I like it here. Been going for over two years. Ana is the best at pedis. Won’t go to anyone else. Hit or miss on manis. Twice I didn’t like the manis with two different gentlemen and twice they’ve been super nice and redid them. I think it was the owner who accommodated me.

Lani is always professional, friendly, and courteous. Great work!

I have gotten my nails done here in the past. But lately the staff is just rude. They only speak to each other. Always laughing at who knows what or whom. Very unprofessional!!!! Never once did they show me the colors for the “dip”. She only went based off what color I asked for…. So looking for another place. Sadly.

I had the most uncomfortable and bad experience here. The lady who did my nails and the gentleman who did my moms nails were overly complimenting me telling me how beautiful I was. They were giving me stares that made me highly uncomfortable. They are also OVERLY priced. For my plane nails they charged $60 which should have been $45. When we had gone to pay they said our card didn’t go through and they started to ask what the 3 numbers were in the back then after asked what our street address was?? Also, very rude ... they had no respect whatsoever. Do not waste your money or time here.

The manager is very rude and unprofessional.Alway screaming at customers and on the service floor. This is second time in a row that she has issues with someone when I’ve been there. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!Nails were done very poorly on myself and grand daughter. I would not recommend this salon EVER!!!

I’ve been coming here for well over 2 years. Lonnie is my nail tech and she’s awesome! I’ve never had an issue here and would absolutely recommend them.

Overall quiet and clean atmosphere. I just felt rushed. Didn’t give me pedicure options and I just assumed because of Covid times it was limited. That’s until I get to register and see the whole list . Not the service I would have liked but not an awful experience. If I have an emergency and I just had to get them done I would come back.

Terrible service!!!! Paid $60 for a rushed 30 minute mani/pedi. Nails were uneven and rough, I didn’t even ask for polish. When I complained, the tech’s husband yelled at me. They were in a hurry to leave. When I asked the other ladies for the owners name, I was told“I don’t speak English .“ Never again!!Please don’t waste your time and hard earned money at this place!

I was kicked out of here and refused service because Im on oxygen, and federal regulation do not require me to wear a mask due to it being respiratory restricting. This snobby technician started she refuses to let me sit in her chair and to do my nails unless I put a mask OVER my oxygen, so I needed to leave. I walked out crying. I didnt ask to be sick and disabled, and she made me feel like I was a plague that walked in. This used to be my nail salon, NEVER AGAIN!!

The guy that did my nails was kind. However, he did rush through the process. My nails chipped a day later (i got a gel manicure). I have had experiences where i ask for a certain person, & they’ll give me someone else when that worker is just sitting on her phone not doing anything. The place is beautiful, but the workers do give me an uncomfortable experience every time. (I have been there 3 times)

I went earlier on today it was good but the man i had kept repeating The filing part took very long and I know it takes time to do these nails but he kept hurting me and then he would get mad mumble things and then I felt uncomfortable because I didn’t know if it was my fault or not and I just Felt very unwelcome, and when he was trying to see the length of the nails when I told him to go up he wouldn’t go up and if he did he would only go up by very little and I ended up having very short nails which I’m not very pleased with I’ve gone here before and it was way better when I got my first set but this year when I went it was very uncomfortable and different than the last time,hopeful when i go next time i’ll have a better experience

I was so excited about this place, looks very clean, staff is very friendly, they even have a kids room (!), but the pedicure itself wasnt one of the best. Not the worst but there was no attention to detail whatsoever I feel like. These pics are day after fresh pedicure, I was waiting until it was completely dry to see if it made any difference but it didnt.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.First off they try to up charge you and they’re rude.I got a manicure and pedicure both were TERRIBLE! All together they took 20 minutes and Didn’t massage my feet or fix any of my cuticles. He added acetone to the nail polish because he was too lazy to get up and get a different nail polish which made it immediately started to chip the next day! I practically paid him 55 dollars just for him to put one horribly done coat of pain on my nails. Just to tip it off he even demanded a tip At the end. Also he was very flirtatious which made the whole experience 10x worse!!

Staff is rude and although people.pay for same service, services provided are depending.of whom your staff member is. Theres no.consistency. I can get much better service for the amount of money you spend at this establishment. I paid with a card and I was gonna tip in cash. When I handed card to staff member she asked tip? And I nodded as.i was on my phone. She rolled her eyes and handed me back my card in a rude manner!!

I come from outside the town, this place is clean and busy but not noisy. I waited for them an hour later to do my pedicure and nails. My nails come out perfectly. Also they have a very relaxing music. Highly recommended for everyone.

Quick and pretty pedicure. Made an appointment with Lyly/Lin since she’s recommended by several reviewers on here. Making an appointment wasn’t easy, but worth it; I ended up using FB messenger instead of calling. Lyly did a great job, my nails look pretty and she double-checked that I liked the color after the first coat. Massage wasn’t too intense (I don’t love people touching my feet so that was a huge plus!). She was wrapped up in the football game the whole time but I didn’t mind at all, since I‘m generally content relaxing on my phone.One con: I wasn’t watching and I’m not sure she removed my previous polish completely. There’s a slight ridge on my nail that I think is from a bit of old polish she didn’t take off.

The WORST nail experience ever! The girl who did both my mani and pedi was so rude. Wanted a certain look and when nail lady suggested something else that wasn’t what i wanted she became ever more rude and did horrible job!! Don’t waste your time or money here totally not worth it

I came here after work. I love it. Great atmosphere, super friendly. They have great choices and products. My pedicure and nails are perfect. Ask Ana and Lin.They do wonderful job. I will definitely come back.

Nick was really great. He did an exceptional job and guaranteed his work for 10 days! I was extremely pleased. He definitely took the extra time to be precise and detailed. He noticed my mom’s nails weren’t as good as mine, since she did hers to, and asked another sweet lady to redo my mom’s nails at no charge. Big difference! My mother and I were extremely happy. We usually come here but the experience will definitely encourage us to continue coming.

Went there and had an appointment with Loni who was a no show when I arrived and because I asked for her the other technicians said I waited to long to make a decision for someone else to help me. They took two walkins and left me sitting there so I left and ended up at Pretty Nails where Erik and Kaite did a fantastic job. They were professional and happy to get my business. I do not recommend this place, they are rude and obviously do not need the business.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over a year. The male with the blonde hair consistently has a horrible attitude and never seems to want to listen to the requests I have. He continues to up-charge me anytime I am assigned to him. I simply wanted a fill and he ignored that and continued to take off the new set I had just got put on last week for no other reason than to make the price more expensive. I was happy with the acrylic nails I had and expected to keep them with a simple fill. I wanted a color change on my toes he did it ever so sloppy and then charged me $25 for a five second horrible paint polish change!!!!!!!!!! Why must you treat your clients so horribly especially someone who has been a regular for over a year!

Just got a #3 Angel Pedicure here. Came in at 7pm and was out by 7:38pm. It was horrible, rushed and very superficial. The nail tech wasnt trying to follow what I wanted. All I wanted and concerned was to get the white and bad areas in front of my nails cutted off, but she wanted to shape them however she wanted to, and just go to the massage before even finish the job with my nails. I should of done it home myself and save me some money. First and last time at this place!!!

I went and got a full set done and I am 100% impressed she took her time and was very detailed making sure the length and shapes all matched up. She was also very helpful in figuring out exactly what I wanted.They look phenomenal and I expected to pay more then the 50 I was charged for. Do note you cannot tip on card here but they have an atm inside.

I rarely write reviews unless I had an excellent experience, or in this case a terrible experience. The tech I made an appointment with Loni who was not there at my appointment hour and because I did not point out the chubby guy with the fake blonde hair or Lilly immediately, they did not want to help me because they said they had an appointment that called, so I agreed to wait. As I was waiting two walkins came in and they asked them if they were the ones that had called and they both said no and both the chubby guy and the other tech immediately took them in, when I asked them why I was waiting and they did not help me if they were not the ones that called they specifically told me because I wait too long to make a decision which literally was only 5 minutes, I was honestly hoping that Loni who gave me the appointment that same day was running late and would be arriving. I will never go back they all are unprofessional, rude, and they do not care which means they obviously do not need the business. Thanks to this horrible experience I ended up at PRETTY NAILS where Eric and Katie did an outstanding job, they were professional, and they cared. As Eric stated, if you own the place you care for the customers but if the owner is not there than no cares if you are happy or not, either way the techs get paid.

The place is nice and clean but I waited 20 minutes for them to start my basic pedicure, the girl who did my pedicure took almost 45min to an hour she was younger and super slow I saw 3 people get up before me. She was very nice but it just took forever for something so basic.

Went there with my daughter and cousin who was here from out of town. We had pedicures done by Seven, Sue and Nick. This was my fourth time there and I had never had a problem. I decided to allow my daughter (4 years old) to have her toe nails done she didnt like the water which was very hot and decided to sit on a chair to have her nails painted there and got a massage which was just lotion. When it came time to pay and I asked why they were charging 18$ for her. I spoke to the manager Lynn who started to yell at my daughter telling her to not lie and say she had a towel. I tried telling that only my cousin and I had got towels and thats when the receptionist told her she moved the towel from my station to my daughters. I told them to check the cameras because I was next to my daughter and she didnt even put her feet on the hot water what would make them think she had a hot towel. The manager continued to yell and tell my daughter to say the truth and that I had to pay. At the end the receptionist and Seven (did very good work on my nails) apologized for the manager Lynn and Sue who other than yelling at my daughter were telling other customers that I didnt want to pay and that I was a liar.

I went in for pedicure on 1/21. I asked the nail tech (Tee) NOT to use cheese grater on the bottom of my feet due to past BAD experiences. I asked her to only use the pumice pad. She said “no sweetie, this is better”... She kept insisting and insisting. She would not budge, I finally gave in. WHAT A BIG MISTAKE! I could barely walk for 3 days thereafter, because she over scraped my foot; I was in such pain, it kept me up at night, because my foot was touching the sheets. Sadly, I gave her a good tip for her work; but I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. Even if this place is less than 5 minutes from where I live. I will go back and drive far to NE El Paso to NAIL DEPOT where nail techs LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER!!!

Don’t let how nice the place looks fool you. They are fast and sloppy. He didn’t touch my toe nails at all with the nail file. He never even cut my nails down. DO NOT GO HERE. The “bigger” guy got smart with a customer because she changed her mind on wanting gel polish and it wasn’t even his client. This is the worst nail salon i’ve ever been to. He also burnt me with the hot towel on the top of my foot.Basically my feet got a bubble bath and a burn with a nice new nail color to go with it.

By far one of the worst pedicures I have ever had. The gentleman doing my nails seemed to be in a bigger rush than making them nice. It is not like they were on a wait! It was on a Monday morning and only me and four other people were there. He didn’t offer me the different selections of pedicures, gave me a half ass massage that hurt and lasted less than a minute and then cut my cuticle. NOT going back!

Not a good experience what so ever. The lady helping me left my toe nails all smeared, dint even try to clean it off. I asked for a design, after showing her 4 difference ones, her response wasI don’t do that!! I had a filling done so also ask if she could file the nail under the acrylic, she stated she couldn’t do it, I asked why? She replied I don’t have the tool. One of the other technicians ended up letting her borrow one. Everyone was rude, to poor customer service. Do not recommend this place at all.

Worst service.I walked in asked for refills of ombré and they said they couldn’t because they don’t have the same color. So I had to look for a basic color which I didn’t want. I had a broken nail so it was extra of course. While taking off my nail guy was super rough and hurt my real nail. They moved me seats twice. Everyone there seemed to be in a bad mood I can feel the energy. Everyone seemed in a hurry for IDK what.Honestly I don’t even recommend this place. They don’t even feel welcoming what so ever I LEFT IN THE MIDDLE OF MY SESSION. This is ridiculous for my first time.

Basic Pedi - $25Greeted on arrival.The place is neat and clean.Instruments did not appear to be sterile.Asked 3 times if I wanted gel when I clearly stated what I wanted the first time (I understand they had to try).The guy did a horrible job (rushed through it, less than 20 minutes, there was no oil massage, unevenly filed and painted my nails). Contemplating what I should do on the ride home, I called, explained the situation.. they asked me to come back to fix it.(The same guy) removed, re-filed, repainted, he fixed them. (Side note: he seemed bothered, you could tell in his touch by the amount of pressure.. slightly aggressive).He hadnt put on my sandals (precaution).. 10 minutes later a lady came over for him offering to put my sandals on said I should be careful. I informed her that I had had my nails done several times (I know better than to smudged them).My feelings overall, a total disregard of my time. The lady topped it off by implying it was my fault. I am grateful that he fixed them, but I will not be coming back.

Anyone who gets their nails done, knows how hard it is to find a good salon. I tried this salon while in town and have to say, it is by far, one of the best salons i have gone to. My nails are absolutely perfect. I got a full set with gel polish. The shape and Polish came out perfect. There was no acrylic left under my nails or Polish on my cuticles. My nails are all even and straight. Tina took her time and did a wonderful job. I was out in under an hour and prices are about the same as others.The salon was clean, had a glassed kids room with toys that was also very clean.They have a great selection of tips, gel colors and polishes. They have enough techs to take large groups. We had 12, walked in and were seated. Not one of the 12 had a complaint.I wish i lived here in El paso as this would be my definite goto salon.

Diamond in the ruff! Im so happy to have found this place. Its clean, attractive, and the service is good and fast. I was slightly disappointed at the insignificant discount I was given for using my own personal gel polish, but it wont stop me from going back.

Pedicure came out terrible!

The facility is nice & all, however the man that did my pedicure seemed annoyed. Didnt offer me the paper that contains which pedicure services they offer, just gave me the basic one. Didnt even exfoliate my feet well. The lady that did my husbands did a good job though. Prefer Solar Nails on montwood.

Really bad service. They dont make you feel comfortable or welcomed. They were rushing. The energy was bad. My friends nail tech hurt her and when she spoke up he just laughed and continued to be rough. I dont recommend this place.

I went for the third and last time this Mothers Day to this beautiful nail spa. Alma is not the best if you want gel nails. She not only cut me twice when trimming my cuticles, but she laid on the gel heavily, which started to peel off within a week. She also spends half her time on her cell phone. I regretted tipping her the 15 % and not calling the manager regarding the poor job. Two weeks later I had to have them redone. I recommend Mimi (who used to work there) at Salon Gemini around the corner.w

I was sat with an older gentleman and I recalled being there before and someone saying he didn’t todo nails only pedis. Well he did both, and sad to say terrible. My nails were super lumpy and not filed right. Same on my toes. He tried to fix them, but looked same. Paid 65 for bad nails, will have to fix elsewhere.

The staff particularly the men make you feel so uncomfortable. I actually left in the middle of my manicure because I was so uncomfortable. You are treated like a science experiment instead of a customer. Never again . I rather do my own nails, or completely go without, than endure that kinda of treatment .

Only 2 stars because I did not have to wait to get a less than impressive polish change that cost $25, which I was not informed of before hand. When I asked to see the list of their pricing, none of the polish change prices were over $10 and the girls excuse was that some of the pricing had been updated. I havent even left the parking lot and there are already bubbles in the polish. I would have been better off just doing it myself.

I never like to leave negative reviews on businesses, but this place deserves one. The receptionist was very kind to greet my sister and I at the front door. We picked out our colors and sat down to have our pedicures done.The male who was removing my gel polish off was prying it with a cuticle remover. I asked politely if he could use the buffer tool and he replied with attitude as if it was an issue. To peel gel polish off your nail bed is painful and damaging to the nail. Both males were unaware that we picked out gel so both of our coats were bever cured like they should be. On the frustrating drive home, my sister touched her toes to check if it was gel versus regular nail polish and the entire coat came off with one wipe. Currently, I am angry and decided to go back to my regular nail spa T&T. What a waste of $60 to come to LAmour, which should be changed to LA-dislike.

The location is clean finally a clean nail place they are very conscious of not speaking another language when they are servicing you which I really like. My nails and pedicures are done once a month and I Enjoy my frequent visits here

I came 3 times to this place and each time is worse than the last. During my third visit, I aid 45 dollars for a pedicure. Five minutes into it, the guy said he had to do someones nail set, so he passed me on to someone else. She didnt do the hot stone massage I paid for, gave a 10 second massage, didnt file my nails or cut them, and was rushing to finish. Horrible place and done coming here. Dont waste your money.

And my nails do not look like a coffin tip!! And to top it off they are crooked. The girl said she could fix them on Monday ! So Im going to go back and get all of them all fixed because I didnt spend $50 on some crappy nail! They better fix them!

By far the worst place I’ve come to. As soon as you come in they constitantly ask for you to get something more expensive. When I told the lady I just wanted my toes done she got upset. Then the water was boiling hot and when Asked to lower down the temperature, she lowered it down by what appeared to be 1 degree. She kept literally trying to force my foot into this boiling hot water. I asked her for a French tip pedi, and what I got was no where near that. The store started filling up as she was doing my nails which caused her to rush on my feet (no massage or anything) and the lines on my French tip pedi started dripping, therefore made them noticeably uneven. And she was going to leave them like that until I asked another employee there to fix them!Please go spend your money elsewhere!

Went in for pedi, didn’t ask what kind I wanted, barely exfoliated feet. But it was decent. My mother went and had to repeat herself on multiple things many times. Staff sat, talked, and played like children. No problem with talking but it was very unprofessional

They are friendly service was good as long as you have your known Tech you can guarantee pretty much service will stay on same level but when Ive not been able to get my Tech Ive had a couple of fails there their price is pretty much like everyone elses so nothing to go out of your way for

Im not one to leave reviews, but this place is by far the worst place i have ever gotten ny nails done. I went in knowing exactly what i wanted done, however i was still harassed four times about switching to gel instead. Even when i was at the wall picking out a color. When finishing up two other employees came over and started laughing while looking at my nails and me, i felt i was being talked about. With in two days three of my nails had popped off not even a week later and all my nails came off. Definitely learned my lesson about this place. Never going here again!!!!

Second time I go and not a good experience went to take off my nails for surgery girl was very rude because that is all I wanted, couldn’t get anything else because I was getting surgery and I did let her know. Second time got a new set nails fell off after on week, when I was there another lady walked in complaining about the same should have ran out but didn’t. They use cheap product nails lift and fall off. Never again!

Horrible horrible experience.. i went in asking for a coffin nail shape and half way through the tech filed my skin making me bleed from both hands. The shape was no where close to what I asked so i just asked them to cut them to make the whatever shape that was go away. I was super upset and felt like i wasted my money.
