They were very professional and had me sign in with a Covid disclosure. They did a wonderful job on my pedicure and I left feeling so pampered!!!

Worst experience I have had so far. I asked for the water to be hot, she made it scorching hot there was steam rising from the water that is how hot she made the water. My guess is to make a point. My daughter is 6 and made her water the same! Then gave me attitude about my comment You said hot!. Really? Then clearly discussing it with her coworkers in another language. At that point we felt very uncomfortable. We will not be returning.

We walked in without appointments and they seated us right away! Super friendly and service was excellent! Definitely will be coming back!

Walked in today to get a full set of nails. I wasnt positive on what I wanted. Tony was excellent, and patient with me. Tony even showed me pictures and even tried different colors on me. I love this place. My daughters and I come to this spa and are always pleased with their service and how we are greeted. Always a pleasant experience. Totally recommend this place!!!

I always get great service at Expo. It can get busy on weekends but worth it if you go early.

NEVER AGAIN! This is my second visit of course first visit I only took part of one service which was the waxing done great came back for a second visit and took part of three services I got my wax mani and pedi I will never come here again they are extremely rude I understand you might speak a foreign language however everybody learns English the same meaning you learn all the bad words. The gentleman who did my nails was interrupted in the middle of doing something and he took it out on my set.Never again. I might not be a professional but I do know that people should take pride in their work and Im just so sad the experience I had trying to get my nails done after so many months

I set the appointment online, and I show up 30 minutes early. Once I get there Im told that they dont look at the online bookings only phone ins. They told us to wait and made fun a few time. Totally unprofessional. I hope they never treat anyone else this poorly again. And dont set an online booking if youre not going to use it.

Super friendly, and great prices! Always do exactly what you ask for without the eyeroll or side comments like other places also they dont push you to do something you dont want. This is the first nail salon Ive been to where I actually leave happy and satisfied with my nails.

I went in and had a slight idea of what I wanted but Billy went in and exceeded my expectations with a twist! Had I not told him to “do what you do best”, I would not have been able to experience his creativity. Billy did such a great job. He was radiating nothing but positivity. My pedicure was absolutely incredible, 10 stars out of 5. Idk the name of the guy who did them, but it was the best! Then I got my gel manicure done by someone else who was soooo rough with my nails and rushing, I got cut all over, she did a poor job with my cuticle care, and for the price I paid and the service received thats why the 3/5 stars.

My first time here and I was very happy with my experience. Gel nails for just under $50. I received great customer service and you can book online. The woman who did my nails, Phan I believe?, was very sweet and courteous. Lots of colors to pick from so go early to know what you want by the time they call you up.

Van & Billy are awesome! Quality, smooth, clean nails,,,THAT LAST! Pedicure chairs are constantly cleaned and colors galore to choose from. Prices are average for the area, I’ve paid the same at other places for half the quality. I love this place!!

They did not offer water or anything to drink while we waited. We waited 1hour and 40minutes when another customer comes and waits 10 minute. We had still not been serviced. My friend wanted to know why she was not next, she was told someone else would do her basic manicure.

They are always wonderful and remember me by name! I didnt realize they were already closed when I showed up at 5pm on a Sunday and they still took me in without a blink of an eye. I realized half way through my manicure that the door said they close at 5pm! I felt sooo bad!! But Holland was so graceful and courteous through it all even considering she had a cake waiting to be picked up for her husbands birthday 🤦🏻‍♀️ Great service. Always my go to place.

Overcharged!! 54 dollars on a full set with one color. Nothing drastic. I asked him to do a simple logo and came out all weird. Had to ask him to do it about 5 times cause he wasnt even trying. He cut my skin too multiple times. Honestly never going again. Ive been in better locations

I been going to this place for about 5 years, and two weeks ago i got my nails done by a different man. havent seen i had told him i wanted to get a regular set and kept on telling me to get a 55 nail set i said no i want a regular but he did a 55dllrs set. I was so confused and upset my nails fall off a week later i got them done. Im still going back to this place but not with he same person.. i always get them done by van but this time he was so busy and the place was full it was a 1.40hr waiting i saw few people walking out cause they couldnt wait.

This place is my new favorite nail place! They are reasonably priced, great customer service, and AMAZING quality. The technicians make sure your nails are exactly what you want and aim for perfection. Loved the entire experience! Would go a million times!

Billy is wonderful ! Treated me and my feet well! Other places usually do pedicures fast and in a rush once more people start showing up, not Billy! Billy took his time and perfected his feet and leg massage along with my gel color. Definitely recommend him. Hes very friendly and funny!

The man who did my nails asked me if I wanted gel nail polish and when I said no he said why not it will look nice. I said thank you but I did not want gel nail polish and then I noticed he was not friendly, rushed, and appeared annoyed. He even tossed my hands as he did my nails. My nails came out uneven and not in the shape I wanted. Then after he was done he did not even put on a clear coat of regular polish. My nails look ugly! Overall, it was the worst nail service I have ever experienced and I definitely will not be going back.

The experience was pleasant and began with me making a phone call to the salon.☎️ The gentleman that answered had such a friendly tone and welcomed my call. Then when I walked in, the person in front of me and I were greeted right away 👋 I was then attended to immediately. My technician Tammy was friendly as well and did such a wonderful job. I enjoy coming here because the service is top notch. They are different than other nail salons. For one they speak English and dont talk amongst themselves about the customer. They are very attentive to your needs. I feel so pampered. Even the second tier pedi is heavenly.

I was given a lot of attention as a customer. I was waiting for a pedicure and thankfully I was able to use their massage chairs before and during the pedicure. They’re all very attentive to their work and they want to make you feel comfortable.(:I’ve been coming here with my mother and her clients since they’ve opened up years ago and I’ll definitely come again!

Great place! Billy is the best doing nails! I go there every other week! Last time I went after 3 weeks, but my nails still looked pretty! It is a good option for pedicure also! I decided to come here since the place I usually go to was really busy. Great decision, they are very nice and professional. As expected they were busy but directed me where I should go and acknowledged me to make sure I knew they were sending someone over to work on me as soon as possible. Besides that, my pedicure was great and I am very happy I came here. Definitely won’t be the last time.

I went here per the recommendation of my coworker, and I was super impressed. Van did my nails, and they came out so cute AND she did them super quick, which was amazing. She was super sweet and made sure I loved them. I will definitely be coming back to see her.

I never get acrylic nails because I have flat nails. But I had a wedding coming up and really love the almond shape nails so I wanted to take a chance and find someone. After looking at so many google reviews, I went to see Billy and I do not regret it at all. Billy is FREAKING AWESOME. He did exactly what I wanted and they look absolutely gorgeous!!!

I just moved here and needed to find a new nail salon. I loved my old salon so was a bit anxious. My pedicure was nice and relaxing. Billy did my new set of nails which i like a lot. My only complaint is its a bit pricey. Overall i am satisfied, but i do think they charge a bit too much.

Great service!!! This is a very nice and clean facility. All tools are sanitized which is wonderful..Nice atmosphere and prices are great.. I got the deluxe pedicure and they actually use fresh fruit to clean and exfoliate your skin..Billy was awesome and fun to talk to. I totally recommend this place!

Nice Nail & Spa salon, nail technicians are always very nice. Ive done my nails twice with them. First time Brian did my nails and this time Billy the Kid 🤭. Anyways their work is pretty nicely done and they have tons of beautiful colors to choose from. Wait time is normal if youre a walk in. They do make appointments though. You should visit them 👍

I had googled a nail salon near me because my sister came to town and wanted to get her nails done. I decided to take a chance on Expo nails. I am very glad I did. This by far is the best salon I have been to in El Paso. My pedicure was awesome. Billy did my nails. I have always been a short and square type of gal. But I went with coffin as billy suggested. And I am so in love with my nails. 😍😍😍 I definitely will be back.

So, I’ve been coming to this nail salon for three years! I’ve even gotten close to the nail technicians. Unfortunately my last two visits were Absolutely! Horrible!!! Both of my hands had fungus on three of the five fingers on each hand!!!!! Can you imagine the HORROR I FELT?!I went back to show them my hands, and all they said “was sit down, we’ll file the fungus down!” I said “NEVER! You’re NOT filling my real nail down to make it extremely thin. I’ll take care of it myself!“So, that has been my recent experience with Expo Nails on Upper Valley El Paso Texas 79932.

I googled the nail place that was near my house and that had the best reviews, I am so happy that i did this and did not go to the nail place down the street from my house. Expo Nail & Spa is awesome. i dont remember her name, i think her name is Yen not pretty sure about that, anyway i like my nails with a half moon design, its not very common and its tedious to do. i showed her the design and she said no problem and it turned out one of the best that i have ever had!!!

Upon arrival, this shop was a pretty calm environment. I got no qualms about the employees; Cindy took her time and did a great job on my nails.

Horrible Service!!!! Horrible experience!!! Usually based on a first come, first serve bases. Waited 45 minutes before I was attended. The way I attended was by getting skipped!!!!! TWICE. Very upsetting after waiting almost a hour!! As I was walking to the counter to scratch off my name. THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN they decided to pay attention. This place CLEARLY does to value their customers. 0 (zero) stars if possible.
