Place shows it opens at 9:30 Monday through Saturday.. it is now 11:48 am completely closed.. loved their service back then but it’s been several times I come though out of the day and most of the time it’s closed..

Great service, they open at 11 and I was here at 10:30 and they took me right away. With Covid issues you do need to have an appointment and wear a mask. Ive been coming here since they opened, best in town!!!

Being a business owner myself, I know how important clients are. This owner did not care to lose a client AT ALL. I had heard they close before their posted hours, but since this place is so close to my office, I occasionally get gel here. I called today to inquire about their price difference between only gel and gel with a manicure. The person provided me with the information, and I said, Ok I will be there a little later. He did not indicate WE ARE NOT TAKING WALK-INS, APPOINTMENT ONLY. I entered the location, the owner (woman) asked me what I needed, I responded with, Gel please. She THEN stated, Oh we are working by appointments only right now, we wont be available till a little later.... She did not say, come back in an hour, come back in 2 hours. She was fine with me leaving and not receiving the service. Very upsetting the way she handled this encounter being the owner.

The place is very nice and the people that work there are nice. They do an awesome job make the customers feel welcome. I highly recommend this place.

Linda was amazing! She asked me what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for and did a fantastic job. I had a mani and pedi. It’s been almost 2 weeks and still NO chips!I can’t wait to go back to her!

Came here to get a pedicure with my husband. They took me right away and started on my pedicure. I asked if they could start my husband’s water so his feet could soak and relax but we were told no and that they would do it later, which did not make any sense to us. 10 minutes later, the lady tells my husband she had an appointment and will do his pedicure after, which he agreed to. She was currently working on someone’s manicure.I feel we should have been told in the beginning before sitting down. At this point, my pedicure was halfway through.Then another girl, who didn’t have an appointment sat down for a pedicure and the guy who was working on my pedicure works on hers once he finished with me.I didn’t feel this was fair because he could’ve done my husband’s pedicure since we got there first instead of waiting for the female pedicurist to work on my husband. In total, my husband waited for over an hour for nothing. We would have not sat down in the first place if they would’ve informed us that my husband would have to wait to get service. Horrible customer service.

Went in for French tip acrylics and got a man that performed like he was still in training. Each nail he applied is a different length and shape from the one next to it. He almost cut my thumb tips when cutting the white tips. I had to yell to him to stop with both before he did. The thumb nails are so short that my thumb tip sticks up over the top of the nail. He never asked what shape I wanted and when I asked for more rounded edges, he only rounded the one nail that I pointed to when I asked. Perhaps his English isnt that strong. Also I have had acrylic nails many times before and they have never hurt me after application. This time every single one of my fingertips feel sore where the nail is. I have read online that there are several things the technician could have done wrong that causes the soreness including using a drill on my nail bed instead of a hand file or from the acrylic being too thick. Both of these are things that were done. I would not go back if I had this guy again. I dont know why I didnt speak up to the owner; I shouldnt have paid for these. Thankfully I only got them for a family portrait and it shouldnt be noticeable how uneven they are. As soon as the pictures are taken Im removing these.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I always love the ladies that are working, theyre super attentive to details and make sure youre satisfied! Lina and Wendy have done my manicures and pedicures, and they both are great!

I really wanted to like this place. I went a few months back and Han did both my set and pedi. She did a good job and shes really nice. I went back and Eric did my next set. Aside from his hands smelling like an ashtray, he kept talking about closing early and how hungry he was. I felt like he was rushing through my set. Rita had done my pedicure, but never asked me about doing regular polish or gel. I assumed it would be gel because the color I picked was labeled GEL....I got regular polish on my toes and gel on my set. Two coats of either was not enough because I was later able to see the streaks. My toe polish started peeling about 3 days later. Exactly 6 days later, my first nail broke off. I went in and it was fixed for free. Two days later another nail broke. I gave up. Rather than going back, I removed all of my nails and have decided to never return again. Han is a sweetheart, Eric smells like an ashtray, product wasnt the greatest....if you try this place, request Han.

They do a fantastic job! My nails have never looked better. I highly recommend I Heart Nails.

I went in with my mom and sister to get a full set.My mom and sister got attended first because they had only three people working.The two workers were helped my mom and sister while I wait for the other lady to be finished.As I waited two ladies got sat to get a pedi before I did.i had asked if they had an appointment but they didnt. When I proceeded to tell the girl that I was next on the list.Then she just looked at me like a deer stuck in head lights.I didnt make a big deal because the other customers didnt have fault but honestly the worst service I have experienced in a while.

The truth of the matter is this place to begin with have unlicensed manicurist doing your hands and feet, there sanitation when they do there pedicure is very poor the individual used an unsterilized implements, they seem to grab anyone off the street to do the service you pay to get, this is a health risk nail salon, so look elsewhere where u can actually get someone to do a professional job who the individual practice safety and sanitation, this was the worst service I received,

Worst nail place i went to the service is so bad i was excited to go here because it’s really near my house the guy who did my nails was rude and wouldn’t talk to me so he could finish faster although they were done for the day i usted my nails it was nothing to what i asked for and they didn’t even last a week so dissapointed never going back
