My daughter and I came here and loved it! Everyone was so friendly. Sy did a great job with my pedicure. He was so attentive and made me feel comfortable the whole time. My daughter had a beautiful full set done by Reba and she even got my super shy daughter to talk. We’ll definitely be back!

Asked for a removal and they left acrylic still on my nail and all over my fingers. The owner kept trying to get me to get my nails redone when I backed out initially since my nails are currently paper thin (I have thin nails so not their fault, but they should know to take care of the integrity of a customer’s nails).

Terrible place!!! Dirty, bad service. The owner Emily is careless, she overcharges on every service and this place is a mess!!! Will never go there again!!! Don’t waste your money I had a dip done and it was terrible, my nails hurt!!! They charge 15 dlls just for a nail polish 💅🏻 color change. Their pedicure chairs are filthy 🤮Restroom was dirty and messy !!!

I went in the morning an hour after opening and the salon was a complete disaster. The bathroom had empty toilet paper rolls and tissue all over the floor, the salon had drink cups and flies everywhere. I was the only customer and still had to wait while the girls were talking to each other. For my pedicure I picked out a bright pink gel polish and the girl put one coat which was unevenly transparent. Another girl did acrylic overlay with a French manicure on top. Once she placed the acrylic, she never even filed or buffed the nails to make the acrylic contoured, even, or natural. She then put one white like straight across the tip of each un-filed acrylic nail and never rounded the white, edged it to look even, or did a second coat. She just painted acrylic on then put a thin white stripe across the top followed by one clear coat and ushered me to the register where he aged e $100. I went the next day to another salon and had it all redone. I would highly discourage anyone from ever going to this salon. You’d be better off letting your child do your nails at home.

At the start I felt rushed at the start when I sat down. Once I was switched nail techs I felt more like she cared more about if I liked my nails or not. She did an amazing job.

Left with chemical burns and physical abrasions from inattentive treatment. Left without making a fuss because I just wanted to get out of there. When I realized I was bleeding and the pain I was experiencing wasn’t normal (my first pedicure) I called to complain. Manager said she couldn’t do anything and she didn’t know how to refund or credit charges. When we continued to plead the severity she hung up on us on three separate occasions. Will never give this company anymore business and have sent the health department an email to see about verification of licensure.

I took my mother here yesterday for her birthday. I called them around 5:20 p.m. They said they would go ahead and take us so we went ahead and drove over here. Now, when I finally got there, they said they couldn’t take us because they were “to book”. I’m African American, when I got there and explained they were looking as if it was a problem. Everyone was quiet, we weren’t loud, they didn’t even let us get in the door all the way. When I finally explained to the lady via phone that I’m a regular. She told me to come back 6:30 pm. That’s when they close 🥴. I don’t know but they did make me feel not welcomed. I just shared the experience. Then y’all deleted my comment. I definitely will not be coming back here and I will be taking my business some where else. Very unprofessional & prejudice. Don’t delete my review, because I will repost it.I did explain to the owner as well that I called.

I never do any google reviews at all BUUUUUTTT I took my girlfriend today there for her nails and ger toe nails, they are really above and beyond. Honestly the best coustumer service ive had a nail salon with my grilfriend. Shes very pleased, and happy. We will be soon back and i eill be taking my mother that time. 10/10 highly recommended. I didnt ask them their names but that crew is A1! Keep it up girls!

Ill let you be the judge, but I know I wont be going back. Poor quality nails, but what can I expect if I got the basic set. On top of that I got charged $5 extra on top of what the price is listed. I didnt even bother asking why, I got my nails done by the gentleman that was there, didnt ask for his name.(Pictures were taken that same day. I took pictures outside for natural lighting)

I got gel nails and she even helped me decide on the color and what stickers would look best and how to place them and she took my input to heart, I greatly appreciated that. If you go I would ask for Mindy, she does a great job!

This was my first time at this Salon. I went yesterday. I got a manicure and pedi (nails were acrylic with design, and gel pedi) both for about 80 plus tip. Good price. The young lady, Lluvia, that gave me my mani and pedi honestly was so gentle and patient. She made sure the whole time it didnt hurt and made sure I was very relaxed, and really took the time to make sure I felt pampered and have a great relaxed spa day. I kind of had an idea of how I wanted my nails and she was kind and patient enough to take the time to suggest a few things that I might like and would go well with what I chose. She even asked if she could see the picture I found on the internet of the nails I chose, to make sure I got the look for my nails that I wanted. They offer you wine and other beverages as well. The only few little complaints I have are, the toilet seat was broken, kinda took me by surprise when I sat down. The manager addressed a few issues she had with her employees in front of the customers instead of in private. I feel like that was unprofessional on the owners part. And the place seemed pretty clean except for the little side tables on the pedi chairs, the could be cleaned a little better. But on a more positive note, the tools they used were clean, I saw her get them out of the sanitizing machine before using on me.They also were all using their masks. The rest of the place looked clean. My mani and pedicure came out really nice. Lluvia did an excellent job! I had a very good experience and didnt feel rushed.The rest of the employees were very nice as well, I would recommend this place and I will go back again.

This place is a gem! Super reasonable price and the quality was the best manicure I’ve ever had. I got dip nails for the first time and I’d recommend switching to it from gel. Emily was amazing helping me. Pedicure was also great! They know what they’re doing and would recommend all my friends to go!

I’ve tried to give this place a chance. A few times. I live so close, so it’s convenient for me. However, i certainly will not be returning after this last time. Every technician there has NO IDEA what they are doing. I always end up having to go home and fix my nails. What in the world am i paying for? When i have spoken up about the way they are leaving my nails, they get so snappy and rude. The salon is dirty, the bathroom is filthy.. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money going there.

I would have liked to email owner of this salon instead of leave bad google review but there was no email address on website and their feedback text was not working.I have a had average experiences at this salon in the past. Not my first choice of places in El Paso to get my nails done but in the past they did a decent job. Sometimes they were a bit slow.Today I went in and told them I was in a rush. They assured me that the wait would only be 5-10 minutes. After sitting in the pedicure chair for 40 minutes the nail technician began to take off my polish. It took her 15 minutes to get polish off of the toenails on one foot. It took her awhile because she was intermittently getting her wallet to buy street food from a vendor who came into the salon. She was interrupted from my pedicure 4-5 times in the course of 15 minutes to get her wallet and discuss with the other technicians what food to buy from the man. I walked out without completing my pedicure.

I’ve only been there twice. Friendly people. Love how my nails come out all the time. I highly recommend.

I used to go there all the time, service was decent. Until I went to get my nails done..one of the technicians started taking my gel off with foil while she worked on another girl.. waited and waited the foils were all fallen off she never fixed them, they said well be right with you. And hour passed and nothing... They kept saying well be right with you. I just got up and left.. never going back

The lady put on the acrylic so sloppy, then had another lady file them to the shape I wanted, but she tried filing them when the acrylic wasn’t even dry, and that was also sloppy. My nails were very uneven, had lumps, bumps, and were misshapen. There was tons of acrylic left under my nails. The next day I had already broken 2 nails with ease, by trying to hold on to a handle. Although the place and the people are really nice, I would not recommend this place.

Went in to use a promotional flyer they had placed on my husbands vehicle stating a full set manicure was $20.99 and the second service or second person was 50% off. The woman (who I assume was the manager) did not honor the promotion and made me pay regular price for my service. She refused to honor it and made something up as to why that was. Not sure why they promote certain specials if they are not going to honor them when you go in for the service. The ‘ol bait and switch. My nail tech was sweet and did a great job but I was not happy with being misled. Honesty is the best policy. I will not be returning.

WARNING: DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!!!This is a very very horrible place to go to. I asked for acrylics and the lady i had put them on very messy, i had super glue all over my thumb and i had a bunch of extra acrylic on the bottom of my nails. Not to mention that the nails were nowhere near the shape i asked for. Then when i went back to get them redone this other lady just filed then and put on another coat without taking the first one off, and when she was doing my nails she kept getting up and doing other things. I really did not like this experience. This is just taking out everything with my mom. She asked for matte nails and when she left they were done very poorly. Not even a week later her nail polish peeled off. When she went back to get them redone, they just painted her nails again without taking the old nail polish off, and when we askes if we could get a different color they said they would charge if we did. This place sucks!

The worst experience! I got a basic pedicure and she cut me several times. Then I had my acrylics filled and was cut again! Not to mention they looked horrible and super thick! The older Asian man was happy to take my payment but not take responsibility for the horrible work done on my hands and feet! If there were negative stars, I would give it to them! Do not be fooled by there prices, or coupons! Not worth it!

People are great, they do a good job. M-Th pedicure is $19. Other services can he expensive. Its not too clean either. But I like the people.

Although the staff was nice, the service was terrible. I spent $50 on a pedicure that left my feet rough and polish matted after a day and the manicure was just as bad. The lady didn’t let the layers dry before adding more polish so the smeared even after a half hour of sitting still to let them dry. I paid for my mother’s pedicure and her feet were also left rough and they used tools that aren’t supposed to be used during a pedicure (the ones that look like cheese graters) all in all, I’m extremely disappointed at the fact that I spent $85 that I can never get back. Money thrown away

My daughter had her nails done there very rude people and her nails lifted like a few days after went to complain and the man was so rude. The lady gave her 20.00 back but she payed 50.00 for small one color gel was coming off. Never again.

I was very unsatisfied with my sloppy service. The lady Cielo doing my mani and pedi kept gossiping with her coworker and texting, and not paying attention to what she was doing. She did not remove all of my nail polish, she missed applying nail polish to some of my toe nails. When she did my manicure, she used a fan to dry my nail polish faster after every application. Unfortunately, this made bubbles under the nail polish giving it a bumpy look. It is not smooth. The nail polish started to chip off by the next day.

Emily was great! She took me, as a walk-in and took her time, got a pedi and loved it!!!!! Will be back, ehen Im back in town. Loved it!

Nail paraphanelia is adequately clean. Emily is one of the best nail techs that I have ever used in 30 years. Been with her now for 3 years and she most always accomodates my schedule.

I find their advertising cards all over El Paso. The person that runs this business needs to realize that putting flyers on cars is ineffcient marketing. because the cards either end up on the ground or in the trash. Cheers!

Love it here!! Been going for about a year almost Emily does a great job everytime update stopped going because the quality of the work has severely taken a turn for the worst. Dont think Ill be going back Id rather drive 30 min across town

Horrible service. I went to get a fill and 3 nails replaced. They charged me 40 dollars, and the lady was super rude and when I asked her to make them thinner she gave attitude, it’s was so uncomfortable, on top of that my nails are uneven!!! I will definitely not be returning.

Broke one of my nails and went to get it fixed a few days at this same place because it was poorly done, older Asian man charged me $5 for it. I also got a pedi and he was very rough and rude. Told him twice to be gentle! He also charged me twice so I had to call my bank. Do not go with him! Overall poor customer service, and disorganized. And they do not clean their nail files. You can see the old nail dust on it. Ew! Will not go back! Id rather go to Mexico🇲🇽

The service was good. They took care of me right away and the guy was nice and chill (although cut me twice during mani pedi). The finished product on my gel pedicure was perfectttt and my gel manicure was good. Here comes the butt!I read a review about their nail polish chipping within a day but I brushed it off as potentially being that persons fault(especially if they do a lot of manual labor and got a regular manicure). Ive gotten LOTS of gel manicures in the past and have never seen gel polish chip the way theirs does.Good lord! Stop putting acetone or whatever youre doing into your polish!! This is ridiculous. After about 2 days, the gel manicure started chipping and the pedicure about a few days after that. Gel pedicures can last 2 months if you want to!! Only thing that should happen is normal growth of your toenails, not chipping. Brah Im so disappointed! It looked like a cool spot

BEWARE!!!! BE CAREFUL!!!I had a bad experience with the business Soho Nail Tech Chinh Doan YU. My experience with Soho nails began on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 5pm, when I went in for the Mani-Pedi. I added on paraffin for $5 which I expected. The pedicure was performed by a young lady & was excellent. The manicure was performed by a male Nail tech, Chinh Doan Yu, it was the most painful manicure - I was cut in 3 places. When I presented my pre-paid Groupon he said, that will be another $10 for taking off the polish. An older female argued with him & they charged me a total of $10 extra. The visit was very uncomfortable. Chinh was upset that I would not add more services on. The polish began coming off the very next day. I called today, Saturday August 26, 2017 at 4pm & asked if they would repair it, they said yes. Why I went back I cant figure out. An older gentleman looked at the polish & began yelling at Chinh. He then told him to fix it. Again another painful manicure, I explained I did not need the manicure but again he pulled out the nail cutters from the drawer (not a sterile environment). I told him to stop & he squeezed my fingers so I could not let go & he dug his nails into my nailbed & cuticles. Upon arrival, I requested that the young lady who performed the pedicure on Wednesday, perform the polish change & she said she could not, only Chinh. The 2 men would not let her speak. The worst part was when I was leaving he, Chinh, wanted another $12, when I mentioned it was unfair he said, then $15. I had $20 in my hand. He then began yelling Give me your money or I will lock the door until you pay. It was an awful & distressing experience.I will save my money & return to the Woodhouse Spa at the Fountains, where excellent service & hygenic practices are the norm.

Do not go here. Rude service and a terrible manicure. Ive had my nails done several times before, all relatively done the same way, but this seemed wrong and unsanitary. They didnt even let me wash my hands after taking off my old shellac resulting in lumpy and streaky new shellac.
