they still look just as good as they did the first day.

The place is dirty. Every workstation has that powdery acrylic from using the tool. I asked for acrylic and the lady made my nails look bulky which was embarrassing cause I had to file down myself. Dont waste your money.

Had a horrible experience getting my nails done here. First off the nail techs station was so dirty. He didn’t bother to clean off the dust and didn’t use any towels to set my hands on. He used a lotion bottle to prop up my hands! I asked for an ombré and they put on a white tip, didn’t look anything like what I wanted. 2 days later the acrylic was lifting and had bubbles and looked like I needed fills already. I returned to have them repaired and she wanted to charge me $30 again!! I requested a refund and she said no but finally gave in and gave me $20 of the $33 I paid. Will not be returning... do yourself and look for a quality nail tech not one who blames you for their awful work. I know it hurt them to spare those $20 they returned.

I take back my 1 Star. Been here 3 times. 2 out of 3, I have been helped by the young girl then only to be passed on to the older lady. Who does such a sloppy job. How hard is it to do a regular Manicure. Twice she screwd me over. Wont be going here anymore. Not worth it.

I normally dont wear shoes and I walk around outside barefoot all the time, so needless to say I always have really bad calluses every time I go in to get a pedicure. I happened just come in here today since the other nail salon I normally go to was too busy. I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised and very impressed with how they operate, their cleanliness, their work and quality. I think I found my new place to get my nails done.

Worst set of nails ever!!! very rude and skipped me 3 times and once i did get called the nail lady asked if the shape was okay and i told her no they were uneven so they moved me to 3 other nail techs and the man i had was very rude and angry i chose diffrent colors sloppy and terrible work now i have to go to another salon to get them fixed

This salon is more worried about how fast they can get you out for the next customer. It seems like they are all about money. I had gel polish on my toes that I needed to take off, and instead of removing it the correct way, the young lady started to peel it off. I told her that was incorrect and she acted like she didnt want to remove it the correct way by either soaking, or filing. I brought own nail polish for them to use and she kept pressuring me to use something else. I told her I wanted to paint my nails also with my nail polish, and she didnt understand what I meant after I explained it to 2 workers multiple times. I will not be coming back here for further services because they suck.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! This place, also known as 5 star nail & spa, is NOT somewhere I would recommend going to EVER. The guy who was going to do my nails today, stopped after putting one tip on because I didn’t want the straight tips, but I wanted the wide ones. He then slammed down the nail clippers in front of me, slammed the tip container closed and told me that if I know his job better than him to go somewhere else and get them done. He cut the tip off then looked at me and told me to get the hell out. My daughter who is 4 was with me. I started crying because this is not something I would have ever thought to come my way. The only other person who was working there was a nice lady who apologized to me. She said he was having a bad day. I told her that isn’t my fault and that you don’t treat paying customers like that. She asked if I wanted to come back tomorrow and I told her no. They have lost my business and of the friends I would have recommended to them.

After my boyfriend gave me a gift certificate i thought i’d give this place a try.first of all i had asked for ombré nails and i got french tip. second it’s only been 2 days since i’ve gotten them and they’re already lifting! 🙄 this has been the priciest nail salon i’ve ever been to and the work isn’t even good at all. i won’t return

I paid $55 which I think is crazy because my nails don’t look like they would be worth $55 but okay..Plus they hurt me so much it was ridiculous.

I went in to get a mani/pedi as a birthday treat from my dear husband. And had the worst experience. I sat soaking my feet waiting for a nail tech until the water was cold. I then pointed at the menu and showed her the mani ($15) & pedi ($35) I wanted. I Specifically told her the Gel color I wanted was the existing gel color that was still on my nails from the last time. (Which was a mauve color) She asked what color I would like for my pedicure and I said the same neutral color I had picked for my mani. She then handed me the nail tin with different color selections. After searching for the nail Polish that came closest to what I asked, the nail Tech then walked over to the Polish rack up against the wall and came back with a clear pink tone Polish. I politely said no I do not want clear gel. I said Id like a darker neutral tone like this * i pointed at my nails* she then rolled her eyes and walked back only to come back with a similar nail Polish almost no different than the one she had just suggested just slightly more on the pink side. Again. (Not what I asked for) so she went back and returned with a pale pink color. After the 3rd time I just didnt even want to deal. She wasnt getting it and I had planned to be in-and-out of there within an hour and a 1/2. So I settled for that color because at least it wasnt clear. After that unpleasant exchange was over she continued with the pedicure she seemed rushed as they had customers waiting. She did not moisturize or massage my legs/feet as the menu description claimed it would. What I picked detailed that it was included. And the towels she placed on my legs (that are normally steaming hot) were room temperature. Which just felt pointless. Well least to say I was totally bummed. I was mainly looking forward to the pedicure to Give my feet some love, this desert Heat and wind dries out my feet And I was looking forward to having them moisturized. Which she didnt do. 🤨 I live walking distance so i got my sitter to watch my kids for an hour and a 1/2 thinking of be back by then. Just so this mama could pamper herself as a birthday treat. But at this point I wasnt going to have her take any longer. I had been there 1hr .45min already just for a pedicure.. When I walked over to the nail Tech desk she seemed annoyed that they had customers waiting. She did 3 Coats of Polish on each hand and had me place them under the UV light and finished with a clear coat. She then Laughed and said natural look as if she was mocking what I had requested. Which was neutral (like my existing gel i had showed her) Not natural as i assume she misunderstood. She then charges me $80.....$80!!!!!!! Ladies! For not even the deluxe mani/pedi. When I questioned her why so much when I asked for the $35 pedicure and $15 manicure she said Gel cost $15 extra for each. I was so upset. I just wanted to get out of there after 2.5 hours. That same evening I look at my nails and 2 have chipped. How!??? Ive had gel polish before and its impossible to remove without soaking/ filing. I dont believe that what she used was gel at all and charged me an additional $30 for it. I feel totally played and hate that I paid that much. Getting my nails done is not a monthly maintenance for me its a rare luxury that my husband and I budget for when we have the extra funds to do so. So yeah. I was a pretty sad birthday mama.

Have had okay service in the past. Trying to grow my natural nails out. Came in for a manicure and gel and two days later all of my nails were so thin and peeled off at the quick. Something was wrong with th e gel polish and they had to use the drill saw thing three times to remove which left my nails brittle and horrible. No apology and made me pay full price. Never going back. Nail salons are a dime a dozen.

Crappy. The coordinator that sits on the far left desk kept worrying about the other employees. He not only took forever, bitched the whole time about other employees/customers and the finished product sucked but the next day my nails hurt...Piss poor service.

I love the pedicures from here and I only try to get Nancy because she takes the time to work on my feet. I always feel relaxed and comfortable with her. I have had other people do my feet, but no one compares to Nancy. I have gotten acrylic nails here twice. First time for my wedding 2 years ago and I wasnt satisfied. I had bubbles in the clear part, and I had pockets underneath the nail and the fake nail (it can cause an infection of you get anything in that pocket, even fungus). So last night I went again for a mani pedi with my sister, the girl ended up cutting 2 of her toes. When we got our nails done, the main lady who sits at the very first booth and always greets people did both of our nails. She was rushing. She was rough. And when they put the top coat there was bubbles once again. I mentioned it and she said it looks good my friend. So I was thinking once they dried it would go away. It never did. She did my friends nails and they were rough with her too and I noticed she had cleaned her nails before putting the polish, which she never did with mine. I dont get my nails done often but I do remember you have to wash them before you get the top coat. Pedicures are ok, nail service is terrible. Even with 2 year difference she did not improve the quality of her work.

Worst experience ever! Guy left gunk on my finger tips .. charged me $33 when they charge $28.. I guess he included his tip.. he was so upset as soon as he walked in. When I sat down he was angry and said he was tired of his job and wanted to move or go somewhere else. He said, “7 days a week everyday then same thing”... then he rushed through my nails and looked bother because I asked for shorter nails as he was trimming them.. everything I asked for bothered him...just unpleasant .. never again

I did not get what I wanted. First time I wasnt happy about my nails. So I gave it a second chance and I havent had my nails a week and already my gel nail polish is peeling. I had asked for a certain Matte color and I did not get close to what I wanted.

I am very jumpy when my feet are in the cliches of these so called specialist. With that being said I didnt jump once here. My experience was a miracle. Very pleasuring experience for me.

Bad experience didnt like my pedicure really didnt do much.. she try to fix it after I told nicely that I didnt anything anymore thats why you have to do right the first time.

Ten dollars to change the polish on my toes and that didn’t include a soak or anything special ... charge me but that is overkill and they don’t even carry good brands on their nail polish. Never again

Probably one of the worst pedicures I have ever had. It was rushed there was no quality to it I got the deluxe and they didnt even buffer my nails saying it would cost extra to buffer. Sloppy work, sloppy management wont be back I would say to find another place.

Went in with my nails a lil long finally, after a month of letting them grow out. Lady ripped off acrylic, breaking my nail. Cut them SUPER short (painful for my toes) and wanted to charge me to fix it 🙂I got Regular pedicure as shown $25 + gel. Somehow walked out paying 50 dollars.Spend your money somewhere else.
