The longer I look at my nails the worse they get. The lady didnt clean the excess powder off my nails and instead just put the top coat over it so now my black nails have random white spots in them. The nails are uneven and misshapen and none of them look remotely similar. Some of them are so far down the nail it looks like I got my nails done a week ago instead of 3 hours ago. I paid $55 plus tip for this??? Never again.Update- less than 24 hours later the nails are peeling and chipping.

Stopped in for a quick eyebrow wax before Valentines Day. Assuming because I am a man I was not asked how’d I liked my eyebrows shaped and immediately had wax applied to my face. I quickly explained how I wanted them and proceeded to receive the most violent wax of my life and I love Asia but all I could smell was Kimchi and cigarettes on the lady providing the service.I gave 4 out of 5 starts because after all that it was a really good job for 10 bucks.

Never coming back here, they rushed my nails and we’re very rough. My nails came out different shape and my french tips were terrible. Did not listen to me. Horrible service. Do not come here.

My nails look natural. Regardless of fads, trends they give me what I ask for and dont push me to do what everyone else is doing.

What a terribly unpleasant experience. The lady that did my nails literally sat there the entire time that she did my nails criticizing me about everything!! About how I tested the the polish on my nails to select my color. About how I sat in the chair for my manicure. About the size of my handbag. About me not wanting gel polish and just wanting my nails short. About how long its been since my last nail appointment etc. News flash when Im a paying customer...what I ask you for you just need to supply it to me! You dont need to give me criticisms about what Im selecting. Like are you kidding me? I am a paying customer!! Im not paying you to criticize me for an hour and a half!!! I will never return to your shop. She has horrible customer service. You my dear are very condescending. You wont to keep customers that way and I hope that it was an isolated incident maybe your energy just didnt mix with mine and I hope that you do not treat all your customers that way. I watched you with other customers and it didnt seem that you did that with them. Please get in touch with why you regarded me that way and not others. Im fairly certain why. Im hopeful via self reflection you will ascertain why too.

Great quality service. Been going there for a couple of years now and my experience has been awesome. Over a year ago I had Ingrown nail removed and ended up with a crater (not attractive) but Thank God I found Johnny. He creates a beautiful acrylic nail in that space!! It looks so natural !! I highly recommend.

I found a perfect powder dip color and was happy with how the nails looked BUT halfway through my manicure the nail tech got up to do an other customers waxing service. i was left to wait 20 minutes so she could finish my other hand. Will not be going back.

Have been going here for over 4 years(: definitely a regular. I loved Lee and always asked and requested for him. (He doesn’t work there now but I didn’t know that) i had asked to make an appointment with him as I always do and they said yes he is there. I went and he was not there..in fact the nail tech that they gave me to said he quit awhile back and they lied to me saying he was there 😂 needed my nails done so I thought maybe another nail tech could do a good job like he did. Needless to say they couldn’t do a basic ombré so I just asked him to do a simple 1 color. So I paid for a simple mint green and sticker butterflies which was almost 70$ Totally for the whole thing🙃 totally over priced for something so basic😂 also the eyelash extensions please don’t get. They put the extensions on my skin and I had to go back the next day cause I couldn’t even blink without it hurting and I was there for over 8 hours with my friend crying and having over 3 women trying to take the glue off of my skin. I was left with maybe 3 lashes on each eye 😂 won’t be coming back anymore. I hope you guys will be more honest with your costumers in the future.

Daughter and I went in to get our nails done, the lady who did my nails first of all didnt even give me time to pick a color she was rushing me to pick whatever she wanted and then she kept telling me I needed to do my eye brows 😑 my daughter got short nails and the guy who did them left them crooked and didnt paint them right but I didnt notice till I got home 🤦‍♀️paid 45 for mine and 40 for my daughters. Not worth it we didnt even get anything fancy just gel, one week later my daughters pinky nail fell off. My cousin usually goes and pays 35 for what I got (short coffin with gel) and they up charged us and when we asked them if they raised prices they said no its always been that price. Very rude and unprofessional.

I brought my daughter to enjoy getting her nails done.... the man doing her nails told her she couldn’t choose those colors!! Rolled his eyes and than proceeded to be VERY rude!! So sad.... she had to go with a completely different color combo Instead of the greens she picked from their samples for St. Patrick’s day!! I will NEVER come back or suggest this place again!!! Getting nails done should be enjoyable!!

Went in to get a full set and the lady instantly began making comments about how my hands looked. She asked why I was getting my nails done and asked why I was upset. She asked if I was mad because I don’t have nice things. As she finished my nails I instantly noticed that the nails on one hand were longer than the other hand. I asked her to fix it and she did aggressively and in a rude manner. I showed her that my nails were not properly glued and she said that’s because of how my nails are. Worst nail experience I’ve ever had. Will NEVER go here again. Still she had the audacity to ask why I was uncomfortable.

Bad experience. I never had a nail tech get upset at me because of my choice of nail color. She was bothered because she had to do two accent nails, then goes on asking where I had my nails done before and that they don’t do those thing there. I was also left with burns on both sides, from the waxing they did on my eyebrows. Poor customer service.

I got eyelash extensions here and the tech that did them was amazing! very courteous, wanted me to leave happy, comfortable and beautiful. everyone at work was amazed about how natural they look. sending some people her way, and i will be back!! :)

I’ve been here before and was happy with one person but they have new staff and with in 1 week 4 nails broke and chipped I had powder dip and they told me I was due to have my nails done again. If my person is back then I will return. They don’t offer any beverages all I wanted was water and they have a full bar area to look pretty but no one uses .......

My wife has been coming here for 2 years and every time she has got them done they look amazing and she always tells me how great the service is and how friendly they are. Would recommend this to everyone who is looking for great nails at a even better price.

This was my 2nd visit here. I had to wait 20 minutes, However I was a walk in, they did allow me to sit in the massage chair which was EVERYTHING. Once I was served it did take long. He even gave me a gel setting.

Very poor customer service and extremely rude. They insisted the dip was amazing and the guy only dipped them once so they stayed extremely thin. Of course they were going to break with any hit. My nails broke on 3 different occasions and the last time I drove to the salon to get them fixed. My nails are very thin and when I walked in to fix my nails tony was very rude and said he would not fix them. I asked to speak to the manager and he said “Get online and go to creative nails to get the number. The managers are there” When you have regular customers who spend money at your business every two weeks then you take care of them. Do not recommend

Horrible I disliked it. First the water was hot! I was getting a massage it felt nothing like one, the guy left my toenails uneven .. my feet were not even scrubed properly and even my twelve year old said that my nails looked crooked. I did told him about my dislike he explained he could not do anything. Never again!

They welcomed me as we came in the door. It was Sunday so I was a walk in. Anyway I sat and waited because all the staff hadnt gotten in yet so then one of the guys tells me to sit at his station he took my current polish off and then told me to hold on. He walked outside and got in his car and left me just sitting there. I sat there for 20 mins looking crazy so I just up and left. It was the worst service and experience ever.

Ended up more getting a real pedi after I asked the lady to not use one of her pedi tools. Most of the nail techs do not speak English so communication is difficult with them

I decided to use this place due to an add on facebook. I walked in and asked for tips with dipping powder. The lady gave me very few colors to choose from. I asked her for more colors she told me no this is enough colors to choose from I insisted I wanted other colors. She then pointed to the wall and and said you can pick from those then*pointing to the wall* (different brand then what was handed to me), she handed me not examples to choose from. I sucked it up and just picked a color. She applied the tips and then pulled out acetone and a brush. Im confused at this point. I asked her qhat she was doing and replied with its a new technique I advised her her I prefer the dip due to how thin the nails come out. She proceeded to say since i want tips she has to use this technique, dip is for short nails. I decided it may work. As she applied the dip, using the acrylic method with acetone, it was a mess. She did not shape my nails in any way shape of form. Fast foward to her pulling out the UV light! I asked if she was applying gel, which she replied yes. I told her I didnt ask for gel i asked the dipping method. Once again with the reply on its the technique.I was suppose to get a pedicure but after the horrible job and not giving me what i asked for I said I had to go. $81.80 (my daughter got gel nail polish on her feet and toes, 40 for my nails and $8 tip, the rest on my little ones total) later i walk out. Leaving with nails i absolutely hate! I drove aroas the street and lucky the lady who welcomed me was more then happy to try and fix the mess on my hands. I even stayed at this other place to get my pedicure. NEVER will i return to Avalon!

Not busy, then once more ladies walked in and asked how long is the wait? they responded no wait and tossed me to the side with foil on m finger tips to take other customers. I walked out, after waiting for 1hr 1/2 with foil still on my fingers! I will never return.

I came wanted gel nails, manager insisted on me getting the powder beacuse it last longer and better, only thing about it is its more expensive. She rushed towards the end and didnt even put lotion or massage the hands. Thats what a manicure is. Powered gel isnt even shiny and t ooka horrible!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

They treated my wife like she was stupid they kept messing up her nails! She paid over $80 and they would not fix her nails even though they didnt do them correctly the first time!!!

This place seem so neat and clean at first but when I went to get first pedicure there, the following day I notice itching and rare bumps on both my feet. The bumps kept spreading across my feet up my legs, so I went to the doctor and he told me I had fungus on my skin, he had to prescribe me pills to get rid of the fungus, that causes the liver harm after taking them for a while.

Friendly, fast service fixes mistakes without being asked to and a variety of colors!
