Came in and saw Sara again. She’s so friendly, thorough but fast also. Came in with a picture of what I wanted and I don’t know how but she made it even prettier!! She’s so talented!! I love this place :) everyone is friendly and they’re clean

I called prior to my arrival and the lady at the front desk argued that it wasn’t her, which was fine but I simply told her that they said they would get someone who knew how to do design. The nail tech was nice but it was clear she was very disgruntled off my request. I told them never mind I will do a regular basic set. They push for powder in order to charge more. I was then left with my thumb being doubled the length of the other nails, excess acrylic on the sides and bottom, and some nails look like they’re already grown out even though it was done last night. I wasn’t sure if I could end the service so I sat through it and cried over it after.

I came in as a walk-in 8/28/21 at 9am. It was my first time at this business. The pedicure I had was wonderful and the nails Jenny did were amazing. My only “negative” comments that I have are that I was cut during the full set process and I was unaware that the prices listed on the website were “starting” prices. I was charged $90 for a full set.

Horrible experience. Came in for gel nails, the technician who worked on my nails was kind, but they ended up cutting too much of my cuticle that I ended up bleeding. They didnt even acknowledge that they hurt me, just kept working and cleaned up. The nails were not the best, too much gel in certain spots and thin in others. I was just over it and went to pay. Before I even sat down to start my nails I was told the price, when I went to pay I was told $10 more than the original price mentioned. Would not recommend at all.

I came with my best friend and we both got a $40 pedicure and we added gel and they did not last at all! Within 2 days my nails chipped and I called and they refused to just repaint our nails when we left $20 tip. I will never go back and I encourage everyone here to go else where it’s not that hard to give a decent pedicure and be decent enough to fix something that was your fault.

The place is nice and looks clean. The staff was kind and the gel mani my little sister and I got were nice. But the prices werent posted. Yes, its located at the fountains so its expected to be a little higher priced than other nail salons but NOT $80 for two regular gel Manis. No acrylic, no design, no awesome massage. Painted nails and done. And again the prices werent posted like in other salons so I kinda felt it was shady. I should have asked, if I had theres no way we would have stayed. Sorry, but the Manis were nothing extraordinary like to say they were worth $40 a pop.

Not the best place to go for a full set not the worst. It was my first time there yesterday. The picture are taken are from the next day. My nail tech for my hands was very nice. Her work is ok. She did say if theres a problem with my nail I can come back and fix it but after spending $102 for regular pedicure no gel and full set (and manicure I didnt request for) I shouldnt take another day fixing anything. Gel is bumpy on some nails and chipping off on other nails. My toes were done by Tammy which was great. After doing research Ive chosen this place because of how they clean their pedicure stations. So pedicures are a go to. Ill probably look for another place to do my nails.Update:I honestly have to say that the costumer service is really good. I called and expressed my concerns and it was immediately addressed without any additional cost. I was able to come in 4 days afterwards (due to my availability) and redo my nails; and I love them.

Walked in with one of my girl friends, was sat right away which was very nice but the two people doing out pedicures (a woman and a man) were slightly unprofessional. (The woman) did my pedicure and was not very friendly but cut the back of my foot. When I made it clear to her she cut me she did nothing to accommodate me (a bandage maybe? ) the cut on the back of my heel has yet to heal a week later. The employees also didn’t massage our feet which is usually why people get pedicures. Also did gel without asking (that may just be the usual but I would’ve liked to have been asked since it is an extra $15) all in all I will not be going back because of the unfriendliness and no care for cutting their client. Really disappointed for the high price.

My daughter enjoyed our Pear pedicures and manicures. I was able to continue to relax on the massage chair until my daughters gel nail session was completed. Awesome customer service. We were able to be seated within 3min of arriving.

I get my nails done with Lyn all the time she is the sweetest person... always making sure that i get exactly what i want. I also did my pedicure with her... most relaxing experience! Recommended 10/10.

What a horrible place. They dont expect you to question them on pricing or, service. My 2nd bad experience was today. Thank you Tony, see below why you werent left a tip, along with only using one hot towel for two legs. Like I am stupid. The receptionist are wonderful, the nail techs I was serviced by, were terrible! Will never go there again.

I was super happy with quality of the work my nail technician did. The owner is usually hanging around just to make sure everyone is treated well. My nail technician was super friendly and super professional. I could Tell that he and everyone working there had pride in their work. I was just very pleased 😀

My pedicure was great but my dip nails look bad. I mean they barely look better than it I did them myself

I had an appointment at 3:30pm they sat me in the chair for pedicure but I didnt get seen till 45 minutes later. Then I got the quickest pedicure ever (16 minutes) and then I went to get manicure I got acrylics removed and a hrl polish (10 minutes).Overall I waited longer for the pedicure and manicure then it took to get them. It was a rushed experience and it was overpriced. And the whole time they try to sell you more expensive things that you dont want.Would not recommend.

I love this place! Been going for a couple of years. Its a bit pricey but, every Nail Tech does a great job. If something does go wrong, Everyone is wearing mask (staff and customer) Hand sanitizer at every nail station and a hand washing station. Tall plastic barriers in between Nail Tech and customer because you are in very close proximity of the Nail Tech. Always clean and very pretty. Big TV with water scenery and slow music for relaxation. Pedicure toe nail stations are clean and sanitized. They aways use plastic bag barrier for the foot tub. Tools are always sanitized in between customers.

I got a gel polish here which costs 28 and as soon as i was seated the man doing my nails kept trying to upsell me for powder which cost 48. It came to the point where i had to tell him i was not going 20 dollars over what i was expecting to pay. After i paid, i looked at my nails and it was very far from my cuticle and very uneven. When i had asked him to fix it he said if he painted my skin it would peel faster 🤦🏼‍♀️ and that he could only do it if he used powder. he eventually did end up fixing. when i got home maybe three hours later my nails started to bubble. So disappointed!!!

I paid $86 only to get a uneven full set&she also cut my cuticles which made me bleed&didn’t file underneath so there was leftover powder. Also didn’t file on edges to not only were they uneven but sharp as well. She didn’t take the time&rushed. I also told her what length I wanted but she ignored that&she also didn’t listen when I told her to stop. If I could give zero star or negative I would.

Absolutely loved this place. OneOf the best pedicures I’ve ever had

First I got a pedi and the lady rushed through it and didnt paint my whole nails. On one she left one third of my nail without polish and two other toe nails not painted all the way. They moved me to do the acrylic nails when I noticed my toes in the brighter light. I told one lady I wasnt happy so they went and told the lady and I am assuming the man working there was the owner or supervisor. My friend who was still in pedi section heard her say that I had hit my nails and the paint came off. Not true. She just did a terrible job and and left them incomplete. Now they are doing my acrylic nails. This gets worse, I asked for some nails like the picture and they wanted to charge me $98. Well the lady said she couldnt do them that if I preferred something simpler. I asked is it cheaper? She said no. So then I said well no, then do what I asked for in the first place. She went and discussed it with her coworkers and said, no I cant do those. I then picked something super simple since I figured they arent that good at doing nails. The lady put the acrylic nails and when she would file them she kept making an upside down moon shape. I kept asking her to file the edges, she kept doing the same thing. She then stood up and said she couldnt do it. Very unprofessional. The man had to come and file my nails for her. Then she sat down to paint them. She did an ok job after the man helped her. They were very simple, nothing special about the look and paid $98 and left a $10 tip. Toes didnt even have gel to be that expensive. I dont even know why I left a tip with how unprofessional they acted. I do not recommend this place. Super expensive, lack imagination in doing nails and behavior was very unprofessional.

I asked for an upgraded pedicure and the lady literally took 15 min to do my pedicure. She did everything with no effort. Very sloppy. I told the receptionist about my experience and just said Ill let her know. That wasnt even worth $20. I do not recommend this place as customer service is not a priority.

This place isn’t for me. I had made an appointment online for a gel fill with color. When I told the receptionist she argued with me that my nails were not gel even when I told her the person who did them last built them using a liquid that had to be harden using a uv light…that is the gel process. She called her counter part over where they both told me I was wrong and that it just wasn’t possible, that maybe I was thinking of the color but not the build of the nail…they were certain it was acrylic with a gel color. I didn’t know I had them sitting next to me through that process…weird. Maybe they call it something different here but they didn’t mention a service that was similar to what I had done prior. I asked to speak to a nail tech because I wanted something very specific and had a pic to show what I wanted and was told, “No you can’t do multiple colors only one.” What?? Never in the 16 years I’ve been having my nails done has any salon ever said they couldn’t do two colors, ombré specifically. I think what the nail tech meant to say was “no I can’t do multiple colors myself but so and so can.” Needless to say I left. This place has great reviews but if this is how they treat new customers then I don’t want to be part of that vibe.

This is by far the worst pedicure I have EVER gotten. My polish could have been done better by my 4 year old. I paid $38 for a 12 minute pedicure. Yes, start to finish it was 12 minutes. They tried to see me a $78 pedicure and when I declined he told me I must not want a good pedicure. Well for $38 I better get a good pedicure! At the very least a decent one!!! If I could give a negative rating I would. I would very much NOT recommend this place.

My favorite place to go to relax! 🎀They always make you feel special and the only place I trust with my hands and feet for mani 💅and pedis🦶 I have been going since it opened in the Fountains. Quickest and worst $48 pedicure ever 2 days ago. Jenny young lady cut my toe nails so short that I cant even where shoes because it hurts and my feet are still rough. I will never go to this place again. The people that work there are so rude!!The coworkers are talking in Vietnamese too much, iam not satisfied..

I LOVE THIS SALON. I’ve come here several times and have always had a great experience. They are so professional and the cleanliness is immaculate. I will admit, the prices are bit higher than other places, but you pay for what you get. I will recommend this place every time I’m asked, because they do an amazing job. I get dip for my hands and gel for my feet and the products have always lasted without any issues of chipping or lifting.

Do not come here unless you want a subpar job for an outrageous price... most places charge you for a full set which will include every part of the process... not this place... they charge about $63 for a color powder full set but then add on all these charges like mini manicure (to remove cuticles), gel polish, shape which should all be part of the set you are purchasing ... i have never in my life been charged almost $100 for gel nails that are very average...he also cut me with one of the tools causing me to bleed (which does happen...we are all human), and still charged me everything full price...I’ve attached the receipt and a picture of the nails... I’ll never be returning here.

I’ll give them 3 stars for their customer service and cleanliness, but their work is poor and their prices are outrageous. I took my 4 year old with me for pedicures and manicures for her birthday. The front desk receptionist was very sweet, helpful, and welcoming. The lady who did my daughter’s nails was very patient and sweet with her. However, my nail tech tried up selling me for every service...trying to talk me into getting a full mani and pedi for my four year old instead of just polish and trying to talk me into a more expensive manicure and pedicure. Then, he acted annoyed when I said no. In the end, my bill was $145! My daughter’s gel polish was peeling off that night and mine started peeling less than a week later. It was definitely not worth the price paid. It’s not very often I treat myself to mani/pedis, so when I do, I expect them to last. I appreciate the beauty, cleanliness, and friendliness from the staff, but their prices are much to high for the quality of work.

All staff wore face mask and gloves. Plexiglass with a slot for your hands. They ask customers to wear masks and wash your hands after checking in electronically.Excellent service. great job. Salon is very clean and everyone is so friendly. My nails are beautiful, try SNS you will love it. I’m will come back 😀

A+ all the way around. On entry they have you wash your hands, not sanitize..but wash your hands before signing in. Then Jenny did my nails perfect! All I said was I want them natural and an accent nail..I didnt give a picture, or color. She did my simple nails so cute and so me with no direction and this was my first time! Little pricey though..fill in and shellac with ombre $63..but I liked it so it was worth it. Ill definitely be back😊

Would not recommend to noone. My wife and kids went there yesterday and the gentleman that did my wifes nails made a very inappropriate racial comment about my kids. I called them up to explain the situation and all the receptionist did was take my name and number down so their boss can give me a call. Not only did I not receive a phone call but the manager that I spoke to was very rude and impolite. He had the nerve to hang up the phone on me. If anyone has information on how to reach the owner of this establishment please let me know cause if not then I can bring this issue up to the proper authorities.

I went about a week and a half ago. The lady who did my pedicure was very nice and I really liked it however, I called ahead of time to let them know I wanted gel polish with a design, their reply no matter what it is we will take care of you. The lady who did my pedi was about to do my mani and when I show her a picture she says she did not know how to do design but she will find someone else. That was perfect and very nice of her. I guess she called her husband, Ricky, to do my manicure. I could tell that he was bothered by the design I wanted and he was rushing through the process. He was acting like he couldnt understand me even though there was a picture in front of him and when I corrected him he rolled his eyes. Everything was so fast and I could see the polish on my skin, still gave him the benefit of the doubt since he is the expert. Paid 140 dollars including tip and the next day my nails started lifting. I called and they said to go back to fix it. When I go the Male tech is arguing with the receptionist because he doesnt believe that it was him who did my nails, even though it is in the system, so I guess he was too busy and told his wife to fix my nails. She was very sweet and my husband tipped her for her job but again my nails lifted the very next day. I sent pictures to my cousin who is a nail tech in NY and she said that it is just poor quality and they are probably in such a rush to get another customer and make more money that they dont allow the gel to properly dry, that is why the gel will continue to lift. I called them again and they told me to go back and fix it. At this poi nt I am not going back so they can continue to lift and I just waste my time. If the nails were free then you can act bothered with me or do whatever you want but since I am paying I dont think anyone should act like they are doing me a favor since it is a service I am paying for, and very expensive let me tell you.

A good place to get a pedicure and manicure. Make sure you ask for the price for their wax services. I asked for.the chest and abdominal; was charged $90. I had to tell the nail tech to remove hair she left.After consulting other businesses and friends; it was regards an overcharged in El Paso, TX. Check out the European Wax Center in West El Paso. The prices are so much better and a nice environment.To add insult to injury, the owner could not provide me a definitive price. You are providing a service and a range price. Really? I hate that I found a place that.good at nails, but price gouge you for other services.Then the tech was on the phone, engaging in conversation I desired not and in a hurry. Focus on your job and not a customers business. A damn shame.

I’m not sure how to upload a photo of my nails but my nails are amazing. They are black ombré on some and another design on 2 other fingers and then on each ring finger I have very small crystals they are coffin and a little long. I showed the nail tech what I wanted and she gave me what I wanted. She was great. But I asked a head of time how much it would cost and I was told $65! I never pay more then $50 for a new set. But I wanted to see how this new salon was. Well after all was said and done I paid $103 and I DID NOT TIP!! I paid $103 for a set of nails. They are really expensive! I’m only mad about

I would not recommend this place to anyone!! I went for a manicure, I ended doing a full set and mind you no design very simple and they charged me $80 dollars. I paid with card so couple days later I check my bank statement and they tipped themselves when I had tipped them $5 CASH!!! So please check your bank statements! My husband and I came in for pedicures and I also got a fill on my nails. We were over charged and our pedicures were so rushed we didn’t relax and enjoy them as we should. I wasn’t even in the chair for 30 min my pedi was $58 and my husbands was $78 that’s a lot for a poor service and quality. I brought it to their attention twice and I was just ignored! Then I got a fill and he insisted on cutting my cuticles he started cutting them and insisted that was best and afterwards when I went to pay I was charged $10 extra for a mani I didn’t receive. I had no idea I was going to be charged. Never coming back I guess i should have listened to other reviews on here that said they were also over charged and poor service.

Lady who did my nails cut her finger and was bleeding, she laughed and looked at me and used the nail glue she was using for my nails to stop the bleeding. Disgusting !! Will not be coming here again

Theyre usually pretty good but today the mani technician cut my fingertip really badly!!!! Its a pretty deep cut and didnt stop bleeding for a while. Im very disappointed that this happened. Based on previous experiences Id give them a 4.5 star rating but I cant get over this cut as it still hurts!

So far Ive been waiting 25+ minutes for someone to do my pedicure. (Update)So I had my feet done. Was a great tech. Wonderful conversationalist. He also did a great job on my nails. Both feet and hands were greatly taken care of. Two downsides. One being he accidently cut me. Totally a mistake but still noted. Also I got my eyebrows done and the female did a great job but didnt apply pressure after removing the wax. So sensitive skin stay away.In total I spent 65.00 USD for Mani, Pedi, and eyebrows. With 10.00 USD in tips.

The customer service industry has been hit hard by COVID due to limited openings and restrictions. I know first hand how important it is to provide a positive customer experience and to address concerns for customers who had a less than positive experience. I also know how important it is to provide a professional response and not claim that reviewers have never been there before or claim what they say is not true. I realize as the owner you feel empowered to say what you want because its your shop. However, keep in mind the importance of customer service and your dependence on it. I gave an honest review with pictures to prove my statements. If you cannot find me in system thats ok, but I am a customer and have been to your salon 3 times. Reviews are what permit others to have a glimpse of how the services are provided and as an owner, these should be valued and addressed accordingly. I appreciate the offer to return to fix the concerns but after reviewing your response, Im comfortable with not returning. You can contact Google about my review if youd like. There are many other platforms in which to provide reviews and feedback.The first time I went here it was nice phenomenal. I was so pleased with their work we went a second time, was still happy with them. The third visit was not so great and will probably be the last visit we ever make. We typically spend well over $200 for both my daughter and I on manicures and pedicures. This last visit they did such horrible work that my gel is chipping off. Isn’t gel supposed to stay on for quite a while? Less than 1 week it was already chipping off. To top it off I didn’t realize one of my toes wasn’t painted until a couple of days later. They really went down on their quality of work. I’ve informed many others of this so they are aware as well. D’Vine nail salon...D is definitely the grade level of their work.

Check your system again.*Read their Yelp reviews* I think the owner reports reviews on google that he doesn’t like in order to keep his google rating high, but Yelp shows the 2 star rating this salon really has. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I wanted to like it because the salon atmosphere seems luxurious, but my oh my do they add fees without you knowing. The manager is rude and unhelpful when I told him that it’s not right to slip in fees without a customer’s knowledge. There are far better places in El Paso to try that are cleaner, more competent, and not as pricey.

Great place to relax and get a very good QUALITY job for manicures or pedicures. This place is out of the way for me to drive for a nail job when I could go right down the street, but I go the extra mile(s) because I know I can get great service and quality from my visit every time. I have been to other places and there is no comparison. Will always return because its worth the price and drive when you get professional, friendly staff and a clean, relaxing atmosphere.

We went about a week ago and when i scheduled the appointment, My total came about to about 80$ due to the items we had scheduled for me and my sister, but when i paid, somehow my total had gone up to 120$? But I let that go.. Until my sisters acrylic nail FELL OFF!! Its just fell off! By itself! Horrible quality. Im sorry but it just wasnt what I had expected. Especially after a week.

This was an absolutely lovely salon! Its so clean, crisp and simple. It has a very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere that truly feels like youre being pampered. I had a fantastic experience with the nail technician. She spent so much time and had precise detail with the removal of old gel nails and doing a fresh, organic, light weight gel french tip manicure. Its probably the best manicure Ive ever had.

I dont have a lot of time to do stuff outside of work and school so for them to get me in earlier than my appointment time was great and they did a fabulous job. My nails/cuticles are nice and cleaned up and look amazing for a more simple service. The place is also so cute and clean that it felt like they took pride in their shop. I have been coming here for awhile now.... Nice place and clean. Staff is great. HOWEVER, I highly recommend you do get your receipt. I was asked if I wanted my receipt and I said no thinking I would receive it through text, which I did not. Even though they have you phone number on file you will not receive your receipt through text. FYI: I was charged a COVID-19 fee that I was not told about before services started.

MY was awesome!!!! 💐Beautiful place, super clean excellent service highly recommend!! My nails look great! I went with simple, a manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure felt amazing, the massage and the rock massage.

I honestly dont know how this place has 4 stars. I went there showed them a picture of the nail style I wanted I told them I wanted a almond shape. Strike 1, they told me they could do the style I wanted, but actually couldnt. Strike 2, the nail tech kept trying to force a coffin shape nail on me when I told him I did not want it multiple times. Strike 3, they forced a nail color on me I did not want. I chose the color I wanted and they gave me another color bc he felt it would look better even though I said I didnt want it. Now its time for the ombre design I wanted and he tells me its not going to be exactly how I want it....even though he said he could do it before I sat down. He begins to apply a white and pink large glitter polish on my nails, no type of ombre design at all. I told him to take it off and to just do solid polish. Oh yeah, definitely overpriced for a low quality full set.

Service was terrible. The male staff was extremely rude and the service was rushed because the salon was full.

Went in for pedicures for the first time yesterday. They accepted a same day appointment which was great! My nail tech were great and did an awesome job! The salon is beautiful and very clean. Well definitely be back!I will definitely come back here where the wait time is less and the staff very friendly and customer oriented!

I went in with my girlfriend and she went in knowing what she wanted already and she had told the nail tech lady that she wanted these nails in this color and the nail tech was telling her “NO” and “NO” and “NO” to everything my girlfriend said, the nail tech said this would look better so my girlfriend asked if it would be extra charge and the nail tech said no so my girlfriend agreed with it and once we were done we went to go pay and at the register it came out to $85 (originally said everything was going to be $45) so my girlfriend asked why and the nail tech said “well i do all this and it not free i asked and you say yes” but she had said “no charge extra” and we have a recording of her saying that! they charged all these hidden fees and then we talked to someone else working there and they said “well you should’ve been listening to everything” but yet we were and i have recordings of everything! THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and i do NOT recommend this place at all!

Got my nails done with my cousin here on Christmas Eve and it hasn’t even been a month and two of my nails fell off completely . And one nailHas a bumpy texture . Staff is really nice but for what my cousin paid for our service I expected better quality of the nails .

What a great nail salon! I started coming to this salon for SNS nail service, and gel pedicures a couple months ago, and now its the only salon I want to visit! The nail tech does excellent work, Im always very pleased with his work and careful attention to detail, hes a true artist! The pedicure chairs are so comfortable, and the atmosphere so relaxing you could very easily fall asleep while being pampered by staff who make you feel so welcome and special. I happily recommend this salon, though I kinda want to keep it my little secret! Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

Loved this place! Its beautifully decorated, clean, and the staff is amazing. I came in to get a manicure, a pedicure. The deluxe pedicure was so relaxing. My feet felt so great afterward. The manicure was also wonderful. I did the dip and would you believe that it stayed on without a chip.Wow! Its been 25 days since I had my nails done at D’Vine Nail Spa. 25 days of 30+ games of volleyball, tournaments, gym workouts, traveling for work, still look AMAZING!

One of the worst nail salons I’ve ever been to. Their posted prices and the prices they charge you at the register are almost double. The quality of service also does not match the prices. My nails chipped the same day!! The manager/owner didn’t come out when I requested to speak to him even though I know he was there. Stay far away from this place unless you want shoddy work, unsanitary pedicure tubs (liners are not sanitary!), overpriced services, and horrible customer service.

Love this place! Super professional and kind employees. My pedicure has lasted a month so far and my gel manicure looked amazing for over three weeks. Very affordable and very clean. I was impressed at how quickly they were able to take care of me for a walk in. Well done thank you!

They are always friendly. Service is great. The deluxe pedicure is a definite must have. The massage with the deluxe pedicure is always amazing, very relaxing. Relaxing atmosphere.They are very sanitary as well, they always use clean tools.I get greeted when I walk in the door with a friendly welcome. The massage chairs for pedicures are great as well.

The best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon, they where all so nice and caring and helpful. The girl who did my pedicure was very gentle and sweet and constantly made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend!!!!

This is my second time here and the work the staff does is really beautiful. The past 2 times I have gone, I have gotten my nails done by different people and I loved them both. You can tell that they all take great pride in their work and they are very detailed and take their time to give you the best results. My nail tech was Sarah and she was so sweet and so informative. It was my first time getting the nail dip powder and she talked me through it and informed me really well what the difference was. The receptionist is awesome and kind also. I had a great experience here, the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I thought it was a little too pricey, but I will be going back again.

Its hard to find a good nail salon in El Paso sometimes but when I found this nail salon I fell in love with the place and the staff. They do an excellent job making us customers feel relaxed and comfortable. I total recommend this nail salon. The nail techs do a wonderful job. My nail tech I showed her the shape I wanted, she was patient, always asked me if I was okay and also helped me choose the right color.

The staff here always do an amazing job! I love my nails. Like that attention to detail and the customer service is amazing.I will definitely recommend and come back to this place.

Love this place!!!They have a HUGE selection of gel nail polishes! Seriously, I was in gel polish heaven!!! It was actually surprising on how CLEAN they kept their salon... Oh my gosh and while you are getting a pedicure, you are in a recliner chair with your feet up and head back. It is definitely a RELAXING experience. I will be coming back regularly. The absolute best salon service! This is the best part about my visit. Anyone at a work conference downtown MUST go to DVine Nail Spa! Perfect spot with excellent customer relations. Extremely pushy with their pedicures. You ask for a basic pedicure and they insist on a $75 pedi. You ask for regular polish and they only give you a handful of colors to choose from. Then they have the nerve to say well get gel polish, youll have more of a selection to choose from.Just an FYI I only get gel polish on my manicures, my toe nails grow too fast to be putting gel.

Found this gem on google and it was right by my house so I checked it out. I think I found my go-to nail shop!The young ladies who work there are super professional and nice! They really go above and beyond to make sure your cuticles are clean and your nail beds are healthy.I had acrylics on and in order to not damage my nails, they took the time to take it off without a drill and it was super nice.I think the price is super reasonable and they can literally do any design. I highly recommend you check this place out!

Absolutely impeccable service! Love love love what my nails look like! They have a huge selection of colors to choose from so I always come out with a fun and fresh new look! My nails always look so good when I get them done! Check out the glow in the dark nails colors!! Sooo cool!!!

The only nail place my family and friends have gone to for years! owners really are top notch! Their facility is clean and updated! And thats very important especially when getting a pedicure. They use brand new tools, still in the package, on each customer that is getting a pedicure and they are reasonably priced! Theyve really nailed it at this place! 2 thumbs up all the way! ****
